Setting Default or Derived value for watermark template

Hi,
I want to set default value for watermark template id. The condition is like if dUser(Logged in user) is "a", then default value of template should be "1". I have created template in pdfwatermark administrator with contentid of template as "1".
How to write that idocscript?

Dear Kick,
There is no such option of default scrap value in IMG. You will have to put that amount in asset master.
If the data quantum is high then better to write LSMW or CATT

You need change the IKM. This values are hardcode in the IKM.
You can create a new IKM and the values used are a options of the IKM.

I created one request with logo in the header an page in the footer etc. and called StyleSheet. After you can import this formats by each request.
You can do this in compound layout.

If you feel that the fiscal year value should come in the billing document then you have to use a user exit USEREXIT_NUMBER_RANGE .
As this is a related to ABAP , you should give the inputs and ABAP'ers will give the number range as per our requirement .

How to set the parameter ID value for a range

I am trying to call transaction KSB1 (Display actual line items for cost center) by supplying all the default values for the selection options/parameters and skipping the selection screen from the calling program. However, for the cost center range, both HIGH and LOW field have the same PID (i.e. KOS). Same thing for the cost element range. When I set the value for PID "KOS", only the low value got populated.
I tried to pass a BDC table to the
CALL TRANSACTION 'KSB1' USING bdc_tab
, but the PID used before takes higher priority so the bdc_tab values got overwritten by the PID values for those fields.
Does anybody know how to find or set the PID for a selection range? I need PID for Cost center range, cost element range and the period (PID="VPE").

by using SUBMIT command u have to <b>RKAEP000</b> this program along with the selection screen.

Set defaults on a Numbers for iCloud beta spreadsheet?

Hi Everyone,
How can I set page defaults on a Numbers for iCloud beta spreadsheet? I want to have the size set to 100% and the Format panel hidden. At present I have to re-set these values everytime I re-open the file. I have loooked in help but can't see any relevant info. I'm running Mavericks.

Further to my post on April 23, I have noticed that when I save a numbers file on my Mac, all the changes I have made to things like the size, whether the format panel is visible, even the window extents etc. are all saved with the file. Of course this is what you would expect but in the iCloud Beta version there is no Save command so I assume that is why these things are not saved. Does anyone know if this is correct or if there is a work around?

Set default radio group value

Hi,
I want to clarify the following:
Is it true that if I assign a radio group to a base table field then I can assign a default value to it?
If it is not a non-base table field, I can still assign a radio group to it, but I cannot set a default value for the radio group?
The portal version that I am using is 3.0.9
on Solaris.

Hi,
In order to ensure that the "ALL" option is selected, you have to do a few things:
1 - On your radiogroup's definition, set the following:
Display Null: No
Null display value: (leave blank)
Null return value: (leave blank)
2 - then, update the List of values definition setting to include a NULL value. Something like:
SELECT ' ALL ' d, -1 r FROM DUAL
UNION ALL
SELECT DNAME d, DEPTNO r FROM DEPT ORDER BY 1(this way, ALL becomes part of the data). Note that, in this example, I have used -1 as the "null return value" - this is because I am using a number field here (DEPTNO). Change this to a string if you are using a VARCHAR2 field.
3 - Create a new Page Computation. This should run Before Header on the radiogroup item. The computation would be a Static Assignment of the "null return value" you set above - in my example, this is -1 The computation should be conditional on the value of the radiogroup item being null. This, I have found, is the best way to ensure that you get a default value before the page is loaded.

Setting up maximum order value for vendor

Hi experts,
I want to set a maximum price/value limit for vendor for giving order
For example - i want to set a maximum limit of 1lakh for vendor A
when ever I create PO for vendor A , system should chck the maximum value for A vendor.
And if there a many open order for vendor A, then the total of open PO's shoukld be
counted and when ever i am creating new PO & if ec=xceeds the value 1 lakh then
system should not allow to create the new PO
Vendor A      PO1     value - 50000      status - open
vendor A     PO2     value - 30000     status - open
vendor A     PO3     value - 40000     status - creating now
At the time of creating PO3, PO value exceeds the vendor limit, so it should not allow to create/save the PO3
please let me know how to handle this

This can get really complex unless you have clear vision of what you want to control.
For example, the maximum limit that you want to set, is it for the current month / current year etc?
If it is the sum of all Open PO value, would you consider the PO's that were created the sme month and delivered but payment is pending though Invopice is posted?
So answers to such questions provide the clarity for teh controls that need to set in place.
For this you can create a Z table and maintain the limits that you like to set based on the criterion like monthly or yearly.
Then Use a user-exit in the PO to calculate the net value of all open PO's for the vendor and then validate with the Z table and throw an error if it exceeds.
However the performance may get effected with such calculations on PO save.
in that case you may have to consider storing the cumulated PO value on every PO creation and PO Completion.
Consider all this and take a decision.

How to set default .PDF file extension for Form Downloads

I am trying to find a way of setting the PDF file extension when I download forms.
I author the forms under a Plus subscription and am then downloading the forms under a basic subscription Collaborator account (diffrent person)
If I don't include .pdf as the file type when downloading a form with a unique name as the Collaborator, it downloads without a file extension.
Remembering to continually add the pdf file extension is a pain so I'm hoping there is away of setting this as a defaulet for my 'collaborator' account ?

Firstly, apologies for multiple posts, I received messages saying my comment hadn't posted and also checked my history before re-submitting.
Okay, the process is
1. Log in as the Author account and I can rename the file without having to set the extension
2. Log in as the Collaboartor account - same PC, browser etc and it doesn't save with a default file extension; HOWEVER, I have done this whilst also being logged in on a diffrent browser as the Author
3 I have just tried logging out as Author and only being in as the collaborator and the form downloaded with a default PDF.
4. I had someone else log in as the collaborator from thei PC and browser whilst I was still signed inunder my author account and again they were unable to save as PDF by default
This has me wondering if there is anything at play when you've got multiple Users?

How to set default bind variable value to task parameter value

I 'm implementing a BPEL process with a human task, and I autogenerate the task form. I have a custom sql table that stores opinions, different processes should show different opinios, so my ADF table can only show records related to that process. A custom process number is sent to the task form as a task parameter. How do I use that value as the bind variable default and only value?

e.g., Value from a date column : 03-JUL-2012 10:00 AM, VALUE for NEXT clause in CREATE MV statement should be 03-JUL-2012 04:45 AM (It is -5.45 hrs from the above date column value )
So I wrote a function (GET_DATE) to derive schedule for NEXT clause and tried to call it from NEXT caluse, but it is giving error message as mentioned below

Set default File Export Form for Communication Medium?

Hi,
Does anyone know whether it's possible to set a default File Export Form for Communication Medium.
For example, I created communication medium 'Direct Mailing'. Everytime when a user selects this communication medium in a Marketing Campaign, I would like the File Export Form 'Z_DIRECT_MAILING' to be selected automatically. Is this possible?

@ Rienk - That isn't my issue, what I was looking for was to have the last setting I selected (either in Batch Export or in QT Movie Export) "Stick" so when I go to do the next set I don't have to re-select all of my settings.
@ Nick - Not a good thing in this case. I need to send out QTs that have the speed change "baked-in" and convert the format(to ProRes, so the Color Grading session using "Color" doesn't choke. I changed my Sequence: "Settings > QuickTime Video Settings > Compressor" to ProRes, but the "Current Setting" seems to stick to the original clip's capture format (XDCAM EX).

Im using UCM 10GR3 and i must set an default skin and layout for all users.
Into General Configurations Field > System Variables i set
LMDefaultSkin=MySkin
LMDefaultLayout=MyLayout
But this didnt work. Anybody have a clue?
My skin is working fine but i have to change via My Profile.

How to set physical min/max values for a scale in xy graph?

Hello,
I have troubles with the way LabView handles physical units in xy graphs. In particular, I use a time scale for the x axis.
The values are timestamps and have the unit [s]. Now I want to read write the min max values for this scale via
property nodes. It seems that the properties for min max do not support the use of the unit I use for the data for
that same axis. This is very inconvenient and I am not even sure which kind of data to use at all for this properties.
Is it simply converting to/from [s] using the unit converter?
(I am using LabView 7.1 for the programm in question).

What are the units you are using? can you make it a littlebit clear.
You can change the units also using Property node.
Just check the attachment once. If that is what you are looking for, then the problem is solved.
