Querying with only the specified data

Question

Hello All,
I want the following to be happened in a form.
1. Query the form
2. Get the data for the specified value
Can i do this programmatically!?
could any one of you help me in this.

You can try this code:
SET_BLOCK_PROPERTY('RISO_CUST_PO_REQ',default_where,'CUSTOMER_NUMBER= '||:RISO_CUST_PO_REQ.CUSTOMER_NUMBER||' and SITE_USE_ID= '||:RISO_CUST_PO_REQ.SITE_USE_ID||');To check if your default_where is correct, assign it to a varchar2 variable and then display it.
