why not have a webtemplate with tabbed interace and use that webtemplate to create BWP iview?

How to create tabbed interface

Does anyone know in depth turotials how to create a tabbed
interface without loading the whole page every time I click on
different tab?
here is the example from adobe website. You will see the
second tab table where you don't see to reload the page if you
click on another tab. That's what I want to create.

created for DW4.x. It's a lot of different layers and did get

Rejected feature request - Tabbed Interface

Hello,
first: I accept the decision to reject a feature request.
But: is there a special reason to do so, since Tabbed Interface is among the top weighted requests.
At the moment I have >50 connections because I have to support and develop more than one application each with production and at least 3 test DBs. Each connection has 20 nodes for types (tables, views...) each type has x nodes for objects. Thats a lot of scrolling to do. Closing the nodes after selecting an object is not really helpful, because then you have to open them again to select another.
If not tabbed, perhaps splitting the connections is possible: one frame for the connections and below a second frame for the content of the selected connection.

For me this is definitely in my Top-5 of requests. Shame it's rejected...
I imagine the change would take so much time and effort it's undoable right now... but after a few years when sqldev is more mature?
It probably would imply changing the framework also, which is competence of the JDeveloper team.
I see the reasons for postponing, but plainly rejecting?

I can no longer click on a tab 'inbox' to return to the inbox after reading an email tab is not shown when I go to a mwssage

The 'inbox' tab has suddenly disappeared from the top left of my screen. I can no longer return from a message to the inbox in one click. Can somebody help?

Thunderbird has had a tabbed interface since version three and still this forum gets people complaining they can not see the inbox tab because they never actually close a tab.
So right click a tab and select close other tabs. Perhaps you might consider closing the tabs you open to read your mail when you are done with them and then you will not have the hassle.

Spry Tabbed panels content loading

I have created a tabbed interface, it looks good, however the
content in some tabs it is a little heavy on some internet
connections.
Is there a way to load the content of each tab separately?
What i wanted to do is for each tab content to load only if
the user clicks on the tab, this way the start page will load much
faster. With the current settings all the content on all tabs loads
at the same time. Did not find anything on sprytabbedpanels.css
that could do this.
Can anyone help me?

SFP Interface not found in SE37

Hi,
I'm new to ADOBE from development and I just created my first form. Using SFP I created the interface and form making them local. I did not use SE80. Both the interface and form were fine when checking syntax and activating. Then went to SE37 to see my functional module and got a statement saying the interface does not exist.
Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

I've been working with BASIS to see if there was a problem with setup. I created a new test form, Interface and Form and was able to render it in layout per question above. Both Interface and Form had no syntax errors and it activated fine. Again when I went into SE37 the functional module was not available. I did a cut/paste from the FORM, Properties tab, Interface field to make sure I didn't have spelling issues.
I've been doing a lot of reading the past several days looking for a solution. I remember reading that a functional group is assigned by the system when I first save a new Forms interface in SFP. In looking for my interface in SE37 do I need to know the functional group? I've been just putting the interface name in se37 and nothing else.

Interface scenarios - new attributes for adapters

sinde sp15 we have a new tab interface scenarios in solman
and there are many adapters lile: EDI, XI adapters, etc that
we can use in those scanarios with special attributes
for each of those adapters
if there any chance to add some new attributes in standard
to those tabs ?

Coming to your specific question, by new attributes do you mean new technologies being listed in the list of values ?
If so, yes you can add them (though there will be a standard warning message from SAP) in the view tables version of the following tables, from SM30.

How do I show initial movie in tabbed menu?

I have a tabbed interface. When you click Tab, it loads 1.swf
into the background target, Tab2 loads 2.swf into the background
target, etc. Problem is, when the page loads, the background target
is blank. User must click a tab to load a movie. Is there a way to
initially load 1.swf in the target and then clear it when another
tab is clicked?

What steps have you taken so far? IE: Have you already connected your Macbook to the TV and are you trying to figure out how to get the OS to display or are you trying to figure out what cables you need to start the process.

Help with CS4 tabbed image mode?

How does one drag a layer from one image to another in tabbed mode?
I'm forcing myself to work with the tabbed image interface as I assume someone thought this new feature was a good idea.
I often drag or shift+drag layers from one image to another, whether it be adjustments or image elements that need to be placed (in register) as a layer in another open image.
But when I use the tabbed interface mode any attempt to drag a layer from one tab to another does not work.
What am I missing???

Yeah I noticed the same limitation.. they making floating document mode extra ****(UI interface that doesn't adhere to System OS visual style, documents that no longer move with the main PS UI, like when you adjust the mainframe size or move the window floating docs would get moved and stay within the UI, unless you dragged and floating doc outside the main ui frame, which was good, but now it seems floating docs always live outside the mainframe and appear above docked although open panel UIs.. not to mention the new theme looks like complete and utter dogshit.. but oh well.. CS5 might get some more work.. maybe they'll bring back the pallete well.. ******* adobe noobs.
I too liked to drag & drop of layer objects onto another document its common thing I do when working in photoshop.. I just can't believe how lame Adobe are that they couldn't allow this functionality seeing as a tabbed UI is the default setup now..
seems like the only way around it is to use the now **** floating document mode... or use one of the splitview modes.. course those are crap, but at least you can D&D layer objects, and then switch back the single doc tab.
lets not get into the flakey **** opengl support and functionality.

Interface version

While creating Idoc receiver adapter, under parameters I see two tabs interface version and SAP release. They should be filled madatorily. I need to know how we find out the values so that we can enter it. SAP release is 620 always ?

Doing this will require the use of VI server and methods and properties. First, some questions:
Is the number of pages you may need unbounded?
Do you have a maximum number of pages you need to display at any one time?
If the answers are no and yes, then you can create a tab control with the maximum number of pages you need, and hide or show the pages, as necessary. To hide or show pages, use the Pages property to get references to all the pages. Use Index Array to select the page you want to show/hide, then use its Page Visible property to show and hide it.
You can also get a lot more dynamic, if you number of pages you need to show at any one time is less than the total number of pages. In this case, you will want dynamic page contents and tab name. You can set the tab name by Page Label property of the page (right next to the Page Visible property). You can make the content dynamic by using a subpanel as the only contents of the page. You can find out about subpanels in the LabVIEW help or this post.
You also need to ask yourself whether a tab interface is the best one for your application. I have usually found that if I need to show and hide a lot of tabs, I would be better off with a subpanel for my content and a text or menu ring the select the content. Tree controls also work nicely for selection.

I imagine this is more a request than a current feature. If you run a swf in a browser, you can open different swf files in different tabs allowing you to easily switch between them. This however comes with a cost, a browser uses more resources on the pc and is more unstable at running several flash instances. That's why I prefer to use the projector.
The downside of using the projector is that to open different swf files and run them at the same time, you need to open the projector several times. All those projectors running tend to group in the taskbar and you need to move up and down to choose between them. This becomes an issue for me for 3 reasons: 1) It's more difficult to move between them. 2) They are all named after the projector name. 3) If windows explorer crashes the order in the taskbar changes.
So the question remains, Is it possible to run the projector with a tabbed interface? That way instead of 6 or more open projectors, I have one projector with 6 or more tabs.
The best solution I've found so far is to run different versions of the projector so I can run swf files per projector version avoiding unhandable groups in my taskbar.
