Tabbed panels conflicts with scroll!

Question

I have a strange problem! in DW CS3. Have a html-file id layer with css. Put on Tapped Panels - works OK.
My text is too long so I set on the scroll function.
Just after that the little blue outline box for tabbered panels disappered and I can no longer edit the text in the
content.... HELP please

I found this code on expert exchange, so basicaly all you
would do is set up your tabs with an onclick and have it run this
function that will change out code on click
