Retrieve pricing procedure in CRM

Hi.
I have a very simple problem i think but i'm not able to solve it ...
I'am trying to retrieve the pricing procedure for a document. I thought that in CRM_ORDER_READ function module it will appear but i search everywhere and apparently not.
How can i retrieve it from the document number or the guid ?

Different pricing procedure between CRM and ERP

Hello,
we`re using a CRM system which is connected to a ERP system. As not all pricing conditions from ERP are needed in CRM (an in addition the ERP pricing procedure is very complex), we would like to use a different (with less conditions) pricing procedure ind CRM.
But now, when we transfer an order from CRM to ERP, the pricing procedure from ERP gets downloaded into the order in CRM and the prices are lost. Therefore I have 2 questions:
1. Is it not possible to have a different pricing procedure in CRM than in ERP?
2. Is it possible to stop transferring the pricing procedure from ERP back to CRM when transferring orders?

Yes. You can use different pricing procedure for you business documents.
We use this for quotation management with inergation CRM-ERP.
But, You must use same Condition Types and other objects.

Customer pricing procedure in CRM

Can anyone please let me know how to find customer pricing procedure in CRM that is assigned to a particular customer.

Customer pricing procedure is assigned to a BP in the sales area data under the billing tab.
Check for any bp using the following steps
1. Use tcode BP and enter the BP number.
2. Choose the role Sold to Party
3. Choose the tab Sales Area data.
4. Choose your sales area and open the Billing tab.
Here you can see the customer pricing procedure assigned to the BP.

How to extract values from pricing procedure for conditions in CRM Billing?

I have a number of conditions in the pricing procedure in CRM Billing that I would like to extract to SAP BW. How can this be done?
Is there a standard extractor for CRM Billing similar to the SD Billing extractor "Extraction of SD Billing Conditions" (2LIS_13_VDKON)?
If there is no standard extractor, is there another way to extract the conditions and the related values?
I am using the standard CRM Billing Extractor 0BEA_CRMB already, so maybe an append could solve my problem. How can this be done? In what CRM-tables can I find the values from pricing procedure for conditions in CRM Billing?

Downloading the pricing procedure

Hi Gurus,
I am new to the Middleware.
I have defined the new pricing procedure in ECC 6 and I require downloading the same pricing procedure to CRM 5. What are the initial objects I have to us for initial download?
I have used the following things in the pricing procedure
     56 Sales org. of order/plant Condition Table     Standard one
     PI02 Sales org/plant            Access Sequence      Standard one
     I have defined 6 condition types.
     I have created the condition records for the condition types that where in the pricing procedure.
Can any body help me out?

You told me that for the particular download use T.C - R3AR2 when I go there I found lot of objects but I am not sure which object i have to use? How to find the right object
If i want to download the Z00001 pricing procedure, 56 condition table , z001 to z10 condition table and condition records for the condition types.
I have also used the following things in the pricing procedure they are
In the subtotal column of the pricing procedure I have used
     1          Carry over value to KOMP-KZWI1
     A     Carry over price to KOMP-CMPRE (credit price)
     B     Carry over value to KOMP-WAVWR (cost)
In the requirement column of the pricing procedure I have use
     2     Item with pricing
     4     Cost
In the Condition formula for alternative calculation type column of the pricing procedure I have used
     2       Net Value
     11     Profit margin

Pricing Procedure Can't be determined

I am working on CRM 5., When i create the sales order i am getting the following error "Pricing Procedure Can't be determined" I have maintained the pricing procedure in CRM.
Is there any link with IPC and How to know whether IPC has been installed or not?

Hi Devi,
The error is because your pricing procedure is not being determined by your Customizing settings.
You need to maintain the Pricing Procedure determination setting which can be determined using Sales Organization,Distribution Channel,Division,Customer Pricing Procedure and Document Pricing Procedure.
For this you need to have appropriate Sales Organization,Distribution Channel,Division in your sales order at header level in Organization tab.
Customer Pricing Procedure it is assigned to the business partner. You can find the same under Sales Area data, Billing tab.
Document Pricing Procedure , is maintained in customizing of the transaction type at third level customizing.
To maintain the determination of pricing procedure follow below mentioned IMG path
Customer Relationship Management>Basic Functions>Pricing>Pricing in the Business Transaction>Determine Pricing Procedures
M sure, once these settings are maintained you will surely be able to determine the price.

Tax calculation in CRM using R/3 pricing procedure

Hello Experts
We are using R/3 pricing procedure to calculate list prices in CRM.
The condition record for Taxes are maintained for condition type UTXJ in SD which is calling for tax procedure TAXUSJ and condition type JR1.
The records are maintained in FTXP. This is the SAP Standard way of maintaining taxes if external tax software is not used.
We have downloaded the condition records and condition types in CRM. The tables have all the required records downloaded from R/3.
When creating an order in Webshop the tax is not getting calculated.
The pricing analysis shows that the condition record for UTXJ condtion type is met, but it is not showing the tax maintained for condition type JR1.
Have we missed any settings here?
If we are using R/3 billling does the TTE needs to be activated for calculating taxes in the webshop?
If TTE needed to be used for calculating taxes, what are the settings needed to be configured?

I am facing this problem with TAX Condition Records: Pricing error: Mandatory condition MWST is missing. I am using a R/3 pricing procedure correctly downloaded to CRM.
You say that you have downloaded the condition records and condition types in CRM. SAP Library says 'Prerrequisites: You have downloaded the tax condition records from SAP ECC'.
I don't know If my problem is caused because I haven't downloaded any Tax Condition Records. The fact is that I cannot determine which one is the Condition Object to download in R3AS.
I would really appreciate if you or anyone could tell me which object you did use.

Making Customer Pricing procedure mandatory in BP Role-CRM 5.0

Hi
Our requirement is to make Customer Pricing procedure mandatory in BP Role "Sold to Party"-CRM 5.0. I have configured for the same in IMG Field Grouping. Now when a end user goes for BP creation & goes to Sales area maintenance then an error message is displayed for the same.
But if only general data is maintained then this message is not displayed. Now requirement is to display an error message if a person leaves without maintaining sales data.
Please help me in resolving this.

In the completeness procedure detail, use the object Pricing and field Customer pricing procedure. relevance header / item or both, message category - Error

Object Class Invalid when downloading the pricing procedure from ECC to CRM

I want to download the pricing procedure for that I have created the ZDNL_CUST_CND which contains only the following tablesT683, T683S, T683T and T683U.
When I check in R3AM1 status is Red.
The following Error have been found in SLG1
     Object class invalid
     Error in inbound data check
Message no. CND_MAP120

During the receiving inspection, serious errors were found in the consistency of the exchange object.

Please try to re-generate the adapter object (ZDNL_CUST_CND) services using trx.
SMOGGEN
. After this, try re-running the load.
I assume that your CRM inbound mapping module are correctly coded. If the problem persists, try de-registering the R3AD_CONDITIONS inbound queue using trx.
SMQR
and then debugging the inbound queue from the same trx. after re-starting the load.

CRM Pricing procedure for warranties

CRM 5.0
In CRM 5.0, I am evaluating implementing service plus sales orders with warranties covering some of the service items. Currently we have pricing procedure created in ECC and replicated into CRM.
If I want CRM to determine warranties automatically and not pick up price for items covered by warranties, I need to use standard condition type 1308 in CRM. But for that I'll need to use a new pricing procedure created in CRM. When my Service plus sales order replicates into ECC, would there be any issues or it would normally do so. Also would the pricing show in ECC in display only mode or it wouldn't show at all.

I maintained Pricing procedure JINFAC for combination of Sales areaDOC PPCusPP.....
iam getting all Excise duty and all..........but i would like to add Customer Discount.K007 condition type......Not only discount ......for Example...100% Discount Etc....
But it is not in JINFAC PP.....i tried to maintain RVAA01 for same combination (Which i maintained for JINFAC) but system is giving error.
How can i club 2 PP for same sales areaDOC PPCUS PP

Pricing procedure changes from R/3 to CRM

We want to change the pricing procedures in r/3 which involves changes to "From" and "to" calculation and as the same pricing procedures are being used in CRM, how do we synchronise the same,
Does system automatically replicate the changes ?
We have to manually make the changes in CRM for the same ?

It is quite a while since I worked on a CRM project. These are basically middleware transactions which you use to transfer Customizing, Master and Transactional data from R/3 to CRM. Banking on my memory, here is the answer:
Menu Path: While in SAP Easy Access screen, choose Architecture and Technology/ Middleware ® Data Exchange ® Initial Load ® Start.
T code: R3AS.
Then you have to monitor the status of the transfer and check if the transfer is complete by using
Menu Path: Architecture and Technology/ Middleware/Monitoring , Data Exchange/ Monitor Objects or T code R3AM1.
Finally use tcode SLG1 ( options: object: COND_EXCHANGE, subobject: CUSTOMIZING), to display a log for the data transfer.

Pricing Procedure is missing in processed CRM-ISA order on Tab "Prices"

Dear all,
after creating successfully an order in CRM, it is distributed to R/3 where it gets processed without problems. When I get the order back in CRM the field "Pricing Proc." is empty on Tab "Prices".
Does anyone have an idea, where to search for the reason ? We are using CRM Internet Sales 3.1.

Hi Mirko,
Check the sales area on the sales organization tab of the replicated order in CRM. Is the sales area is the same that you have assigned to the catalog variant? If both are different then the sales area determination is again taking place on R/3 and in CRM there may not be a pricing procedure assigned for the new sales area.
If both the sales areas are same then it may be bug in the service pack.

CRM 2007 - Pricing procedure could not be determined

Hi Gurus
We starting an implementation of CRM 2007.
For my Service Ticket transaction we are receiving the message "Pricing procedure could not be determined". We do not need any Pricing as this is purely a service orientated call centre and pricing has no impact on the services we provide.
We're using the dummy service product "INVESTIGATION".
I've tried modifying the customizing to use a Pricing Procedure but this has failed to work.
Is there config which will prevent this error from showing up in the first place.

I checked the following
1. Assign the sales area of your sold to party a customer pricing procedure.
    In transaction BP for my customer in role "Consumer" data is as follows:
    Sales Org - Defined
    Dist Channel - Defined
    Billing Tab
            Cust Pric Procedure: Standard
2. Assign your transection a document pricing procedure.
     Transaction has Leading Category "Service Process" is not possible to assign a document pricing procedure. Unless you know of another way?
3. for document pricing procedure, customer pricing procedure and sales area data, define the pricing procedure to be used.
    Under SPRO - IMG - Customer Relationship Management -
              Basic Functions - Pricing - Pricing in the Business
              Transaction - Determine Pricing Procedure.
    Sales Org, Dist Channel, Division, Doc Procedure (S - Service Process), Cust Pric Procedure (Standard), Procedure ((0CRMBP) used this as it only has one condition)
4. in product master data, define the values of condition types being used in the pricing procedure (if you dont need the prices, you can just define them as zero).
Added conditions to the Product
Unfortunately I'm still receiving the same error, can you assist further?

Go to SPRO-> IMG-> Basic Functions-> pricing. Here goto second node & select determine pricing procedure.
Here check the combination....
sales org-distribution channel-doc price-cust price-pricing procedure.
Here see the corresponding pricing procedure which should be proper based on the condition types.

Customer pricing procedures As default value in BP Transaction (CRM)

Hi,
Is it possible to set a default Customer pricing procedure in transaction BP when choosing a Sales Area?
My problem is that we set just one Customer pricing procedure and the field is set as compulsory. But in some cases users manage to save the BP without precising the customer pricing procedure. Since it"s compulsory the replication to SD ends as a Bdocs notice partially sent BP to SD.
Most users have a red messaging saying they have to fill in the field with a "standard' customer pricing procedure but sometime they find a way to switch to next sales area without setting this information.
Thus came to my mind to set a default Customer pricing procedure so that users wont forget.
Is it possible?

I think your requirement shoul be anyway intercepted by a BAdI.
