Report in background, how to avoid the header at every new page?

Dear all,
    I have a big report which gives time out, so I run it in background mode, the problem arises when I go to SP01 and download the output, it doesnt appear as a continuous list but as a bunch of pages with a header in each one, so it is a pain to work with it in Excel.
   Any idea about downloadig it with out the header of the pages?

Write an utility for downloading from spool using below said fm and give the first_line parameter value as your first line after header

    I have create a report with two buttons, 'previous page' and 'next page'. when i click the buttons, my report will go to another new page. I am using NEW-PAGE in my report.

  • Variable field in Header for every new page

    Hi Friends.
    I am printing a new page on every new material no encountered . At the same time the HEADER has a field called Container name which is different for each  material so this header field needs to be update each time when a new page is called to print .
    How to handle this ? Please advise .
    In my z calling program I am using this logic .
    If  old_matnr  <> new_matnr
    PERFORM PRINT USING 'MAIN' 'NEW_PAGE'.

    If you have created a seperate window for header then you cant pass a changing field . Instead keep that header window in the main window that will serve your purpose.
    you need to put the condition
    if &page& eq '1'.
    header code.
    endif.

  • How to avoid the event has been repeated many times in the background

    Application, the main screen is divided into two containers:left and  right container,
    The right side of the container is divided into two containers:top and  bottom container,
    There is a button in the left container.
    Click the button, the container at lower right will using ModuleManager  load Module,  The following container load of the right of the screen  has been monitoring the container above the action.
    Problem:
    When you click the button repeatedly to load the container in the lower  right, it will create multiple instances, and can not be freed  immediately. When the above container do an action or event, there are  multiple instances of monitoring exist.
    The background will be repeat the action or event many times.
    How to avoid the event has been repeated many times in the background?

  • How can avoid the  problem of Parameter Prompting when I submitting ?

    I am developing web application in visual studio 2008 in csharp.How can avoid the issue or problem of  Parameter Prompting when I send parameters programaticaly or dyanmicaly?  I am sending the values from .net web form to crystal report but it is still asking for parameters. so when i submit second time that is when the reports is being genereated.     Vissu.....UTL_FILE just reads data from the file. It has no concept of what could be a "header" or "body" or "records" or "footer" or any other data based concept. If you want to skip lines of a file, you will just need to read them using UTL_FILE and ignore them.

    Hello GuhaPriyan,
    I assume that you're referring to the ALV Grid's title. The maximum length for this title is 70 characters and this would generally fit in the one line.
    Are you intending to wrap it because you purposefully want the text to come in two lines? In that case, I'm not sure that it's possible.
    But otherwise, there's an option in the Layout called SMALLTITLE. You can set this attribute so that the title would be displayed in a amaller font and hopefully, all of your text shows up on the screen.
