Short Dump in Tcode CO01.

Hi Experts,
My system ECC 6.0 EHP4 IDES ,My functional team FICO is running transaction CO01 and creating production order.
Tcode : CO01
Material : r-f100
Production Plant : 1000  
Then press enter and in the next screen.
Put Quantity : 10
Date u2013 Finish : any future date.
Press flag button Release Order and in pop up dialog window
Entry option: select one row and press ok
It goes to Short dump.
Syntax error in program "SAPLCOIH ".
Error in the ABAP Application Program
The current ABAP program "SAPLCRK1" had to be terminated because it has
come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
The following syntax error occurred in program "SAPLCOIH " in include "LCOIHI5W
" in
Error analysis
    The following syntax error was found in the program SAPLCOIH :
    "FORM "PROFILE_EXPORT" does not exist"
Any more info. on this please revert.

Sorry for bumping an old thread. But the error is still here in newly installed IDES systems.
I tracked it down.
It turns out the SAPLCOIH function group got stuck in SPAU.
And the note 1138570 is the correct solution.
Row 234 to 236 should include:
*{   INSERT         IDTK942671                                        1
  INCLUDE /MRSS/RAC_MOD_PROFILES.
*}   INSERT
Then transaction CO01 and web dynpro eams_wda_ordntf_oif now works.

    However, program "GP42LSZTOVG57DGEB7BO763P3PN " does not exist in the library.
    Possible reasons:
    a) Wrong program name specified in an external PERFORM or
       SUBMIT or, when defining a new transaction, a new
       dialog module or a new function module.
    b) Transport error

    I am trying to load the trandsaction data from DSO to INFOCUBE.
    I am getting the following error message: "Error while updating to target Z_INFCUBE".
    Because of no proper error message I am not able to resolve the issue.
    Please suggest any solution for this and tell me if there is ant tcode for checking the short dump of error messages.

    Check the error AT below places:-
    1) SM37 by your id- cancelled job..
    2) short dumps can be analysed at ST22.
    3) doble clicking the error messgae you will get help -node in monitor screen.

    Hi SD,
    The 11_Vaitm is a LO datasource, before checking its data setup tables need to be filled for it.
    For filling the setup tables, first you have to delete the existing setup table data and ensure all the delta queues are empty.
    Delete the setup tables: Go to TCODE LBWG and in the application give 11 and execute.
    Delete all entries in Delta Queue, TCODE RSA7 for application 11.
    Delete the entries in logistic queue: Check in TCODE SMQ1, if there are any entries for application .
    Refill the setup tables: SBIW -> Settings for application specific datasources -> Logistics -> anaging extract strucutre -> Initilization -> Filling the setup table ->Application specific setup of data -> SD-Sales order perform setup.
    Then try RSA3. Hope it helps.

    Did you check for OSS notes (as this seems to be a standard program) - e.g. 1930814 - Exception NOT_FOUND in the program /NFM/SAPLSELECTS. If no OSS note solved the problem, then raise an OSS message.

        terminated.

  • Error (short dump) while doing Print review of PO

    Freinds,
    Business Scenario:We have developed a custom message type for PO output based on standard message type NEU.Also we have created a custom requirement type such taht print as well email output can created by system.
    Problem:While doing print preview (via TCode ME23N)of the custom output we manage to see the print preview of PO      -->then come back.
    But while coming back we get a short dump related to include CL_HANDLE_MANAGER_MM==========CM005.
    If any one of you have faced this problem eralier please let us know about the solution.

    Hi Peter,
    I guess you found note 837202 when you were looking for a solution for the TBB1 dump you encountered.
    This note deals with a special situation when executing tpm18 (which is the transaction for fixing and posting derived flows) in a test system after migration and it tells you you should run tpm18 in production before the technical upgrade.
    I am not sure if this really applies to your situation, maybe you should rather check if note 821854 and the solution therein can be helpful.
    But without more information (e.g. knowing more about your release, your 'migration history' and the part of the coding where the dump is raised), it is quite difficult to give a diagnosis.
    Maybe you should think of sending a customer message to SAP support via the SAP marketplace if you cannot get rid of this problem on your own.

    I have come across a short dump while displaying an invoice number (Using tcode J1iex) which was already posted. Dump says there is a conversion error .
    Screen name.............. "SAPLJ1IEX"
    Screen number............ 0200
    Screen field............. "J_1IEXITEM-AVAILABLE_AT1"
    Error text............... "FX015: Sign lost."
    Can anyone please clarify what can be done in this case.

    J_1IEXITEM-AVAILABLE_AT1 ( Available CENVAT credit field)  is getting a value 0.01-  . There is a field conversion problem from ABAP program to Screen display (Dump message) .
    This variable has
    Technical type description : P(7) DECIMALS 2
    Absolute type description:  J_1IEXAVLAT1
    As such we have applied some notes which is not related to this application.
    Please clarify.

    I suppose that you are doing enhancement to your datasource 2LIS_02_ITM
    Have you done the following steps in the extractor:
    1. Append the new field in MC02M_0ITM structure
    2. Append the new field in MCEKPO structure
    3. Use Tcode LBWE and expand the Purchsing to get 2LIS_02_ITM and click on the Datasource to uncheck the 'hide' and 'fields only'
    4. Activate the data source, by using Tcode RSA5
    3. After that I have make changes to the user-exit to add logic for the new field
    Do remember to carry out the following steps before you modify the Extraction structure:
    1. Make sure that the following steps are carried out at a time when no updates are performed so that no data is lost.
    2. Start the update collective run directly from within the Customizing Cockpit. Up to PI(-A) 2001.2 , this collective run exclusively concerns the V3 update. As of PI(-A) 2002.1, depending on the update mode setting of the application, the collective run concerns either the V3 update or the update from the extraction queue ("Delta Queued", see Note 505700).
    3. Load all data of the respective DataSource into the BW System.

    Problem:
    When trying to collect BI objects prior to installing (activate) for use in BI (TCODE: RSA1) a short dump would be thrown when 'in and out' objects were selected. No short dump was thrown for demo objects when source system was set to local.
    Reason:
    The objects tracking sequence numbers for incoming BI transports from external systems were not correctly set. The sequences should have been set with a valid range of 1 to 9999999999 however the sequences were either missing or set to 0. This was a problem with the BI server (EPSAND), the CRM server was functioning correctly.
    Why this happened:
    Unknown. Perhaps a bug in a service pack. This error appears to be very uncommon. The error being thrown was a generic error thus difficult to trace to the actual problem.
    How the problem was fixed:
    (1) Using TCODE: SNUM set intervals for objects: BI_TS, BI_TSDTEL, BI_TSDOMA and BI_CS. These objects should each be set as follows:

    (2) Then there was also a second unrelated bug which is fixed in latest SAP_BW support package (SP 0014, released: January 2008). We couldn't risk the support package so a single note: 1102743 was applied.

  • Short dump while inserting into PA0008

    Hi Gurus,
    I am trying to use a transfer tool to import employee details from one system to another.
    All infotypes are being imported properly but the table PA0008 is not getting imported and
    it gives short dump when the program reaches the statement :
    "INSERT (AKT-TABLE) FROM W_PREL."
    The dump is shown as "DBIF_RSQL_INVALID_REQUEST".The reason are not clear.
    Any hints please ?

    How you are inserting data into PA0008?
    You can use HR_INFOTYPE_CREATION fun module to insert data .
    See the dump completely in ST22 tcode and analyse it
    always better to use MODIFY statement instead of INSERT statement to insert the data into tables/infotypes.

  • HU03 going to short dump for handling unit which has higher level handling

    Hi,
    I am ABAPer, i working on issue, HU03 is gong to short dump. i dubug the t code and find out that particular handling unit has higher level handling unit. I checked another handling unit which won't had higher level handling unit, that time it's not giving dump.
    Note: in HU03 T CODE, function module V51P_HU_CONTENS is fetching values. when ever handling unit has higher level handling unit, it's not fetching further values.

    Hi,
    Goto NACE transaction code , there you select the application area then  it will give you the list  of output types then select specific output click processing routines then you will see the program name and  script used.
    Or esle goto SPRO tcode then you can find the functional tab there also you can get the details.

    I am new to web dynpro.I developed one web dynpro apllication in my personal system.when i try to execute this web application it was going to short dump after entering into the logon pad.
                                             Any other tcode is there to execute web applications, plz help me to overcome this short dump in web application.

    Hi,
    If it is giving short dump then you please mention that dump. or you can go to st22 and get the details and do some modification. you can go to se 80 and  make your application again and than try to execute it.
