Query to get all records were AMNT1 AMNT2

Hi,
I have two fields Field1,Field2 and two Key figures-AMNT1,AMNT2. I want to get all the records for which AMNT1 > AMNT2.
Any clues or solutions will be appreciated.

Hi simmi
You can put condition for this requirement in the query designer.
When you are in the query designed have a formula with Boolean operation statement "is greater than", as shown.
AMNT1>AMNT2
now go to condition button and add one condition for this formula. the condition can be 'key figure'= formula name, Operator = 'Equal to' and value = '1'.
Aply this condition and execute query with this condition active.

where m.accid=d.accid (+)The outer join operator (+) will get you all the details from master and any details from the detail if they exist, but the master details will still be got even if there are not details.
Note: Oracle 10g now supports ANSI standard outer joins as in:
select m.accid,m.title,d.dr,d.cr
from master m LEFT OUTER JOIN detail d on m.accid=d.accid

Execute query. Not all records retrieved.

Hi everyone.
I have made a screen with the data block and layout wizzards.
When I click on the default toolbar "Execute query" it brings only 68 records and there are about 25,000!.
I have a botton which displays a LOV of the same table and the LOV is working well, it brings all the records in the table.
Any idea ???

If you go to the bottom of the query, does
it get the next set of records??
Oracle forms buffers the records it gets
based upon the number of records buffered
in the "block properties".
Go to block properties. Look at Number of
records buffered. If you want it to get
ALL records. Set the Query ALL records switch
to "Yes". Try it again.

i am new to bo 4.1 and i am having source system (orcial)
in sours level i have a table in 6 lake record.when i use same table in webi i am unable to getting all record.i don't have any filters in report and object level.my table contain all dimensions only
i changed in universe level no of records display and report level as well..
s.s(6 lakes) = target report level( 6 lakes)?
i am using sap bo 4.1 version

thanks for your response, actually its executing successfully,but when i am set no of display records for example-5000 to 10000 ...it showing in report level..but when i want all record around 6 lakhs records..it taking time but out put showing empty..

i need all objects at a time....this objects have table in source level 6 lakh ..i want same records in report level like 6 lakhs..
i changed query properties in display of no of records as well as univer level..

I need a query to get unavailbility records of a managed entity to a report. Are there records in event ou alarm tables? Is there one record to unhealthy state and one to healthy state?

Not getting all records in pagination

I am also have a problem getting all records in the report as the post on Apr. 21,2004. My reports pagination stops at 500. When I set the 'max row count' to 100000. The pagination at the bottom of my page disapears. When I leave 'max row count' empty, it only goes from 1-500. No way to view records past the 500th record.
I see there was a post on Apr. 21, 2004 about the same thing but it did not specify a fix or work around or if I'm missing a setting. (also tried the log off/on but did not help).
*My pagination Scheme is 'Row Ranges 1-15 16-30 in select list(wiht pagination)'
*My report has 1000+ records.

The actual number of rows supported by the select list depends on how many rows you show on each page. If you go with the default of 15 rows, you would be able to use the select list with close to 5000 rows. If you increase the number of rows per page, the select list will work with even more rows.
If the select list can't be used, it may make sense to consider using the "row ranges with set pagination" style. Set pagination lets you navigate from one set to the next instead of one page to the next, so you can navigate through your result set a lot quicker.
However the best option for reports with that many rows would be "row ranges x-y", without showing the total number of rows. The reason is that the report renders a lot faster if you don't have the total number of rows calculated. In order to better be able to find certain records, I would recommend a search field on your report page that lets you filter the result set.

Oracle query to get all occurences of a text in a string

Does anybody know how to write a query to get all occurences of a text in a string in different rows of the table
For eg:
I have a string <aa>bb</aa><aa>cc</aa><aa>ddd</aa>
I have to find every occurence of <aa> and get the data between <aa> and </aa>
So the output should be
bb
cc
ddd
I think this can be done by using a regular expression but I dont know how.
Can anyone help me?

As Todd said, you can use user_arguments data dictionary or you can join user_objects and user_procedures like below to get the name of the packaged function and procedure names.
If you are looking for the packaged procedures and functions source then use user_source data dictionary

How to get all records created this month?

Ok I'm trying to write a query that would get records that were created this month or later but not in the past.
So today is Nov 16th 2009
I need to look for all records created from 11/2009 and onward (>11/2009)
Any ideas?

Note:in the actual out put max(lastpayment date) is returing null values. if there is any date in one billing return that date only remove null example is september. in september it should return only 09/13/10 this date not null date. but if there is no other within one biling then consider that as null example november..

Some 1099 vendors get "No records were selected" RFIDYYWT RFW1099M

Hello People,
I have a problem with 1099 output with programs like RFIDYYWT and RFW1099M as I have done all the customizing settings for 1099 vendors in vendor master like setting up WH tax code and filling up tax number field xx-xxxxxxx in order to execute and print 1099 MISC form through RFIDYYWT program but to my surprise I was able to get output with posted invoices for some vendors but for some other vendors it says " No records were selected" eventhough there are posted invoices against them....I am confused ..any idea why this is happening?

Hi Bob,
Even though your configuration seems to be correct, also check as to whether you have correctly assigned the WH codes etc in the vendor masters. Also check whether such WH codes and types are correctly populating at the document line item level.

Personnel Admin AdHoc Query not retrieving all records

Hi, I recently added a custom info type to a copy of the SAP ad hoc query for Personnel Admin by using the menu path in SQ02>Edit>Change Infotype selection . The query is picking up the new info type and runs fine but does not retrieve all records from the table for a given personnel id. It only retrieves 1 record per id.
Has anyone dealt with this before and have an easy/quick fix for this?

Have other users try the query, preferably a user with end user authorization.
I've had this issue before, I'm an IT person and I customized a Standard infoset.
During testing, I'm only getting 1 (in my case) Insurance record per employee.
The end user can see multiple record per employee.
Btw, did you customize a Global or a Standard Infoset?
