SPL SDK for CC&B - tutorial or any student guide

Question

I'll have to do some customization of CC&B software.
Unfortunatly the standard SDK documentation seems to be quit difficult to me for understand. I did not found anything like a simple Hello World application, that I can do and see the result in SPL CC&B.
I would like if somebody could recomend the document where I can find step-by-step example how to do the following tasks:
1. Creating my own simple table
2. Creating my own screen to show information from this table
3. Registering ALL meta-information needed to work those properly
4. Generating and/or writing ALL classes needed to work those properly
It going to be crazy. Because the every example that I found at SPL SDK documentation does not seem to be complete.

Hi Leonid,
As far as adding of the User Interface is concern u can follow these steps:
Adding of UI (User Interface ) involves following steps:
a)Create Custom Table (Use SQL Developer) for it.
b)Create Meta Data of the Table and the fields (Use Application Workbench for it).
c)Create different Maintainance Object for the UI.(Use Application Workbench for it).
d)Create Java Components (Business Entity ) for the table.(This will be Impl Class)
e)Create Page Maintenance for the above Entity.
f)Configure Security and Menu.
