Regarding VF03 - pricing condition

in transaction VF03 , small change needs to be done.
When necessary the invoices we make to Public Administration must show  an accurate amount. 
In some cases net amount plus taxes amount do not suit  the total invoice and
makes it  no legal so the customer returns the invoice to us.
invoice = net amount + taxes
there is a price condition ( KOMP-KSCHL) called ZESD which allows us to adjust the price to cents
while doing above calculation i don't want condition ZESD to be added in it.
can any one suggest where to make changes

Your situation isn't very clear, but you can't just write a few lines of code in the invoice program to stop a non-statistical condition from affecting the net value of an invoice.  You either need to write a requirement to stop the condition from proposing if it's condition record driven or you need to change your calculation routine to set the value to 0 per your requirement. 
Your functional counterpart who gave you the requirement that you pasted directly into your post should know this and be able to direct you accordingly...

    This problem is regarding copying pricing condition type in Sales Order. The problem is given below with an example -

    The condition types ZP06 & ZP07 have access sequence maintained for them and ZP08 has been derived deducting ZP07 from ZP06.
    I want the above mentioned scenario where the values of Condition Type ZP08 which is a Statistical Condi Type will be copied exactly & entirely to condition type ZP01 where It will remain active alongwith posting key ERL.
    I have tried copying it by 100 % copy but the value is getting changed as 100% instead of 98 INR.
    Considering the above scenario please suggest some soluitons.

    First of all thanks for checking my post.
    In the problem I am not looking for the value of ZP08 to be maintained manually.I want the system to copy the exact details of ZP08 to ZP01 entirely where the condition type ZP01 will remain active alongwith the posting key ERL.
    I have tried copying the condition type ZP08 by using 100% copy of condition type but in ZP01 the resultant value becomes 100% in place of 98 INR.
    Please suggest some solutions.

  • Question regarding usage of CRM pricing conditions using date ranges

    Hi,
    I wonder if someone has a suggestion regarding how to set up pricing conditions in CRM to accomplish the following scenario:
    For existing customers we want to “freeze” the product price for certain customers,
    but at the same time let other customers get another prize for the same product
    and period.
    (We have scenarios where the product price changes retroactively, years back in time, but only for those custoemrs that  fulfill a specific criteria at the time where the prize change was decided to take place..)
    We want the prize to be dependent on the customer status AND when this status was set
    (before a specific date), but there doesn’t seem to be a way to set up pricing
    conditions with date ranges (i e "customer status changed before YYYYMMDD
    renders prize X").
    Since we are talking about quite a lot of customers we do not want to add each and every
    one of them as “individual price items” in the pricing conditions tables.
    Does anyone have an idea regarding how to set this up?

    Hi Marika,
    condition records have validity (FROM - TO). Let us assume you have a condition record for product A with 50 EUR per piece and this record is valid from 01.01.2014 until 31.12.2014.
    If you create CRM Sales Order having product A at 4.12.2014 and this date is used as pricing date for the conditon determination, then it will find this condition record with price 50 EUR per piece. This 50 EUR should be the froen price.
    Now how can you achieve that for the same CRM Sales Order another product price is determined for certain customer or a certain customer group?
    The idea is to pass an additional pricing attribute, e.g. customer group. Then you can create a new condition table with this field with the key fields product and customer group. In the access seqeunce first the new condition table is checked and if no record is found, then the second conditon table is checked as shown below:
    Access Sequence ABC
    Access 10: condition table with key fields product + customer group
    Access 20: condition table only key field product
    Instead of customer group you define also any other field. You create your own implementation of the BAdI  CRM_COND_COM_BADI that passes this field with a value to pricing.

  • Regarding adding new pricing condition using BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE

    I am trying to add a new pricing condition at item level using Bapi_salesorder_change, but it is not getting updated. I am also doing Bapi_transaction_commit as the next step.
    I am passing the sales order number and the Update flag in the header. Tried passing G as the logic switch-pricing and also tried with logic_switch-COND_HANDL = X.
    I am passing the data in structure CONDITIONS_IN with the value for item numebr, condition step number, condition count , condition value, currency and unit.
    Also I am passing data in CONDITIONS_INX with the required flags set and update flag as 'I'.
    The output says that order is changed and saved successfully, but the condition type is not there when i check the pricing coinditions inside the order at item level.Please help.

    But the problem is pricing conditions like transport cost. Because when I do a new purchase order the system use last transport cost and i don´t want it.
    What I want (if possible) with infoupdate is:
    - Update ( PBXX & PB00)
    - Don´t update (other conditions like transport).

  • Help needed regarding Pricing Conditions in Invoice

    Hi Experts,
    I have added some Z fields to the Tkomp  Pricing table and did the relevant modifications in user exit Pricing Prepare Tkomp in MV45AFZZ.My pricing conditions are being created successfuly for the sales order.
    Now when a Invoice is being created for the Sales Order after the delivery thru VF01 , initially I am able to see my new pricing record under the Item condition tab., but when user clicks on the UPDATE button in the same conditions tab and clicks on 'carry put new pricing' my new condition record vanishes from the scene.
    Do I need to write a seperste code for that?
    If yes, please guide me where?

    Hi Aravind,
                             For domestic purchase Vat & CST are applicable. If it is intra state VAT is used & if it is interstate CST is used. These condition types have to be manitained in the TAX procedure.
    JVRD - I/P VAT
    JVCS- I/P CST.
    we have maintained condition records for both these condition types along with the tax code in FV11. In the case of import purchase, you need to maintain seperate pricing procedure for import which will include ,
    JCDB - BASIC CUSTOMS DUTY
    JCV1-CVD
    JECV-EDU CESS
    J1CV- SEC EDU CESS
    JEDB- IMPORT CESS
    JADC- ADDITIONAL CUSTOM DUTY.
    All these conditions will be available in PO item level & you need to maintain % for these conditions. Hope it helps.

    Please take into consideration that the transactions VK31, VK32, VK33 and VK34 are running under a totally different logic than the transaction VK11 - VK14.
    The logic doesn't work through condition tables, because of the fact that the condition sets can be selected by different types of conditions.
    I know the error you are talking about. It is VK024. This occurs because only conditions that appear in the F4 dropdown list will work for you. If it's not there then you will get the error.

  • Free Goods with pricing condition (Urgent)

    we have a probleme with free goods. because in PO item of free goods, there is no condition management (no Invoice entry) but we should manage some pricing condition for the item (spécifique condition relative to transport, ...).
    so are the any way of managing the expenses annex condition(transport charge, customs clearance charges,…) for the free goods in an item of Purchase Order ??

    This is not possible to maintain the condition s for free goods because while creating the PO for free goods by selecting the free goods tad at item level, There is no Condition tab at Item detail .means you are not able to mainatin conditions.
    If you want to maintain the conditions ,you have to treat as a Normal scenarios .

        I have created a product with help of function modules.The problem is that i am able to populate the pricing conditions data into internal table,but the pricing conditions  is not being displayed in the Masterdata->Products-> Maintain Products screen. Can anyone suggest me in this regards.Is there any function module to be used? or any other procedure to be followed for the pricing conditions to be dispalyed?     Hi,
    The pricing in SD and MM is a separate module like thing and is maintained for different products based on the Condition records.
    The basic Pricing Procedure consists of Condition  Types, Condition Records, Accesss Sequences and condition tables.
    Generally with respect to all sales and purchase documents the pricing is maintained in KONV  and KONP tables based on the different condition types.

  • Sales order: How to add pricing conditions at item level in BDC of VA01

    Hello Experts,
    Am writing BDC for sales order, in this process I need to add ITEM PRICING CONDITIONS, so, am selecting item and pressing the DOLLAR symbol button and am adding the conditions by pressing PLUS button in loop!! but am getting this erorr- Field KOMV-KMEIN (2) is not an input field!! when I execute it in we19-BACK GROUND only!! if I execute the same CODE IN we19-Fore ground, I dont have any issue!!  I checked this SDN (field status in config), Google, but did not helped me!
    Pls. let  me know is there any other way to add conditions at item level in VA01 in BDC code?

    It is happening because the second row of the item level data screen is becoming display only. Please check whether In foreground mode you are pressing an extra enter to give data in the second row of the item level data after giving data in the first row and in BDC recording you have not recorded that 'Enter'.

  • How to update pricing condition in sales in batch in the evening

    Gurus,
    I have a situation where I am supposed to update the freight charge condition type ("ZFR9" in my organization) on a scaled basis, depending on how much the customer (ship-to) has ordered on the same date. Since this changes from time to time, I need to write a program that does the following in the background in the evenings.
    1) Accumulate the wt of the material ordered by the same ship-to customer on the same delivery date.
    2) Find the scaled freight rate from a central universal freight charge table.
    3) Update the ZFR9 by this new frieght rate in all such sales order/line items that have the delivery date in question.
    The problem with using BDC is that the condition type ZFR9 appears on different lines depending on presence or absence of other condition types.
    Also I could not find any BAPI that does the update on a line item pricing condition.
    I am on 4.6C.

  • Purchase Order:Pricing condition report

    Hello Experts,
    Greetings.
    I would like to know that is thair any such report avaible by executing particular pricing condition we may know how many purchase order have been created against that particualr condition.(i.e purchase order list - pricing condition wise)
    Any help would be highly appriciated.

    I dont think so there any report which you will give condition against Po
    but we can check this in table or develop with help of ABAp consultant
    in se16n t-code give table EKKO AND GET CONDITION number field  KNUMV and pass this number
    Now pass this into table KONV and find condition against PO
