Stock Transfer Pricing

Hi Friends;
I am facing problem during stock transfer process. Cycle is STO with delivry & billing.
Process as Follows;
Purchase order Me21n -> Me29n - PO release->  Vl10a Delivry as per purchase order -> Billing vf01.
Now my problem is in billing  pricing procedure is not being determined even assigning in pricing procedure assignment for particular billing.
How It could be solved.
Avinash

Well Avinash..if i am correct in understanding ur problem...then while VF01 system is not determining the pricing procedure...
pls check in pricing procedure determination OVKK,  whether for combination of below three, u have pricing procedure assigned
1. sales area that u r using
2. Document procedure(assigned to billing type that u r using)...this u will get in OVTP
3. Customer pricing procedure(assigned to internal customer..which reflect in delivery, billing)...this in customer master.
i hope this resolves ur issue

  • Intercompany Stock transfer pricing issue

    Hi Experts
scenario is intercompany stock transfer with invoice
In Intercompany stock transfer scenario in pricing procedure the condition type PI01 is statistical
if i put only PI01 then system calculate right net value (quantity multiply by rate)
but if i put ZPR0 and Discount Zk04 then System calculate net value only w.r.t. PI01 condition and not consider the ZPR0 and ZK04 in calculation for net value
    whats the problem
    please suggest
    thanks in advance

    Hi,
Please set the pricing type C in the copy control. Also set the price source A  that is purchase order in the copy control at item level.
    Hope this will help.

  • Intercompany Stock Transfer - pricing

    Hello everbody!
I have the an Intercompany purchase order. With VL10B / VL10D transaction I generate the outbound delivery which is invoiced in SD to obtain the intercompany invoice. I define the same pricing procedure in MM and SD. The problem is that there are some manual price conditions that are entered in the purchase order that must be transferred to the sales invoice, is it possible?  How does the intercompany process work when there are some manual prices?
    Thanks!

I had an answer. Set the pricing type C in the copy control. Also set the price source A that is purchase order in the copy control at item level.

  • Pricing Procedure in stock transfer orders

    Hi
I have a standard cost material which is to be stock transferred from one plant to another. (std cost in both plants). In this movement, I need the accounting document to generate an accrual to another account for Royalty that has to be paid at a later date to government.
This is not a delivery cost for which I will do any invoice verification. It is only an amount to be accrued to this account for every movement.
Example: Material at 10/- std cost in supply plant, 12/- std cost at receiving plant, when I am moving 1 unit, accounting normally will have cr inventory supply plant 10/-, dr inventory receiving plant 12/- and price difference 2/-.
Assuming a royalty of 1/- per unit, the above accounting should have an additional entry cr 1/- Royalty account.
I tried using stock transfer pricing procedure with a condition for Royalty (not delivery cost condition) with account key. But it is not hitting the royalty account.
Can some one suggest how to setup the pricing procedure in such case for stock transfer?
    Greatful for any help.

  • Stock transfer order between 2 plants in same company code

    Dear All,
We have the requirement, where in the stock tranfer order (between 2 plants in same company code) instead of Material valuation price, MAP/Standard (depends on Price Control) gets picked up from supplying plant ,user should be able to enter its own price while creating stock transfer order.
For fullfilling this requirement, I have created new condition type(where i have changed condition category from internal price "G" to "H" - Basic Price)
Instead of using condition type- P101 in the stock transfer pricing,I have used above created new condition type, in pricing procedure then also while doing the post good issue against the outbound delivery( move type-"641", moving average is getting picked up.
Can you please tell, where is the setting where we can make the system to consider manual given price while creating the stock transfer order instead of picking moving average price.
Its very Important requirement ,please Provide valuable Inputs else provide some alternative.
    Thanks & Regards
    Nitin Chhabra

Stock Transfer Order between Plants in the same Company Cpde are not relevant for pricing, as there is no billing. Billing only takes place between company codes. As same company code it would be like selling something to yourself - it doesn't make sense.  The stock value in the receiving Plant depends on the price contol there. If standard price, then you must enter the price when creating the material or use material revaluation to change it. When you transfer the material from the issuing plant, the value there will be transferred. In case of standard price any difference is posted to stock transfer differences. If using MAP then the value will be transferred from the issuing Plant in full.
If you use costing with standard price in main plant, then it is possible that you can transfer the cost from the main plant to the second plant, by using special procurement key for costing.

I am doing the scenario of stock transfer between two plants of different  company codes.
I have some issues in Billing for this..
What are the settings do i need to to for Pricing in SD point of view.
    Ex:
    Supplying         /         Receiving
    Com.Code:2000     /        CompanyCode:1000
    Plant:2100              /         Plant:1100
    SA:2000/10/00      /          SA:1000/10/00
I created Customer 5555 w.r.t sales area of supplying company code (2000/10/00)
I created Vendor  7777 and assigned Supplying Plant 2100 in add purchasing data.
    In IMG Settings:

What are Pricing settings in SD i have to do?????????

I have gone through many threads in Forum but confusion in Pricing Part..
Some are mixing with the inter company sales proces..
    Pls guide me..
    With Regards

Do the following steps for STO Customizing:-
    1. Create a customer master record for the issuing plant.
    2. Create a vendor master record for the issuing plant, and enter customer account number in the Customer field on the Control screen.
    3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for the receiving plant.
    4. Assign the plants to the customer master record in Customizing for Materials Management (MM), by choosing Purchasing <Purchase Order < Set Up Stock Transport Order< Plants.
The Process Flow would be as follows :-
Create a stock transport order, following the standard procedure, and send the order to the issuing plant.
Issuing plant has processes your order, and when it is ready to ship, the storeperson at the issuing plant issues the goods using a transfer posting. The excise clerk there creates an excise invoice. The excise supervisor verifies and posts the excise invoice. It then sends the goods to you, together with the excise invoice.
Once the goods arrive, you follow the standard procedure for incoming excise invoices:
The excise clerk captures the excise invoice, using the stock transport order as the reference document. The storeperson enters the goods receipt, again using the stock transport order as the reference document.Alternatively, you can first enter the goods receipt and then capture the excise invoice.
The excise supervisor then posts the excise invoice.

we are trying to do billing with resp. to delevery doc. but How to enter sales prices??
or what are the other wys to create a billing document.
    regards,
    Rahul

    Dear Rahul,
In Case of STO we required to create Billing Document which is Proforma related to Delivery (F8).
In case of STO we required to create Proforma only for creating Excise Invoice.
    The flow for STO is
    PO
    Delivery
    Proforma Invoice
    Excise Invoice
    MIGO
You can maintained separate Condition type for STO Pricing and maintained record for the same.

  • Stock transfer Price calculation

    Dear expert,
I got following request from my client about calculating the Stock pricing for Excise calculation,
u201CWhenever stock transfer of any material happens from one excisable plant to another excisable plant we have to pass on the excise duty, irrespective of MRP of that material i.e. assessable value for Excise calculation will be same.
In order to find out accessable value we divide the material in four category i.e.
    a. Domestic Purchase
    b. Imported
    c. In-house production
    d. Interplant transfer
In the z transaction we put material code & plant as an input field.
System will first check that whether BOM of that material exist or not, if yes than take the MAP value of the same, add 10% on it give assessable value.
If BOM does not exist than search movement 105, if exist than check that whether its purchase order has INR currency, if yes than it is domestic purchase if not than it is Imported, in case of domestic purchase take its accessable value, in case of imported we have to add customer duty.
If 105 does not exist than check 101, check that this 101 is against production order or purchase order, if production order than take MAP + 10% if purchase than take its accessable value.
If 101 does not exist than check 310, 305 movement & take supply plant of the same & again check the all the above scenarios.u201D
Please advise which condition or Table can be used for finding out the requirement
    Regards,
    Pranav Dave

    Hi Astricks,
I'm not really sure, but please check the different settings.
For the store there should be a customer defined.
The DC should be in a different distribution chain than teh store to ensure possibility of different prices.
There must be a valid inforecord from the vendor and further please check the table KNVV if there is an entry between the customer of the STORE and the distribution chain of the DC.
Also check in the transaction WB02, if the delivery sites are maintained.
If this will not help, please open an customer message on IS-R-BD-RPC  (retail pricing) with example. Someone will take care about it.
    Regards

  • Stock value for stock transfer from depot (RG23D) to manufacturing (RG23A)

    Dear all,
The forum posts that I found are all relating to the process of how to do stock transfer from depot plant to manufacturing plant.
The question I want to post is relating to the transferred stock value.
When stock first goes into depot plant (RG23D), the excise duties (CVD, Education Cess, Higher Education Cess, Secondary Education Cess) are all inventorized. However, in manufacturing plant (RG23A), they are CENVATABLE and not inventorized.
In the transfer of stock from depot to manufacturing, how can we split out the stock value from depot and take out the excise duties to CENVAT in manufacturing plant?
If using Stock Transfer process (move stock from depot to manufacturing),
    1. Create Stock Transfer Order in ME21N using UD order type
            no accounting
    2. Create DO in VL10B and goods issue
During goods issue, moving average of stock in depot plant, will increase stock with the same value in manufacturing plant and reduce the stock value in depot plant. How can we reduce the stock value transferred to manufacturing plant by the original excise duties amount, and pass this amount into J1IEX? Is it done in this step or later steps?
Dr Stock into manufacturing plant  [this value by right, should be reduced as it consists of original excise duties in RG23D?]
            Cr Stock from depot plant
    3. J1IJ- RG23D selection for excise invoice for delivery at depot
        no accounting
    4. VF01 for proforma invoice
       no accounting
    5. MIGO into manufacturing plant (capture excise invoice)- part 1 register. the excise duties can be manually keyed in based on the original RG23D entries when stock is first brought into originating depot plant
         no accounting
    6. Enter Incoming Excise Invoice by J1IEX
         Dr CENVAT Input AED
         Dr CENVAT Input BED
         Dr RG23A ECess
         Dr RG23A SHECess
               Cr CENVAT clearing
    7. Question: Where to Debit CENVAT clearing? In normal domestic purchase process of raw materials into manufacturing plant, Dr CENVAT clearing will be posted during MIRO time.
If this process is not the correct way to do, please advise the standard SAP recommended way to transfer from depot to manufacturing plant.
    Thank you in advance.

You have to add the Excise duty condition types as a Delivery cost Pricing condition types in STO Pricing procedure and have used them in STO. In Pricing procedure, there is no concept of Deductible and Non Deductible. So, what ever the Delivery cost condition you add in Pricing procedure, the amount gets loaded on to the Material cost..To avoid this, a negative condition type needs to be inserted in Pricing procedure with a different accrual key.
You have to add One Positive condition and One Negative Condition type for the same. Negative condition type is to reduce the condition value from the Material cost during GI.
Try this scenario in development server and revert back with your observations.

  • Cross Company Stock Transfer- Please check excise base for the item is zero

    Hi,
My scenario is Cross company Stock transfer (Two different Company Codes)
I have done following steps :
    1.Create Purchase Order
2.Create Outbound Delivery for Purchase Order
    3.Post Goods Issue for Delivery
    4.Creating Billing Document
    5.Creating Excise Invoice
    6.Printing of Excise Invoice
7.Post Goods Receipt for Stock Transport Order
Till MIGO there is no problem.
I am getting a errro while doing MIGO with reference to Outbound Delivery, when I enter Excise Invoice created in sending plant, I am getting error as
"Please check excise base for the item is zero" - Message no. 4F121
Excise Duty values are flowing as per the excise invoice but system make base value as 0 , I have maintained Assesable value in J1ID also. We are using TAXINN.
    Pl. help
    Thanks
    Vikas

    Hi
The best way to slolve this problem, Now is to maintain Assable value in Material Master For reciving Plant.
Hear you can maintain all the chapter id, register A or C, etc
    and then try doing GR,
The other way and the permanent solution is
    VPRS or equivalent
    Condition class B Prices
    Calculat.type C Quantity
    Condit.category  H
    Cond.control H Condition value fixed
    Condit.origin A Automatic pricing
In this Condition category is most important and by this only system copies the base amount for excise duty calculation in MIGO or J1IEX.

I have created all the infomation relating to inter company Stock Transffer but i couldnt get able to invoice two times i.e one to customer and another to suppling plant
please give me the information relating to it

    Hi,
Pls. check and correct if any of thefollowing steps have been missed out for intercompany stock transfer -
Material should exist in both the plants (Delivering  & Ordering),
Internal customer should be assaigned to the ordering plant ( MM -> Purchasing -> Purchase Order -> Setup stock transport order -> assign the internal customer to the ordering plant and assign the Sales area of the internal customer.
Assign its Sales area to the delivering plant
Assign the document type and Delivery type  NB and NLCC
Assign the Supplying plant --> Receiving Plant --> NB
Take the delivering plant and assign the sales area.
Vendor master has to be created and assaign the supply source ( Delivering Plant).
    Create a puchase order ME21N ---> Save
Delivery VL10 G ---> Calculation rule (appropriate) --> Assaign the purchase order number here and execute.
Select the Delivery creation line and do the back ground process.
Start the log display and see the delivery document number by the documents button
Goto VL02N --> do picking and PGI --> Then do the MIGO with respect to the delivery document.
Billing (Intercompany pricing conditions should be set).
    Hope it helps.

  • Intercompany Stock Transfer - MIRO Accounting Error

    Hi Experts,
In Intercompany TSock Transfer with Delivery and Billing, I am facing Problem in MIRO - Invoice Posting Accounting Entry.
    Consider the following scenario:
Plant 0002 orders 10 kg of a material from plant 0001. The following prices apply:
Valuation price (MAP) of material in (plant 0001): Rs. 10/kg
Price for intercompany billing (plant 0001) in VF01: 12/kg
Order price (plant 0002 in PO ): Rs. 11/kg
The following postings are made for the individual transactions:
Goods issue in Plant 0001          100 -        Stock account
    (643 mvmt)                                  100 +        Change involving stocks
Billing in Plant 0001                     120 -       Sales revenue account
    in VF01                                       120 +      Customer account
    Goods receipt in Plant 0002       110 -    GR/IR clearing
                                                       110 +   Stock account
when I am posting Invoice in MIRO Tcode, Accounting Entry generated as below which is WRONG.
Invoice Posting in Plant 0002     110 -    Vendor account
    in MIRO                                       110 +    GR/IR clearing
Actually, the accounting Entry should be as per below.
Invoice Posting in Plant 0002     120 -    Vendor account
    in MIRO                                       110 +    GR/IR clearing
10 +   Price difference account or stock account
Can any one tell what configuration is missing, where Billing Doc (VF01) value  needs too be adjusted while Posting Invoice as above.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Selvakumar. M

    Hi,
I do it 4 year ago (in a 46B release). I don't remember these details (differences), but I remeber that you only need one document (the IDOC makes the FI document in the company that receipts the goods). Check these notes that I forgot tell you before, because note 31126 tells us:
"You can also use this EDI processing for the logistics invoice verification of the stock transport order in Materials Management (module MM). Only some of the parameters must be adjusted in Customizing for the output control. These adjustments are described in the following solution."
I remember that I avoided this problem because in pricing procedures I forced that conditions were equal. You can use VOFM to achieve it.
Note 659590 - EDI: Stock transfer and cross-company sales
Note 31126 - Intercompany billing - posting to vendor account using EDI
Note 127178 - Questions about user exits in IDoc INVOIC01 (FI)
