Table Pagination in the 12345 format

Hello,
My Jdeveloper version is 11.1.1.6.0.
I drag and dropped the database table data control on to the page and I want to implement pagination for this table in the form as below:
*12345>* These are the page number and <,> are the arrow to go to next and previous pages. also I want to maintain drop down to show no of result/records per page . What will be the procedure to do this approach.How to get the records as per pagination .Is there is any buildIn method to do that or should I have to do this programatically by using some logic.

Its working correctly but to show the pages in format of links like *<12345>* what should I do? what logic I can build for showing like this

We try to uploud an excel file to the SRM-MDM catalog 3.0 but when I connect to source and pick my excel file I get error message

1st check if you choose the File type as Excel in the Import manager !
then make sure the excel is saved as .xls extension ONLY
also check whats the version of the excel ? I mean excel 2003 , 2007 (i know these work)

Can I print out the document formatting information for review

Is there a way to print out, for example, all the paragraph format with their formatting details? I'd like the same for character formats, conditional text etc.?
I'm a long time FrameMaker use and have built numerous templates over the years. The one thing I always found missing was the ability to printout a list of the various formats so that you can review them (much more easily one at a time on screen) to make sure they all have the correct settings. MS Word, back in the DOS days, had this capability and it was fast and efficient way of double checking all the formatting.
Does this functionality exist in FrameMaker? Or are there any utilities out there that would do this?

The Format List utility from Squidds does this really well. It creates
tables that contain the various formats and their settings. It's really
easy to look down a column and see which paragraph or character formats
use, for example, a particular font or space above setting. Format List
is one of the Finalyser utilities.
The Squidds website is notoriously user unfriendly, but here is a link
for the price lists page. If you can find the right list for your
FrameMaker version, it will give you prices for the complete Finalyser
or Toolbox utility set, and prices for the individual utilities. I
believe Format List is $49 USD.

It seems like someone else makes a utility that creates a separate
one-column table for each format. I can't seem to find that one. Perhaps
someone else remembers what it is. Separate tables are not nearly as
easy to use for comparison, though.

How to implement table pagination/navigation in ADF pages?

I am developing an ADF application, where I have a requirement to implement table pagination like the one used in Google (<< < 1 2 3 ... > >>). I have around 1 million rows and the user needs to navigate to different sets using the buttons at the bottom of the table. I know that in ADF the scroller loads the data depending on the range but I haven't found anything like the one used in Google.
There is an implementation of dropdown in trinidad table but our application is using the ADF table. Any light in this direction will be a great help.

Generally you have to write it yourself, theres no way to use rich table this way.

How do I change the number formatting within a Cell Table in Microsoft Word?

Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me out on an issue I've been having... I work for an accounting firm and we do a lot of financial statements.
I was wondering if we would be able to treat a cell table in Microsoft Word 2007 like I would a cell table in Microsoft Excel. Meaning, I would like to change the formatting of the numbers in the table to the "Accounting" (number) format so it
aligns by the decimal point and use the $ signs and () for negative numbers. We do use the link tables feature, however, most of our balancing pages just can't be done in Excel because of the way the text is written. It would be much harder to format
the text if it were to be typed in Excel. We have also tried creating an Excel sheet within Microsoft Word but it is the same as linking the tables... Again, a text formatting issue. The only option is to use tables within Word but how do we change
the number formatting to a "accounting" (number) format where the numbers would align with the decimal point and use () for the negative numbers. Is there ANY option for us to do this other than manually entering this information in using tabs?
If there are no options other than entering it in manually, please consider this as an option for your next software update. I believe that a LOT of people out there will be interested in this feature... My manager and I just attended a webinar on Microsoft

Word does not really have number formatting for table cells. You can align cell contents on the decimal point, though, by setting a so-called decimal tab stop.
Option 1:
- Select the cells for which you want to do this.
- Display the ruler.
- Click the Tab box on the left hand side of the ruler until the box contains an inverted T with a dot.
- Click in the ruler where you want the decimal tab.
Option 2:
- Select the cells for which you want to do this.
- Click the arrow in the lower right corner of the Paragraph group on the Home tab of the ribbon.
- Click the Tabs... button in the lower left corner of the dialog.
- Specify a tab position in the box, e.g. 1.5".
- Select the 'Decimal' radio button under 'Alignment'.
- Click Set.
- Click OK.
You will have to type the numbers as they should appear, including the $ for currency and the ( ) for negative numbers.

Then goto EDIT menu there you press Download you will get save list as which format like: Un covered
                 spread sheet
                 rich text format
                 HTML format.
then you choose which ever you want and then save it in ur computer.

Tables lines/borders – although all formatted to the required weight in MS Word 2003, once pdfd show up as different weights and the 'heavier' line varies depending on which magnification the page is in. These lines are coloured, not automatic colour. Hope someone can help. Thanks

Close the form so you are looking at the "My Forms" tab, the view that shows you all of your forms. In the "My Forms" tab you can right click on a form and choose "Duplicate" from the context menu or you can select a form and click on the "Duplicate" button in the toolbar above the list of forms.

I have webdynpro application which displays a table and i need to print the table. Can u suggest me a method how to print the table on click of button.
Also, can some one tell how to use the paginator in the table which is getting displayed, i want to say display 10 rows at a time.

1. Click on the table in the view
2. Go to the properties
3. In the property visiblerow count give 10.
For the question " how to print the table on click of button"
There is no direct functionality where you can print the contents of the table. Instead you can use Browser Print functionality. I understand you do not get all the rows printed but that is the easiest way.

I have a uix page displaying table "room" ,there are several patients in every room .What I want to do is: Using "SingleSelection" to select a room and display some attributes of this room and the related patients in a table with using another page. How can I do this? Can I do it declaratively?

Problem with the number format in the graph axis with Report Generation Toolkit.

Hi!
I'm trying to use the Report Generation Toolkit to plot some graphs in Excel.
My first problem is that I don't know how to configure the number format in the Excel Set Graph Font.vi so that my numbers are correctly displayed in the graph's axis. The only given option is general (0,0) but this is not enough for me, my numbers can get really small so I need engineering notation or fraccional format.
Second: I also insert a table with the graph source data, but the numbers are not correctly displayed either: for example:
0,75 is shown as:
0,750000
but 1,25 is shown as:
1!250!000
My guess is I am making to much or wrong string to number conversions or Excel is getting it wrong but I can't find my way...
Can someone help me with this?

I understand that we can store this as a Blob or Bfile format.But I need to retrieve the data and display it on the GUI in the same format.

i have a smartform attached program to a report.
my selection screen contains only customer number (in range) and sales office code.
on executing the program will generate a printfile file for each customers.
i posted this question already and got the reply but the selection screen has only one parameter called p_mail(where u pass the address straight away).but i need the pdf format to get splitted for each and every customers and to mail them automatically.

That is usually an indication that the Volume was never Erased or Partitioned for GUID partition table and Mac OS, and is still in a Windows format.
Mac OS X Extended (journaled) has no such file-size limitations

How can I get page 2 in the same format?

I have just completed the first sheet in Numbers, and I would like to know how to bring up successive sheets in the same format.
To get the first sheet, I went to:

New from template chooser
Blank
Now I have filled that sheet and would like to continue with sheet 2.
I tried clicking on Sheet in the toolbar, but got a very small sheet, not full size.

Depending on how your margins are set and the height of your table rows, you will get some number of rows per page. Your only control of where the pages break is with those controls. Margin setting is a Sheet Property and can't be changed page by page, but if there's a particular row that you want to end a page with, just increase the height of that last row until the rows below pop to the next page.
If you have a Header Row, you can ask it to repeat at the top of each page, so you don't have to manually repeat the column headings.
Knowing how to easily change the dimensions of a table, in rows and columns, is amongst the basic stuff covered in the Numbers User Guide. You can get it from the Help Menu. A good read on a Winter's evening.
