Sometimes the debugger gets quite confused

Sometimes the debugger refuses a breakpoint at a valid location, or when I double click in the gutter, a breakpoint several lines lower is toggled.
Sometimes things go a little haywire. See attached screenshot.

While cheching the log files, I discovered that the Jserv log
file is plenty of errors like the following one, that seems to
correspond to the various times the portal does not answer.

This is the message I get everytime I try to sign in. I sign in with my Microsoft account. I've installed the latest version. I've even uninstalled it, then re-installed it. I've checked my firewall settings, and Skype is good to go. My operating system is Windows 7 Premium. Any suggestions?

Try to reset now all Internet Explorer settings:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/reset-ie-settings#ie=ie-11-win-7
Next reset LAN settings:
Open Internet Explorer. Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN settings. Make sure that the only option selected is “Automatically detect settings”.
Next clear all Temporary Internet Files:
Open Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Internet Options -> General. In the section “Browsing history” press the “Settings” button and in the next window the “View files” button. Delete all files from the Temporary Internet Files folder.
Reboot your computer and then try to start Skype.

Debugger gets hanged on call to stored procedure

We are using Forms 6i Patch 12.
The Forms Debugger is getting hanged whenever it encounters a line making a call to stored procedure.
In earlier versions, we debugger used to "Step Over" instead of allowing a "Step into" on such statements.
Any Solutions will be appreciated!

We are working like that.
Even on new stored procedures, the debugger is getting hanged whether we do any stepping around that line or not.
There appears to be something wrong with debugger or its settings. It is ok for us if it does not allow "Step Into" in a stored procedure as we can put it as local program unit if any step into is required.
However, for already tested stored procedures, we can have a step over.
We do not want to copy all the stored procedures being used in a form as local program units just because the debugger gets hanged whenever it sees a call to stored procedure irrespective of a "Step over", "Step Into" or "Go".
The problem is how to prevent the debugger from getting hanged.

It doesn't have to be that complicated, Verizon iPhones come unlocked, just tell VZ you're going on Holiday/Traveling and suspend the service, no need to pay for service if you're not going to be using it. Pick up local SIM cards in the countries of your choosing, pop them in, re-activate iMessage and you're set!
I recommend getting a SIM card from the Three network in England, they have great EU roaming rates and free like-home roaming in Italy.
Set your phone's region to match the country you're in, it'll save from some headaches when calling local/international numbers.
To answer your questions,
1. If you choose not to have a local SIM card, it is good to keep your phone in Airplane mode to save battery.
2. Make sure the two iPhones have different names to reduce sync/restore issues.
3. If husband has an iPhone also, you can chat with iMessage/Facetime, just give him heads up about the new number you'll have. Otherwise, use Whatsapp if he's got an Android. You can activate Whatsapp with your American number or the international number if you choose to get a SIM in Europe.
Also, Get the MagicJack app and/or Google Hangouts, both of those apps provide you with free calling to the USA and Canada using any internet connection. Google Voice is another good way to SMS across the seas.

Getting loadSourceError using the debugger when trying to open a file referenced by a sourcemap

Specifically, when using the debugger and trying to open up a source JS file that is referenced in a sourcemap, I now get:

Yesterday it was working perfectly. The only thing that seems to have changed was updating to version 36.0

Initially I didn't post more information as I figured it might be a known bug with the new release.
I am working on a website which is running locally on my machine. All of my source JS files get compiled into one large JS file along with a .map file:
component.js
component.js.map
component.js ends with:
//# sourceMappingURL=component.js.map
The .map file (served from the website along with component.js) starts with:

If I go to the debugger tab (with Show Original Sourced turned on), I can search for and see an entry for the original source files in the popup.
I think that the problem may be that the original source files can only be accessed via the file system whereas the I see an HTTP url underneath each source in the popup relative to the http url of the initial file. If that is how it is trying to access them then it will fail. A few days ago it was working fine, I could search for the source files and see them in the debugger as well as set breakpoints.

Setting up Debugging for Integrated ITS
Tcode SICF.
Select service (e.g. default_hostàbcàguiàsapàitsàbbpsc01).
Change service settings and insert parameter ~GENERATEDYNDPRO=1.
Find program to debug. E.g. SE93. Enter bbpsc01 à Display and get Program field (SAPLBBP_SC_UI_ITS)
Execute SE38 and enter program name.
Turn HTTP Debugging ON. UtilitiesàSettingsàDebugging. Click Actv and username.
Add HTTP Breakpoint. Display source code and select Utilitiesàbreakpointsàset.
On External Debugging select HTTP Breakpoint.
Remember to remove breakpoints, deactivate debugging and remove parameter GENERATEDYNPRO.
Can run program RSBREAKPOINTS to find which programs you have breakpoints set in.
