Release Build Problem

Question

I have a project that I can export to my C: drive or any
network drive, and open with the HTML wrapper just fine. When I
upload it to the web server and attempt to open it, I get a blue
box the size of my project and nothing else. If I go directly to
the .swf, I get nothing. I do use some external assets, but I
upload those as well and have tried different permissions with them
to no result. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
