Re: HELP How to Display on JTextArea

Don't forget to use the Code Formatting Tags so the posted code retains its original formatting. That is done by selecting the code and then clicking on the "Code" button above the question input area.
Use the JTextArea.append(...) method to append text the text area in tha ActionListener.

the new version is rumored to give the developers a little more access to displays, but it is still on an app by app basis. You would need to contact the developer of the app your interested in to see if they are going to implement it. (yes this includes apple, but they are most likely not going to give full access to display yet)

  • Please Help::How to display a Map with LIsts as Keys and Values using JSTL

    Hi,
I need some assistance on how to display a Map in JSP using struts or core JSTL. I have a HashMap which has a List of keys and each key maps to a value of an ArrayList.i.e I have an ArrayList of taxCodes and each taxCode maps to a value of taxDetails which is an ArrayList of details for for that particular taxCode. I have some trouble to display each taxCode then display taxDetails for each taxCode. Here is my code below:

  • Help -- How to display Html text in a JEditorPane

I'm trying to display html in a JEditorPane (html is obtained by transforming Xml and Xsl). So after i do the transformation i have a string which is the html source to be displayed. But when i use editorpane.setText(htmlString) method it is displaying the html source in the editorpane. I also tried using the HTMLEditorKit's read method. Even then its displaying the html source. But when i store the html source as a html file and give the editorpane, the url of the html file, it displays properly.
I would be so grateful if u can help in displaying the html (which i have as a string) instead of the source...
    Thank you so much...

Hi, after struggling with problem, the solution seems to be to ditch the content type meta tag, JEditorPane seems to barf (silently!) on this...
    So, to turn this off...
    transformer.setOutputProperty(OutputKeys.ENCODING,"");
    Cheers

                         POS1 WA_MVSTAT-MATNR,
                         POS2 WA_MVSTAT-MAKTX.
              IF NOT P_SUM IS INITIAL.
                 PERFORM DRAW_VLINE.
              ENDIF.
           ENDAT.
        ENDIF.
I've already add the columm in the print header, everything is working fine except for this INDEX NUMBER itself...pls help. thanks

    hi Joan,
Probably the counter is getting overwritten because of the pos1.
check the values of pos0, pos1.
you might have declared counter as integer. the output length of integer is 10.
    so, if pos0 is 1 , pos1 should b at least 11.
    regards,

  • E51 : How to Display Calling Number

    Help :
How to Display the Calling Number along with Contact Number from the Address book when Receving Call from the number stored in the address book.
    Eg :
    Last Name : Z
    First Name : A
    Mobile : +1 12 123465789
    Tel(Home) : +1 12 987654321
    Tel(Office) : +1 12 192837645
Now say this above said Contact Stored in my address book
is calling on my cell phone.
    It shows only
    ZA
    Calling
how to get the Number on display from which number the call is actually when it is ringing.
either the Call is from Mobile or Home or Office.
This feature is there in S60 v2 phones eg Nokia3230
    Help please

As vmoisa said, this is a well known and a HIGHLY irritating bug. Here is a workaround - /discussions/board/message?board.id=communicators&thread.id=15956
Ofcourse, the correct solution would be a firmware upgrade.. I have seen this "mobile phone icon for all numbers" problem baffle new users (including me). It's a pity, because such a basic feature is implemented properly even on S40 phones!

Your's may look more like this...
...if you're running Mountain Lion. I'm in clamshell mode right now, so I don't have any mirroring options. AFAIK, there's no more "Show displays in menu bar" in Mountain Lion.

    Hi Buterem,
I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your MacBook Pro since your recent Yosemite update. I also apologize, I'm a bit unclear on the exact nature of the issue you are describing. If you are having intermittent but persistent responsiveness issues with your mouse or trackpad, you may want to try using Activity Monitor to see if these incidents correspond to occupied system resources, especially system memory or CPU. You may find the following article helpful:

If the entire system hangs or locks up (for example, if the system clock freezes and stops counting up), you may also be experiencing some variety of Kernel Panic. If that is the case, you may also find this article useful:

Select the set of bullets. Go to the "Build" panel of the Inspector. Choose "Build In". Choose your effect. Select "By Bullet Group" under delivery.
Be sure to experiment with the various options.
