Tableview : change alignment of one Column

Question

How can I change the text alignment of one Column (also the rows in this Column) in a TableView? Maybe with css or CellFactory... Have anybody an idea?

ohh sry thats right but how it works i try this but it doesnt work:
TableColumn<StreckenTableData, String> thirdCol = new TableColumn<StreckenTableData, String>();
thirdCol .setCellFactory(new Callback<TableColumn,TableCell> (){
public TableCell call(TableColumn param) {
TableCell cell = new TableCell(){
@Override
               public void updateItem(Object item, boolean empty) {
                    if(item!=null){
setText(item.toString());
cell.setAlignment(Pos.TOP_RIGHT);
return cell;
});
