SO back to back order needs to display PO target#

Dear All,
Our customer would like to know the target PO number for the sales order and need to print it on PLD as well. When I go to form settings, I cannot find anything I can display. But we I look into the table, I can see the PO target columns.
Thanks a lot.
Regards,
Yuka

You can make a UDF on the SO rows and set the PO number with an FS like this:
SELECT T0.[DocNum], T1.[ItemCode]
FROM OPOR T0  INNER JOIN POR1 T1 ON T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry
WHERE T1.[BaseType] =17
and T1.[BaseEntry]=$[ORDR.DocEntry]
and T1.[BaseLine]=$[RDR1.LineNum]
But you canu2019t activate this FS on adding the SO, you should reopen it and to activate the FS-s, modify some header level field. (E.g. the Remarks or an UDF you connected the FS.)

  • My Macbook Pro (15-in early 2008) in need of display replacement doesn't come back from repair for 1 month now...

I left my Macbook Pro (15-inch early 2008 vers) w/ OSX 10.5.8 had a serious display problem - it was very touch sensitive and won't show full view immediately without touching more than several times on the right side of the screen. Sometimes it gives ridiculous amount of lines or repetitions, however, the harddrive was working just fine. (Upon getting the view back, all applications were working just fine.)
So I dropped it off at Apple 5th Ave (24hrs) store on March 19th. The MBP was received by an Apple repair hub (so not in-store repair) on the 23rd. Ever since it has been 'on-hold' status mentioning 'part on order'. So, today is April 19th. Exactly 1 month since I dropped it off.
I called Apple 5th Ave, which gave me a number to Apple repair dept. Upon having talked with a rep there, the particular part (because they were initially suspecting its logic board too) they have been waiting for is the very display. As it has been manufactured in Japan, it seems to be really back-ordered, obviously due to the current crisis in the northern Japan.
I heard that iPad2's displays have been seriously back-ordered too... but now I started worrying about my old MBP's display may be the lowest priority before such hot product like 'iPad2'??!! Being Japanese myself, I totally understand the situation... but if it'd take extremely long time even from now, it definitely causes me more than temporary problems as it is the only laptop that I use for everything I do. (Luckily, a friend of mine has been loaning her laptop until she will need it when she goes on trip. But it's been already a month instead of 5-7 business days turn-around that the genius bar rep initially told me. I have been using her laptop with my external disk but of course, it's been quite inconvenient.)
I'm wondering if Apple can help this situation by replacing the whole machine w/ a refurbished one from the same model??? or temporarily loaning me one?!? I'm just becoming desperate & worried now. Is there anyone who has a similar situation?!?

Call Apple and asked to be transferred to "Customer Relations." Explain everything to them and the will take care of you. Make sure you have all your documents and case numbers when you call.

  • Third party Sales Orders in V.15 Back Order Report

    Hi,
Is there any standard setting to incorporate undeliverd third party sales orders in the standard V.15 backorder report.
I need to get the list of third party SOs which are backordered???  similar to drop ship and stock orders (TAB & TAN).

As per my knowledge, in standard Third party Sales Orders process,
    -On availability check.
    -there is no GI.
    -no movement type.
-TAS - I Cat - is not relevant for delivery.
    The Standard process is
Create Third Party Sales Order (VA01/VA03 - retrieve PR num)* - Create Purchase Order (Display list of PR with ME57 and convert to PO with ME58) - Approval/Release of PO (if required - ME28) - Invoice Verification (MIRO)**
    - Billing (VF01/vf04)
The PR number is automatically created in this step.
The incoming invoice from the vendor updates the billing quantity, so that the customer-billing document can only be created after entering the invoice from the vendor.
So, in standard TP sales process, Back order processing is not possisble. If you any other business process scenario, do share with us.

  • Cross Docking with LE-WM - or - Reactivating Back Orders upon Goods Receipt

I have been reviewing the documentation for Opportunistic and Planned Cross Docking in LE-WM. The requirement is to release Back Orders upon receipt of a shipment to avoid putting them away and picking them right away from the bin. We want to release the Back Orders for picking in the GR area at the time of receipt.
So far it appears that Opportunistic Cross Docking depends on a Transfer Order already existing. The system then cancels the existing TO and replaces it with a TO to pick from the receipt Storage Type.
Planned Cross Docking appears to require an existing Outbound Delivery to the expected Inbound Delivery.
In the case of a Back Order, no Outbound Delivery or Transfer Order exist since there is no stock to release until the goods are received.
Is there a way to release Back Orders to be picked directly from Goods Receipt?
    Thanks;
    Jim

The problem is that all the information I found so far about it is over the process of external goods coming and sending they out without the need of storing in the warehouse. They go directly to the picking area (one step) or in two step process  going first from 902 (Good receive from external) to Cross docking Sorage type.and another movement  from Cross Docking Storage type to 916 Good issue Storage type.
I need to know if it is possible to implement a solution of Cross Docking for certain number of products having a factory and a warehouse. If so, would you give me a brief process flow?.
    Thank You very much.

  • Change of Discounton in case of Back order processing

    Hi,
We are having specific order type in which if cient unable to supply the stock as per requisted delivery date bu customer- client needs to give more discount.
We are doing back order rescheduling-
we want to new pricing discount for rescheduled order-
is it possible writing a requirement routine for the discount and read it i billing document? based on Requisted date and goods issue date- or any user exist we have to apply?
    Thanks
    chidambaram

    Hi chidambaram
As per your requirement , if your client is unable to supply the stock as per the request delivery date and if client has to give more discount to the customer and as you are doing backorder rescheduling , then at billing level you can maintain manual discount , because after doing reschuding order only you will be doing delivery and then billing and for that billing document you maintain a additional discount and then you can forward to FI .This may meet your requirement.

  • Back Order per Vendor

    Hi All,
I want create Value of Back Order per Vendor report, Any body help me,
What are the tables I have to use.
    My selection options are :
    Vendor and Delivery Date.
    Thanks,

    Hi,
If you are on release 4.7 or newer then you don't need to use the tables.
You can use ME2N with a scope of list that has the ALV flag set on (if there isn't one then create one). With the ALV format this (and simialr) transactions can be used to obtain a lot of different reports.
For example if you run ME2N with a selection parameter of WE101 (open deliveries exist) and a delivery date range in the past, you will get a list of POs that are overdue for delivery. You can click on the delivery schedule icon to see the individual delivery dates.
the ALV format means that you can get these lists in the layout you need and they can even be transferred to excel very easily (try doing that with the non-ALV layout !!)

  • Back Order Report/Query

    Hi Experts,
I have a client who do not want the Open Sales Orders that is past it's due date to show up on the Sales Back Order report.
I run into some difficulties with the querie:
When I use the Open Quantity and Deloivered Quantity fields in the query it will also bring back the Open SO with no Deliveries linked.
    SELECT T1.[DocNum], T1.[CardCode], T1.[CardName], T1.[DocDate], T1.[DocDueDate], T0.[ItemCode], T0.[Dscription] FROM [dbo].[RDR1]  T0 INNER JOIN ORDR T1 ON T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry WHERE T0.[LineStatus] = 'O' AND T0.[Quantity] <> '0'
When I use the RDR1 and DLN1 base entry link, it will also show the lines that are already delivered in full.
    SELECT T1.[DocNum], T1.[CardCode], T1.[CardName], T1.[DocDate], T1.[DocDueDate], T0.[ItemCode] FROM RDR1 T0  INNER JOIN ORDR T1 ON T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry INNER JOIN DLN1 T2 ON T2.BaseEntry = T0.DocEntry and T2.BaseLine = T0.Visorder
How do I get a query that displays only the Sales Orders that have Backorders, without also showing the Sales Orders that have nothing delivered but is past due date?
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

  • Back order process solution

    Hi SAP Guru's,
How can you redefine the back order process?.. this is particular for returns oders, because it is open sales orders. so it is difficult to identify them.
    looking for a comprehensive solution.
    Thanks In Advance.

    Hey DB49 and Other Guru's,
The scenario and requirement is given below,
    1.     If we are creating delivery for sales order again. (Already created invoice or delivery previously). Those are Back Orders.
    2.     But we are unable to identify the back orders. Because those are open orders. New orders also consider by system as open orders.
    3.     All orders want to reject after delivery creation. (Except customized orders)
    a.     We are using  Mass sales order change.
    4.     When we re-invoicing the back orders;
o     If that sales order was rejected one, we want to remove the material rejection ITEM-wise. This wants to do manually one by one for each ITEM.
o     Then we want to allocate the goods to ITEM-wise. (Confirm the quantities for delivery creation). This wants to do manually one by one for each ITEM.
o     Then change the sales order date. Because if there are price change we want to invoice new invoice in new prices.
o     Then we change the credit term of sales order. Because we want to reduce credit period for referring sales order gave date.
o     Then we check the 01st day (order entering date) discount percentage. System will automatically give new discount percentage for back orders. But new discount rate & previous discount rate not match. So we need put manual discount rate for differentiation. Sometimes discounts are matching, at that time we are not putting manual discounts for back orders. Sometimes back order discount is larger than previous discount percentage. At that time we are unable to process these type orders.
o     After that we are creating delivery documents for back orders as normally.
o     Finally get the Invoices and deliver the goods to relevant customers.
         Requirements for change the back order system;
o     Want to identify the discount percentage in initial stage. Itu2019s fixed & not changing in back order processing time. (If we are change the pricing date or credit term, it is not effected to order discount percentage.)
o     In the rejected back order processing time, want to release the back order material rejection one time. Using one transaction. Currently this is doing one by one for each material.
o     And we need allocate goods (Conform the goods for delivery) once (we need one transaction) to all the materials in the back order. Currently this is doing one by one for each material.
o     If we can do these changes in SAP system for back order processing, we can reduce errors in to zero level. And the processing time of back orders also reducing. But if there are any variations in the material stocks, it is effected to back orders time to time processing.
         Suggestions;
    o     System change is required.
o     We need to consider about market demand & production supply for complete the orders.
o     All orders want a time period for complete. (Need to discus with Sales team).

  • Back order functionality in B2B

    Hi
How the back order functionality works in B2B? Any specific settings?
    Regards

Assuming CRM backend for the discussion.
There is no explicit configuration step for back order functionality directly in CRM. Configuration of Availability Check is mandatory.
No additional configuration is required, other than what is available to configure ATP under Menu path
        Customer Relationship Management
            Basic functions
                Availability Check
However, the choice of using availability with R/3 or APO is configurable. Please see

  • Back order reporting

    Hi,
    I have a simple question.
What is back order reporting? and howz it done!
This is not a technical term i know. What is the market significance of backorder reporting? i need to know this.
And howz a proposal is created?
    Please help me with this!!
    Thanks and Regards
    Obily

    Obily,
We have a service level report that measures the volume delivered V's ordered and also compare the dates delivered V's expected delivery date.
Weput the Expected Delivery Date from the Order into a Char called Service Level Date, then when our delivered is made it copies that Actual Delivery Date to the same characteristic.
Therefore we can compare orders based on the service level date to delivers.

  • Back Order Information in My Account Order history

    Hi,
I have a customer looking to provide back order information on the above page ( orderhistory.aspx)
The data to provide the outstanding delivery quantity is readily available in the ShipmentDetails table but  I also see that this information is not in the data source for the GridView in OrderHstoryBlock.ascx
I presume that to include back-order information on partially delivered orders I'd have to re-write the ascx file from scratch and with my present knowledge I would be struggling to accomplish this without a  worked example to hand. Is there such a thing?
Does anyone have any suggestions on this topic or an overview of what steps would be required to re-create the ascx?
    Thanks

  • FM for BACK Order Value ....check

    Dear All,
Is there any FM which gives the Back Order Value...based on input Material...
    Regards,

    Hello Diego,
just with SM37 test FM and you will be able to enter new or change existing values in organization structure.
For Input parameters you should use one of USER_ID_P or ORGUNIT_ID_P depending if you want to change attributes for user or org unit. REPLACE_P is if you want to replace existing value of the attribute. (We need to use this filed if we want to change cost centre, even if the value was empty before).
In Table IT_ATTR_P field ATTR_ID is for field name of attribute that you want to change (i.e. CNT), VALUE_LOGS is for system for where attribute value is, VALUE is for attribute value, DFT_FLAG is if you want that value is defaulted for attribute.
There are also some other less relevant fields, but they are the same like in attributes visible through ppoma_bbp.
Also it is possible to maintain extended attributes on the same way.

  • Confirmation/Back order processing in Sales Order

    Hello All,
Need some inputs on the Schedule line confirmation and the back order processing for Sales Order
    Scenario 1
Sales order created but there is no stock in Storage location. Based on our settings Sales Order confirmed for a future date(say 10 days) based on the delivery/lead time.
Also sales order goes on credit block. Next we receive stock in storage location.
Now when we release the credit hold it is not doing the confirmation autmatically. I know it can be done but dont know the settings or config where as soon as the Sales order is released from Credit hold then it should do the availibility check and confirm the Order (for todays or toms date.)
    Scenario 2:
Sales order created but there is no stock in Storage location. Based on our settings Sales Order confirmed for a future date(say 10 days) based on the delivery/lead time.
Next we receive stock. We would like to confirm the sales order automatically by a program instead of going in individually in each sales order.
What Tcode/program can do this availibility check and confirm the sales order for todays date. Is this a back order processing or rescheduling. Need information on this process..
    Thanks
    SAP Fans...

    HI Rahul
When you create the sales order and if stock is not confirmed then ,system will give the next delivery date and you can do the backorder processing for that sales order . So backorder processing is done only for Open orders

  • Sales back Order Query

    Hi All
I am having an issue with a query im doing for a customer for sales back orders.
The customer does not want to use the current back order report in Business one.
What they essentially want is to see only the items on back order where that  sales order already has a delivery to it.
They do not want to see sales order that havent been delivered at all.
This is what i have so far.
it does pick up items where there is a balance to be delivered...however, it does not pick up the lines that have not been delivered at all
    select T0.Docnum as "Sales Order Num", CAST(T0.DocDate as DATE) as "Sales Order Date", T1.ItemCode, T1.Dscription, T1.Quantity, T1.OpenQty from ORDR T0 inner join RDR1 T1 on T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry
    where T1.TargetType <> '-1' and T1.LineStatus <> 'C'
Not to sure what I am missing.
    Your help will be appreciated.
    Thank you
    Jerusha

    Hi
I need the query to pick up the sales orders with items that have a partial delivery as well as the items on the sales order that havent been delivered at all. However it should not pick up sales orders where no delivery notes has been added at all..i.e no target document for any of the lines
    eg
    Sales order 1
    ItemCode     Qty     Delivered
    Item 1           10         2
    Item 2           10       10
    Item 3           10        0
    Sales order 2
    ItemCode     Qty     Delivered
    Item 1           10        0
    Item 2           10        0
    Item 3           10        0
so the query should only pick up sales order 1 with lines item 1 and item 3.
    Hope this makes more sense..
Thank you for your help so far.
    Jerusha
