SAP 6 and storing old POs

Question

Hello,
I have a question regarding SAP 6 and storage of old POs. How can old POs be stored in SAP 6 and does SAP 6 call up latest master data on some fields in an old PO when you open them later (eg Ts+Cs) or is it calling up what has been printed at the time of creation?

Hi,
Your question is not clear.
AS you said about old PO ( old PO may be at any levels like PO at PO level, PO at GR level & PO at MIRO level) & old PO cab be you uploaded into the system by using LSMW or BDC.
If message setting done ( with condition record) before uploading old PO, you can take the print out.If message setting NOT done ( with condition record) before uploading old PO, then you can NOT take the print out of old PO but in this case you can take print out after message setting and then just make simple change in the PO by selecting change button & save and take the old PO print out.
NOTE: Do not set dispatch time 4 ,during maintaining  condition record for message output in MN04 which result PO can be print just during saving of PO. So just set dispatch time for example 3 in MN04 t.code.
