Tab page error

Hello
I have a sales forms , having 3 tab pages,,
First is sale master form which save the sales information in sale table
Second is product master form which save the product information against the sale # (sales # from the first tab page…) in the product table
Third this sites master form which sale the site information against the sale # on the site table
Now when I fetch the record , first two tab pages work fine, but when I click on the third tab page it give me a error
FRM-40106: N0 navigable items in destincation block
Before that error it is work fine
What is the reason for that error, and how I fit it

If the items on the third tab page are display only, or have properties set such that no entry is possible, you may have to create a "dummy" item on that tab page that is visible and has length and width set to 0. That way control can go there.

Error while creating activities from Account application (Activity tab page

We are using CRM 5.0 with PCUI ( EP 7.0 version). We are getting below error when try to create activities from Account application in PCUI ( from activity tab page):
Error : Activity contains error.
Diagnosis
This transaction has errors.
Procedure
To correct the errors, go to the maintenance interface of the transaction.
To navigate to there, use the link to the account application

We are getting this error when try to create Activity from Account application in PCUI. But the same thing is working fine in at GUI level & actions profile assigned to Activity transaction is also working fine at GUI level. But in PCUIit is throwing this below error.
Diagnosis
You have attempted to create a follow-up transaction for an incorrect transction 2000764. This is not possible. You can only create follow-up transactions for error-free transactions.
System Response
The follow-up transaction is not created.
Procedure
Correct the errors in the source transaction 2000764. The error messages resulting from processing the error can be read in the application log in the source transaction.
Pls suggest solution for this.

Page and Tab create error

I am getting PAGE_CREATE error while adding a new page. On create new page, after filling page name & description it displays the error message below.
I am runing iAS9\Portal 3.0.8.9 on Win NT4.
No installation errors.

Well ... this appears to be a serious problem with the Portal as it renders it incapable of adding pages and tabs. I've tried reinstalling it on 3 different servers, used another instance of Oracle database, and the result is still the same. No installation errors, and suddenly after 7-10 days this error starts appearing.
Am I the only one experiencing this type of error? ...and can anyone offer\suggest ways to fix it?

Error when attaching file in document tab page (content management)

When I'm importing file in document tab page (in activity, BP, etc) I get error "operation not allowed", and nothing more :/
Why it can happen? I have never had any problems with documents, since now. Do you think this is because of I'm connecting with SAP throw VPN, and there are some settings, which blocks file sending to SAP server?

FRM-41837 Error raising tab page

Hi,
I've got a problem with my form. I have four tab pages but in some cases I need to hide two tabs and save the information of the other tabs , when I try to save the data in my enabled tab pages I'm getting the error: FRM-41837 Error raising tab page

Here's the deal, I have four tab pages and I need to hide two tab pages because of one or more conditions, the thing is I need to save tha data in my available tabs, I checked the code and I don't have any go_block or go_item sentence in my triggers that could be affecting but I'm gonna check the code again maybe is something else =(

WEB.show_document in Browser Tab Pages

Hi
This problem occurs in IE7 which makes use of tab pages on the web browser. I'm using forms 10g, web.show_document(v_url, '_BLANK') to pop up a browser window in IE to display a PDF file residing on the App Server.
The new browser window pops up in IE and displays the pdf document fine. The window title and address bar contain the correct url (a rather long one). The problem I have is that the browser tab page is labelled "Error" which immediately causes concerns amongst the users. I'm not sure if it does this because it does not know what to label the tab page or if the URL is perhaps too long.
Is there any way to rename / relabel the tab page or set the name or alias somewhere? I'll appreciate any advice on the issue...

Traditional Chinese character display as square mark in workflow tab page

Customer applied 11i ATG RUP7(6241631), then run the AD Administration utility to maintain multilingual tables, and no errors when upgrading EBS.
Some tab page title and button text display as square mark.

Set tab page property

In the new form instance of my form, I'm disabling all tab pages but I'm getting an error that the last enterable tab page cannot be set to false. Is there some way to go around this and achieve the same effect?

I thought this subject was easy with LV2009, somehow I cannot find the property for the "tab page label font size", yes, i also looked with the "pages" ref array from the tab ref, also no luck. Could someone point me to the right place? I would really appreciate your help. Thanks.

File to IDOC : Code page error

I am working on Scenario File to IDOC.
T90CLNT90 is the rfcdest for SAP R3 System from XI.
The file sender succesfully sends thefile to the XI Engine.From XI to R3 the adapter fails to send the idoc.
What could be the reason for code page error?

Check if T90CLNT90 exists in SM59 transcation I think it should be T90CLNT090.

Commit/Rollback on Tab pages

I have three tab pages
1st tab page called master_detal_page. It is base block bound to tables.
2nd tab page called Keyword_page. It is not bound to the table.
3rd tab page called Exit_page. It will popup dialog box ask for save the changes. commit,rollback,exit_form on trigger when-page-change.
I encountered problems that I was unabled ROLLBACK or COMMIT the change I made on 1st or 2nd pages. When I refresh tab pages always display back to orginal records.
Please help me with any technical to solve it. Thanks

what is the error you got? go to menu/display error to see if any.
Then it likely you got saving issue with your master-detail block.
can you save with only master block data? but cannot save if both blocks have new data?
if yes, then you may add when-validate-record trigger to master and detail blocks, with code forms_ddl('post');
then see it makes difference.

Get the tab page that the mouse clicked on using PLSQL

Another canvas related question ...
Is it possible to detect the tab page that the mouse clicked on
from within a WHEN-MOUSE-DOUBLECLICKED trigger,
SYSTEM.MOUSE_CANVAS returns the name of the tab canvas.
However, I need the name of the tab page within the tab canvas

I forgot to mention that I dont know the type of canvas at runtime,
so the code needs to work for tab and non-tab canvases
Unfortunately, calling TOPMOST_TAB_PAGE for a non-tab canvas results in an
error that can only be suppressed using an ON-ERROR trigger
(SYSTEM.MESSAGE_LEVEL wont supress it, nor will EXCEPTION)
anyway, I resolved this via another related post that I raised today.

Forms personalisation - Vendor Form - How to Disable a Tab Page

Hi,
I am not a Forms 6i/9i programmer, although I have an appreciation of the concepts and can look at forms in Form builder. I have been looking at forms personalisation and have used it to execute plsql via the built in 'execute a procedure'. I can also see how to disable blocks, or items, but I haven;t managed to disable a form tab page i.e. On the vendor form there are tabs for GENERAL, CLASSIFICATION etc.
I have tried using the object type Tab Page, but the poplist doesn;t list any tab pages. Also if you choose Canvas, the list of Canvases appears but generates errors when you try and use the form (complaining of tab page ids).
I understand that to disable a tab page programatically, you would use SET_TAB_PAGE_PROPERTY i.e. in a forms trigger or in CUSTOM.pll
I would have thought Forms personalisation could do this.
Any ideas would be appreciated

What you can do is hiding the tabs (see pic below) and force the active tab programmaticily

Tab canvas error

Dear All
I am using forms 10g. I have a tabbed canvas and on that i have to create around 15 tabs.
I have already created 10 tabs .
Now if i try to add one more tab then when i run the form it is showing some error .

Is there any limit for creating tab canvas in forms 10g ?

Hi,
I am breaking my head over this.
I am still unable to solve this issue.
========The Requirement is as follows :===========
When I select a Tab Page of a Tab canvas, I get a
combo box with items in it. When I select an item from
the combo box, based on the item selected, I am
retrieveing the data from the database and displaying
it in that Tab Page itself. This data is in a matrix
format. i,e Has a number of rows and columns.
Without a Horizontal and a Vertical Toolbar attached
to the Tab Page I would be unable to view all the records
that are displayed on that Tab Page.
Any suggestions or examples is most welcome and
appreciated.
NOTE : ALso in what situations can we use a stacked
canvas, if the designer does not allow me to
use it with other canvases?.
