fix the regression on the lcds hotfix 3.1
basically the tomcat 7 valve work involved change of some of the tomcat security class and it was backported to 4.0.0_fixes branches,
however some of the changes were missing.

Details: This is the BlazeDS part of the fix, there will be an LCDS part as well.
This wasn't an Edge Server bug per say, the real bug goes as follows:
-Take a messaging sample that uses RTMP.
-Connect and subscribe the Consumer to the destination.
-Get Message Generator stream messages to the destination.
-Close the browser window.
-At this point, you?\226?\128?\153d expect the FlexClient to time out (after 5 seconds if no FlexClient timeout is defined, or as specified by FlexClient timeout) which should time out the RTMPFlexSession. However, FlexClient does not time out because Message Generator is wrongly keeping the FlexClient alive as it?\226?\128?\153s pushing messages to it.
The bug is scattered across FlexClient.java class but mainly in FlexClient#push method. This method calls FlexClient#updateLastUse at the beginning of the method but what it should do is to delay FlexClient#updateLastUse until the message is actually written to the network (which won?\226?\128?\153t be the case when the browser window is closed, hence FlexClient will time out as expected).
This has an important side-effect for the Edge Server. When RTMP is in use, and there?\226?\128?\153s a stream of messages from Message Generator to a Flex client, when the browser window is closed, the connection between the Flex client and the Edge Server is cleaned up correctly, but the connection between the Edge Server and the backing App Server on behalf of the FlexClient stays open due to FlexClient not timing out, until the message streaming stops.
The fix is to not call FlexClient#updateLastUse right away in FlexClient#push, and delay it when we actually know that the message is written to the client.

But yes it is:
I explain, despite my efforts to find, googled it, forums, faqs, etc...
no where it mentionned the manifest.fm file is... INSIDE the .jar!
Your comment "a zip" made me attempt to open it with winrar, and I found a manifest.fm file inside!
So far I was editing the one at the "source" of my project and rebuilding it with netbeans.
I am going to try that now.

Basically when the MessageClient is in shutting down stage (still valid) the shutdown procedure needs to push message back to the client still. It is a regression introduced by change 18858

Here is my 2 cents.
Oracle recommends you set the Oc4jCacheSize parameter to reduce the occurrences of MOD_OC4J_0087 and
related errors in your Apache error logs. To change this parameter, follow these steps:
1. Stop the OPMN processes on the middle tier.
2. On the middle-tier computer, open a terminal window and go to $ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/conf.
3. Enter the following command:
cp mod_oc4j.conf mod_oc4j.conf.pre3604573
4. Edit the mod_oc4j.conf file by adding the following line after the </IfModule> line, but before the
Oc4Jmount /j2ee/* line:
Oc4jCacheSize 0
5. Start the OracleOPMN processes on the middle tier.
I would still suggest to analyze the stack trace further for exact issues.

In general theory, one now has the Edit button for their posts, until someone/anyone Replies to it. I've had Edit available for weeks, as opposed to the old forum's ~ 30 mins.
That, however, is in theory. I've posted, and immediately seen something that needed editing, only to find NO Replies, yet the Edit button is no longer available, only seconds later. Still, in that same thread, I'd have the Edit button from older posts, to which there had also been no Replies even after several days/weeks. Found one that had to be over a month old, and Edit was still there.
Do not know the why/how of this behavior. At first, I thought that maybe there WAS a Reply, that "ate" my Edit button, but had not Refreshed on my screen. Refresh still showed no Replies, just no Edit either. In those cases, I just Reply and mention the [Edit].
Also, it seems that the buttons get very scrambled at times, and Refresh does not always clear that up. I end up clicking where I "think" the right button should be and hope for the best. Seems that when the buttons do bunch up they can appear at random around the page, often three atop one another, and maybe one way the heck out in left-field.
While I'm on a role, it would be nice to be able to switch between Flattened and Threaded Views on the fly. Each has a use, and having to go to Options and then come back down to the thread is a very slow process. Jive is probably incapable of this, but I can dream.

MXMLG-220: setting visible property of Rect and Ellipse does nothing.
MXMLG-222: setting the alpha of a rectangle changes z-order when there are 3 or more rectangles

Does the ext directory have the php_oci8.dll? In the original steps the PHP dir is renamed. In the given php.in the extension_dir looks like it has been updated correctly. Since PHP distributes php_oci8.dll by default I reckon there would be a very good chance that the problem was somewhere else. Since this is an old thread I don't think we'll get much value from speculation.

Had some trouble to get the PDF print working, too. Printing works fine for standard reports, but for interactive report I am not able to get it working. Sometimes I am getting only blank pages (and no file) and sometimes I am getting PDF's which just contain an internal 500 error. Some details are in this thread: Print Interactive Reports does not work
Maybe that's related to the error of kkkannan74.
