Sharing multiple files

Is it possible to share multiple files with those I e-mail?
Thanks
fletcheraj

Hello fletcheraj,
Thank you for your post.
Yes, it's possible to share multiple files with others via
email. From the Share landing page you can use the Browse function
to find files not already uploaded and add them from your computer.
If your files are already listed under My Files, hover your mouse
pointer over the file name, then choose Share from the drop down
menu. Next, add the email addresses of the intended recipients,
then click the Share button.
One thing to note - the recipient(s) will receive a separate
email for each file you send using Share. One link to one document
per email, even if you Share multiple documents at once.
Hope this helps! Please let us know if you have additional
questions.

  • IPad AiO app: Sharing multiple files/docs at one time?

    iPad AiO remote app:  I cannot share more than one file or doc at a time to Cloud storage, even though you can 'select all' the app does not seem to allow you to share a group at one time.  Is there a work around for this?

    Hello aqtpa33629,
    Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
    I see that you are using the AiO remote app and are trying to upload files to your Cloud storage. The "Select All" option is for selecting all files to delete, not uploading.
    The app is only allowing one file to upload because only one file can be opened at one time.

  • Adobe Acrobat pro 9.4.6 crashes when opening multiple files simultaneously.

    We have Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 which has been updated to version 9.4.6. we had this problem when the 9.4.5 update was applied also. It is now crashing when we try to open multiple files simultaneously.
    Yesterday, I narrowed down the problem to 6 plugins:
    IA32
    ADBC
    eBook
    EScript
    HLS
    PPKLite
    SaveAsRTS
    However, we discovered that that Comments and markup tool bars weren't loading. So I did a repair install on it.
    Now those plugins from yesterday work and Acroform.api is causing it to crash when opening multiple files.
    I did try other suggestion that involved using Icacls/cacls on dll files to no avail.
    It is running on XP SP3 fully updated with plenty of RAM and HDD space.
    Is there a way to fix this without reinstalling?

    I am not sure what's causing this problem on your machine because everything's working fine for me.
    What is the version of Acroform.api on your machine now.
    Do a Repair after deleting this file and see if it works.
    Enable Windows MSI logging (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314852) before you do a repair, upload that log to some file sharing server, and paste its link here.

  • Acrobat 9 Pro - Batch Create Multiple Files from InDesign CS5 files

    When attempting to batch create PDFs from Indesign CS5 files using Acrobat Pro 9's File>Create PDF>Batch Create Multiple Files ... option the operation fails with the error 'Could not find the application that created this file: [path to file] Please select a file created by an application that resides on your computer.' as shown in the screenshot below:
    Acrobat 9 Professional was bundled with Creative Suite 5 Design Standard so shouldn't this work? My machine is running OS X 10.6.7, Acrobat Pro 9.44 and InDesign CS5 7.04.
    Any help to solve this issue would be most gratefully received - this feature had previously saved me a lot of time on my old machine with 10.5.8, Acrobat Pro 9 and CS4.

  • Combine functionality Batch Create Multiple files and Set Security

    Greetings,
    Is there any way to combine the functionality of Acrobat Pro’s “Batch Create Multiple Files” (File (drop down) -> Create PDF -> Batch Create Multiple Files…) and running a batch process (Advanced -> Document Processing -> Batch Processing -> Batch Sequences -> Set Security)?
    Ideally I’d like to either:
    1)      Add the “Set Security” batch process to the “Batch Create Multiple Files … command located under the File (drop down) -> Create PDF
    or
    2)      Be able to create a batch process that first allows me to select the documents (Word, Excel, etc.) I want to convert into PDF files, then converts them, then runs the Set Security batch process.
    Right now it isn’t too much trouble to first “Create Multiple Files…” then run the batch process Set Security, but it would be nice to be able to do both with a single command.
    Any suggestions?
    Thank you,
    TPK

  • Batch create Multiple files in Acrobat X and X1 cannot convert Word 2010 with graphics

    I work for an exams board where hundreds of exam papers are produced. Once approved, these exams are converted to PDF and sent to print.  Using the Batch Create Multiple Files option is therefore essential to getting these papers print ready on time.  We have found that using this function to convert multiple Word 2010 files with graphics will not render it properly.  It deconstructs the graphics which loses the integrity of the exam paper.
    I have trialled the same group of files on Acrobat X1 with the same result.
    Have other Acrobat Pro Users experienced the same problem?  Is there a fix?

  • Sliding Window Table Partitioning Problems with RANGE RIGHT, SPLIT, MERGE using Multiple File Groups

    There is misleading information in two system views (sys.data_spaces & sys.destination_data_spaces) about the physical location of data after a partitioning MERGE and before an INDEX REBUILD operation on a partitioned table. In SQL Server 2012 SP1 CU6,
    the script below (SQLCMD mode, set DataDrive  & LogDrive variables  for the runtime environment) will create a test database with file groups and files to support a partitioned table. The partition function and scheme spread the test data across
    4 files groups, an empty partition, file group and file are maintained at the start and end of the range. A problem occurs after the SWITCH and MERGE RANGE operations, the views sys.data_spaces & sys.destination_data_spaces show the logical, not the physical,
    location of data.

    -- Works surprisingly!!
    use workspace;
    ALTER INDEX [PK_TestTable] ON [dbo].[TestTable] REBUILD PARTITION = 2;
    --Msg 622, Level 16, State 3, Line 2
    --The filegroup "TestTable_fg2" has no files assigned to it. Tables, indexes, text columns, ntext columns, and image columns cannot be populated on this filegroup until a file is added.
    --The statement has been terminated.
    If you run ALTER INDEX REBUILD before trying to remove files from File Group 3, it works. Rerun the database setup script then the code below.
    -- RANGE RIGHT
    -- Rerun PartitionLabSetup_RangeRight.sql before the code below
    USE workspace;
    DROP TABLE dbo.TestTableOut;
    ALTER INDEX [PK_TestTable] ON [dbo].[TestTable] REBUILD PARTITION = 2;
    USE master;
    ALTER DATABASE workspace
    REMOVE FILE TestTable_f3;
    -- Works as expected!!
    The file in File Group 2 appears to contain data but it can be dropped. Although the system views are reporting the data in File Group 2, it still physically resides in File Group 3 and isn’t moved until the index is rebuilt. The RANGE RIGHT function means
    the left file group (File Group 2) is retained when splitting ranges.
    RANGE LEFT would have retained the data in File Group 3 where it already resided, no INDEX REBUILD is necessary to effectively complete the MERGE operation. The script below implements the same partitioning strategy (data distribution between partitions)
    on the test table but uses different boundary definitions and RANGE LEFT.

    The table below shows the results of the ‘Confirm Table Partitioning’ query, before and after the MERGE.
    The data in the File and File Group to be dropped (File Group 2) has already been switched out; File Group 3 contains the data so no index rebuild is needed to move data and complete the MERGE.
    RANGE RIGHT would not be a problem in a ‘Sliding Window’ if the same file group is used for all partitions, when they are created and dropped it introduces a dependency on full index rebuilds. Larger tables are typically partitioned and a full index rebuild
    might be an expensive operation. I’m not sure how a RANGE RIGHT partitioning strategy could be implemented, with an ascending partitioning key, using multiple file groups without having to move data. Using a single file group (multiple files) for all partitions
    within a table would avoid physically moving data between file groups; no index rebuild would be necessary to complete a MERGE and system views would accurately reflect the physical location of data.
    If a RANGE RIGHT partition function is used, the data is physically in the wrong file group after the MERGE assuming a typical ascending partitioning key, and the 'Data Spaces' system views might be misleading. Thanks to Manuj and Chris for a lot of help
    investigating this.
    NOTE 10/03/2014 - The solution
    The solution is so easy it's embarrassing, I was using the wrong boundary points for the MERGE (both RANGE LEFT & RANGE RIGHT) to get rid of historic data.
    -- Wrong Boundary Point Range Right
    --ALTER PARTITION FUNCTION $(TableName)_func()
    --MERGE RANGE (15);
    -- Wrong Boundary Point Range Left
    --ALTER PARTITION FUNCTION $(TableName)_func()
    --MERGE RANGE (14);
    -- Correct Boundary Pounts for MERGE
    ALTER PARTITION FUNCTION $(TableName)_func()
    MERGE RANGE (0); -- or -1 for RANGE LEFT
    The empty, switched out partition (on File Group 2) is then MERGED with the empty partition maintained at the start of the range and no data movement is necessary. I retract the suggestion that a problem exists with RANGE RIGHT Sliding Windows using multiple
    file groups and apologize :-)

  • Batch create multiple files in a script

    I have 130,000 gif files I want to convert to pdf.  I can only batch convert about 1,500 at a time, acrobat will bomb out if I do more.  Is there a script I can use to process all my files ?
    Thanks,
    Alex

  • Change multiple files permissions?

    Hi,
    I would like to know if there's any way to change the permissions (from read only to read and write) of multiple files at once (without doing it one by one) ?
    Thanks in advance
    iMac 20" Mac OS X (10.4.8)

    I was able to find this concerning the X check box.
    http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=106712
    Execute (--x)
    You can open the AppleWorks application if you have the execute permission for it.
    Also note that you must have execute permission for any folder that you can open; thus File Sharing requires execute permission set for other, world, and everyone for the ~/Public folder, while Web Sharing requires the same setting for the ~/Sites folder.

  • PSE6 for Mac - Process Multiple Files

    I'm using PSE 6 for Mac on an iMac running Leopard.  I shoot in RAW on a Canon DSLR and use Bridge and PSE6 for everything photographic as I can't stand iPhoto's hidden filing system which prevents me from being able to organise my files as I choose.  I want to use "Process Multiple Files" to make jpg files for emailing and easy sharing.  I'm following the on-screen dialogue box instructions to the letter (and those in Elements 6, the Missing Manual) and keep getting one or both of the following messages.  Either "your source file is empty", which it plainly isn't, and/or "you must select a source/destination folder", which, according to the dialogue box, I have done.  I really don't want to have to convert and 'save as' 30-40 files individually every time I've been out for a session, when there should be a perfectly simple way of doing it as a 'batch' action.  Any thoughts, anyone?

      Try using open files (File à Open) then select your batch of raw files using Shift+click or cmd+click to select individual files. Wait for Camera Raw to open and click the button Select All (top left) then apply your saved default settings to all the selected images. Keep them all selected and click Open Images (towards bottom right) to send the selected images into the Editor.
    After the Editor opens go to the top menu bar click File >Process Multiple Files.
    Set the dropdown for your source to Opened Files then for the destination, check same as source or a new folder.
    At the bottom of the dialog under File Type choose the jpeg quality from the dropdown e.g. Max, High, Medium or Low.
    Click OK and leave the program to run (this can take a bit of time as raw files are usually large).
    When finished close the Editor and return to your folder to see your Jpegs next to your raw files. Or go to your new destination folder if preferred.

  • Split SQR output into multiple files And Rename each file.

    Greetings!
    We ran into scenario where we need to split an SQR output (PDF) split into multiple files (each page , each file). More over the out put has to be renamed with EMPLID.
    It is for printing Advices, where we run DDP003 to print all of them, Our requirement needs to have one PDF file for each employee to placed into a shared drive OR to be emailed.
    I was thinking of running the same process in a loop individually, but this is resource intensive. Is there any way we can batch run this SQR process and split into each page (each paychek comes to one page),
    AND
    I need them renamed by SQR as it creates them, Each file would be names as EMPLID.
    This is all in alternative to run process individually by employee , via self service. to not to over laod Process scheduler server.
    Can anyone help me how can we get these thigns done in SQR?
    Thanks in advance.

    You can use the SQR command new-report for each employee which closes the current report output file and opens a new one with the specified file name (e.g. EMPLID).

  • How can multiple files for the same genre be consolidated

    I organize my iTunes files in genre folders for easy access. ITunes creates multiple folders for some genres and allows a single (preferred) genre file for other much larger files. How can I consolidate multiple files with the same genre?

    Thanks. I've done what you selected. The problem is that despite all files being identified with the same genre, iTunes groups some genres in two separate folders. Thus, I have two "Country" folders, for example. More perplexing is that iTunes groups my largest genre folder, "Jazz", in a single folder.

  • Ability to view multiple files in ONE window

    I can see here that this is not a new topic really but the thing with Acrobat 9 is so frustrating that it is just unbelievable.
    This is another pearl:
    Acrobat 9 "lost" its predecessors ability to view multiple files in ONE window. After opening four only documents I cannot see anything on the screen because the toolbars on each individual window cover all necessary view and nothing is left for the actual document. And sometimes I need to open 20 documents!
    This is ABSOLUTE DISASTER!!!
    I found some explanations from Adobe on the Web that are more than a year old.
    I was sure that by now this unfortunate mishandling of that feature (apparently it was dropped out from A9 deliberately - WHO'S IDEA WAS THAT?) would be somehow restorable.
    Would anyone happen to know if this feature can get restored to how it was working in A7 or 8 (without the need to uninstall A9 and install A8)?

    No, it can't be restored, unless Adobe decides to change the way Acrobat works (which is possible, but not likely).
    By the way, it was Microsoft's idea... Adobe were just following their example on this.
    You can make a feature request here: https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform

  • Upload multiple files WITH correct pairs of form fields into Database

    In my form page, I would like to allow 3 files upload and 3 corresponding text fields, so that the filename and text description can be saved in database table in correct pair. Like this:

    INSERT INTO table1 (filename,desc) VALUES('photo2.jpg','fire camp');
