hi,
im developing PO Smartform.in that i have to display PO release status ie; whether it is released or not released(ME22N----->click on HEADER--
>click on RELEASE STRATEGY).from which tables i can fetch this data .please help.

Table for purchase order status

Hello friends,
There's a tab STATUS in purchase order (tcoe ME21N).
I can't find a table which contains theses statuses.
Anybody knows what's the table for purchase orders status ??

PO status is stored in Structure not in the table.
Please use the List displays to get the information like ME2N,ME2L, ME2M, ME2K etc
You can also get the information from the table EKKO, EKPO, EKET,EKBE

Table for WBS project status and budget.

hi,
i am being requested to have a report with project details with the PO and PR.
but i were unable to find the table for the project status (TECO, REL) for a WBS element. may i know want table and what field they were being link?
aside, may i know under what table does the "budget assigned" to a WBS element located at?

Hi Ben,
in order to retrieve the status of a WBS element, please select into table JEST by object number (JEST-OBJNR = PRPS-OBJNR). This will give you an internal status code (JEST-STAT). Then go to table TJ02 with this internal code and select field TJ02-TXT04: this will give you the external status code.
For the budget, go to tables COSP and COSS, selecting by object number (OBJNR).

You will find all Release codes in T16FS
Release procedures are used in condition tables to control whether the condition types for these condition tables have to be read during pricing condition determination or not.
If the condition table status is released then only the condition types will be read during pricing determination. If the status is not released, then they can be used for information purposes or for simulation of pricing.
The release status is controlled by processing status too, which can be seen in condition record creation screen.
So in crux, the processing status with Release status help in simulation of pricing, blockign the condition records from being read during pricing etc.

Mass Change for PR Release Status

Hi,
We want to go for Mass change of PR Release status i.e., cancelling the released PRs
I have added EBAN-FRGKZ and EBAN-FRGZU, to Object type: BUS2105, through SM30 - MASSFLDLST.
When I execute MEMASSRQ, for object type : BUS2105, newly added fields are not coming in EBAN table.
Can any one please suggest the solution for this?

There are few fields which you add to Object type: BUS2105, through SM30 - MASSFLDLST...Still it will not reflect in MEMASSRQ...
For this you can check various SAP notes also.
The only solution is this to create a LSMW program for it and do the required changes.

Table for Product Plan Status

Hi,
In "Basic Data" tab of Product Plan Detail, there's Status field which is the "User" status for the Product Plan. I am looking for the table which contains this Status field. DPR_PROJECT table only contain "System" Status field.

Status JEST Object status
Status JSTO Status object information
Status TJ02T Texts for system status
Status TJ30T Texts for user status

Table for E Mail statuses

Hello Experts,
I am able to see the E Mails statuses in SOST transaction code. Can anyone tell me where these statuses are stored. Is there any way to know the status of an email whether it is reached the receiver or not?

You can check the Release Strategy along with release codes and release groups in the Table T16FS
If you want only release codes with release groups go for table T16FD

When ever we perform LIV and is blocked for payment (due to price variance or other variance) is stored on table RBKP_BLOCKED
Now when we release it through t. Code MRBR that time its get deleted from RBKP_BLOCKED
Now to get the date of release Use can Use table CDHDR
Where OBJECTID =Invoice no+year (e.g 51056066022011 where is 5105606602 invoice no 2011 is year)
Tcode =MRBR
You will get the fields called UDATE and UTIME these are your release date and release time

Amit has provided you table..... you can achieve the same result in most lf the SAP standard report.......
For the list of Network status go to CN41
on the Nework no. input line click on multiple selection--> give the netwrok no. list for which you wanted to see the status. -->enter --> Excute.
Report will open in screen. in that report go to toolbar and click on 'choose filed' button.(F5) -->one pop up window will open -->right handside scroll down in that window >select 'status' field and move it to left side>enter
Network status will be shown against you newrok list. you can verify the same in maintenance txn.
If you have activated user status the same will also get populated.
You can downlaod the same in Excle file path is : Evaluation menu>export>save to file. ( via filtering in Excle you call do all the analysis realted to network status how amny are in clised status etc. )
And spearate the same from other project objects via filtering.

Which table can I find the status of the delivery that is block due to legal control ? (e.g. license not found).
I cannot find it in VBUP nor JEST.
We want to make a report to show what deliveries are block due to legal control.

If this info you are seeking for GTS. As I know these info is not stored in ECC table.
In addition to that why are you creating a custom report for this, when you have standard reports available in ECC. Check following TCode /SAPSLL/BL_DOC_SD_R3 - GTS: LCE: Blocked SD Documents or Program(SE38) /SAPSLL/BLOCKED_DOCS_SD_R3 in ECC.

Table for Purchase Order statuses.

I want to know which table and fields indicate purchase order header and item statuses.
This is to know if GR IR for item is done and if there is partial GR and partial IR for item.
I want to know from table field directly rather than getting quantities from EKET and EKBE and then compare with EKET-MENGE.

       How about TRC:MB5S.   The report can add P/O quantity   by setting of layout.
       If you want make abap, Please check FM: BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL.
