REPLACE_WITH_ACTUAL_URL

Hi everyone,
i know that maybe this topic has already been treated , but i couldn't find out the answer i need.
I'm using ant to build up my Web Service and by default the generated WSDL file contains
REPLACE_WITH_ACTUAL_URL as value dor soap:address location.
How/where can i set some parameters to get the url I wish instead of "REPLACE_WITH_ACTUAL_URL"?
thanks in advance

Hi Johnnyno,
Once your web service has been deployed correctly,
JAX-RPC runtime will take care of patching the
soap:addres location for you. You can access the WSDL
as YOUR_ENDPOINT_ADDRESS?WSDL and check for
soap:address in the WSDL for correct address.Actually is what I do, BUT my webservice is running on a local server 192.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080
which is mapped to be externally viewed to 215.xxx.xxx.xxxx:8888. If i access the WSDL file with
http://215.xxx.xxx.xxxx:8888/myservicepath/myservice?WSDL i get the wsdl file BUT location is set to
http://192.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080/myservicepath/myservice .... so JAX-RPC runtime patches the soap:address to the LOCAL one instead of using my ENDPOINT ... so, is there a possibility to set soap:address location BEFORE/WHILE deploying my web service? some way to tell to JAX-RPC runtime WHAT TO PATCH?
thanks again for answering

  • HTTP adapter - Unable to access the following endpoint(s): REPLACE_WITH_ACTUAL_URL

    Hi All,
    Hope you all doing good.
    I had a simple but a bit unresolved issue.
    I am using soa suite 11.1.1.5 for calling a service which only accepts HTTPS POST requests.
    I used HTTP adapter to call that with required security applied.
    when I tested the process, the calling is not getting successful but the process goes in running state for 2 mins, and then fails with the error: Unable to access the following endpoint(s): REPLACE_WITH_ACTUAL_URL
    End point URL not reachable, and the URL after this.
    But there is 500 error message in the called service server log with the same user.
    I tried changing lot of things without success.
    Can anyone of you guide me, what could be going wrong here.
    Hope I get some solution .,
    Thanks in advance,
    Best Regards

    Hi,
    The process will receive the request as SOAP message. Then the process will call the service which accpets HTTPS POST message.
    I dont know, how to verify whether my service call out to service goes through POST method of HTTP adapter?
    But verb used is POST, http.payload is xml.
    Thanks & Regards

  • More Info on JAXRPC Arrays

    I took the hello world example and changed the api to the following:-
    interface HelloWorldModuleAPI implements Remote {
    SimpleResult sayHello(String s) throws RemoteException;
    where SimpleResult is defined as
    class SimpleResult implements Serializable {
    private int statusCode;
    private SimplePoop [] results;
    /** getters and setters **/
    class SimplePoop implements Serializable {
    private String stringPoop;
    /** getter and setter **/
    If I compile, deploy etc on the server then run a client to access
    HelloWorldModuleAPI.sayHello("Foo")
    using stubs then everything works fine.
    If i try to use the dynamic proxy approach I get a NullPointerException from
    com.sun.xml.rpc.encoding.SOAPDeserializationContext.deserializeMultiRefObjects at line 82
    If i try to use dynamic invocation I get
    "trailing block elements must have an id attribute" from
    com.sun.xml.rpc.encoding.SOAPDeserializationContext.deserializeMultiRefObjects at line 71
    Is there something I'm missing on the client side to make this work with proxies or DII ?
    regards
    Graeme

    Hi Kathy,
    WSDL is below. The thing that was confusing is that the server end manages to serialize the object tree correctly as it is based on JavaBeans & primitives.
    Is there a way to have a generic javabean deserializer registered with JAX-RPC for
    the proxy/DII cases ?
    regards
    Graeme

    WS Binding: exception durign SOAP invocation: java.util.NoSuchElementException
    Looks like the error is in the data sent to or expected from the service in your composite. Check that audit logs and composite flow to make sure your soap message when using soapui matches what you are working with in soa suite.

    Hi, i built a dynamic client to work with my webservice. Both were built using the JWSP1.2. Bellow is the error i get. It happens only if i call the getAll WS method (this method receives a String parameter and returns a Source Type Object) . Does anyone have any idea about what's happening? Could someone show me the way? Really appreciate

    Could anyone help and point to me a right direction, I have been hunting the problem for days and couldnt find a clue.
    Thanks a lot in advance!

    Hi, I finally solved this problem, the JDNI entry value is not configured properly for the session bean that's built for the service end point.
    Changed JNDI value, and use that value in the service locator to look up the session bean home, it worked.

  • WSDL incorrect - in XSD elements always must be the root element?

    Hi!
    First of all, sorry about my english, but I'm not accustomed to write in this language ;-)
    We're trying to publish a Webservice with JAXWS and with a classes generated via JAXB parsing a group of XSD files, always in a maven project with java 5.
    More explained the steps we are trying to follow:
    1) parse the XSD files with JAXB and generate a JAR file to be included like a dependency in the webapp
    2) use the classes packaged in the JAR in other maven project and define and deploy a webapp with the webservice using JAXWS defining a SEI that uses and returns a Type included in the JAR generated in the previous step. Here it is the interface that implements the SEI:
    @WebMethod
         public TESTELEMENT test(
                   @WebParam(name = "test")
                   TESTELEMENT element);The problem seems to be that if the elements in the original XSD files aren't root elements the WSDL generated is incorrect.
    Here there are the XSD files we are using and the WSDL error result (XMLSpy dixit, "ns1:Example" must refer to an existing element).
    Anyone knows what happens?
    Thank you in advance and sorry about this large message!

    Hi again.
    About my last post, say that the WSDL generated, in fact, was generated with CXF, sorry.
    Using JAXWS (wsgen to be more explicit) the WSDL results still are not ok, as you can see, the error is in the last ns1:Example reference in ServeiTestBO_schema1.xsd, that XMLSpy says that doesn't exists :-( :

  • SOA Suite 11.1.1.4.0 - Unable to invoke REST service from BPEL

    Hi all,
    I am trying to invoke a REST service from BPEL.
    I am supposed to call the following REST URL:
    http://apolloiserdev.corp.webex.com/ExportComplianceWS/webresources/ECCheck/emailDomainCheck/[email protected]
    In order to achieve this:
    1. I created an empty composite
    2. Added a HTTP Binding as external reference
         2.1 In the HTTP Binding wizard, I copied the above URL in 'Endpoint'
         2.2 Operation Name --> request-response
         2.3 Verb --> GET
         2.4 Created XSD for Req and resp and added those in 'Messages'
    Now, when I deploy and test this process, I get the following error messages:
    Unable to access the following endpoint(s): REPLACE_WITH_ACTUAL_URL
    Unable to access the following endpoint(s): http://apolloiserdev.corp.webex.com/ExportComplianceWS/webresources/ECCheck/emailDomainCheck/[email protected]/ExportComplianceWS/webresources/ECCheck/emailDomainCheck/[email protected]
    However, when I open the same URL using my web browser or test it using Mozilla REST client, I get a success response.
    Am I missing out something in my BPEL process?
    Regards,
    Arindam

    Not sure if this helps. But for rest based services we need to create a WSDL which has http protocol and get/post method like below
    types>
    <message name="HttpPostParamIn">
    <part name="param1" type="xsd:string"/>
    <part name="param2" type="xsd:string"/>
    </message>
    <message name="HttpPostParamOut">
    <part name="Body" element="get:Request"/>
    </message>
    <portType name="HttpPostParamPortType">
    <operation name="PostData">
    <input message="tns:HttpPostParamIn"/>
    <output message="tns:HttpPostParamOut"/>
    </operation>
    </portType>
    <binding name="HttpPostParamBinding" type="tns:HttpPostParamPortType">
    <http:binding verb="POST"/>
    <operation name="PostData">
    <http:operation location="/EchoApp/echo"/>
    <input>
    <mime:content type="application/x-www-form-urlencoded"/>
    </input>
    <output>
    <mime:mimeXml part="Body"/>
    </output>
    </operation>
    </binding>
    <service name="PostParamService">
    <port name="HttpPostParamPort" binding="tns:HttpPostParamBinding">
    <http:address location="http://localhost:7001"/>
    </port>
    </service>
    <plnk:partnerLinkType name="PostParamService">
    <plnk:role name="PostParamServiceProvider">
    <plnk:portType name="tns:HttpPostParamPortType"/>
    </plnk:role>
    </plnk:partnerLinkType>
    definitions>
    And then use this wsdl to invoke it from BPEL.like any other wsdl using partner link.

  • Deploying a webservice on WLS 9.1 and got an wsdl error.

    Hi,
    I hoped it is then right usergroup to publish the following question.
    I'm trying to deploy a EJB webservice on a WLS 9.1.
    But I got the following error message:
    [java] port component "SystemServiceEndpointPort" is not found in wsdl.
    It's simple JAX-RPC based webservice where a SessionBean method is used as
    the service implementation. The same configuration (webservice.xml,
    jaxrpc-mapping-SystemService.xml, SystemService.wsdl) works fine under JBoss 4.0, but not with
    WLS 9.1. Maybe it's a simple configuration error and I hope someone can help.
    I haved remembered the namespace in the webservices.xml file: <wsdl-port>wsdl:SystemServiceEndpointPort</wsdl-port> and also defined et in the top of the file.
    Regards
    Torben

  • Deploying an EJB WebService under WLS 9.1 - port component "Hello" is not found in wsdl.

    Hi,
    I'm trying to deploy a simple EJB webservice example on WLS 9.1. The appc
    compile works fine, but the server deployment throw the following error
    message:
    [java] port component "Hello" is not found in wsdl.
    It's simple JAX-RPC based webservice where a SessionBean method is used as
    the service implementation. The same configuration (webservice.xml,
    mapping.xml and HelloService.wsdl) works fine under JBoss 4.0, but not with
    WLS 9.1. Maybe it's a simple configuration error and someone can help.

  • Problem with wsdl publishing

    Hi,
    I have been able to generate a wsdl file, added a wsdl.location property name-value pair in xxx_config.properties file. Now I am able to see wsdl file published at http://localhost:7001/testwebservices/test?WSDL
    The problem i am facing is - only a part of wsdl file is getting published. It shows me an error after publishing a part of it.
    The XML page cannot be displayed
