Securities: Adding other flows for securities

Guys,
We are looking for best practice for the following case:
We have security transaction for purchase (number of units and price entered directly to the main flow type Purchase). Some cases there is an additional amount added as Commission capitalized and it relates to the earlier purchase transaction.
In version 4.6c we were able to enter a new transaction (in TS01) where number of units and price for main flow purchase is 0, and Commission capitalized could be entered as other flows.
In version 6.0 we are not able to use the same method. The system doesn't accepts the 0 quantity and amount for main flow purchase, i.e. other flows can not be entered for this transaction. - What would be the reasonable way to enter the other flow related to earlier (posted) main flow?

Hi,
Commision is specific for a security in a security account, you can use manual posting FWBS transaction and give the ID number and security account.  You need to have defined the update types for manual posting under securities account management configuration -- Assign update types for the functions for security account management in img. 
In the assignment field, if you want you can make a reference to the actual purchase transaction.
