If you restored to factory settings/new iPod and still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem.

Apple, as I said, does not repair your iPhone. All hardware service issues are handled by replacing the unit. So they can't handle the home-button issue without also addressing the issue of the cracked screen, for which they'll almost certainly charge you. But you can make an appointment at an Apple Store or call Apple tech support and plead your case.

If no change after restoring the iPhone with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from the backup, the iPhone has a hardware problem with the wireless card or with something else.

Hi, after turning on Voice over and then turning off the i pad 2, I found that it would not turn on again as the locking code which always worked till now, 2121 is not recognised. A voice can be heard when trying to enter the 4 letter code stating the letters
I have tried to repair programme by resetting several times and also downloading i tune software as suggested by your advice centre but the i pad remains locked
Please can you tell me how I can resolve this issue?

If it's slow on startup it would be extensions loading or LaunchDaemons starting up.
You should have a look in:
/Library/LaunchDaemons
/Library/Extensions
You can count out anything in your home folder and it shouldn't put anything in /System as that's reserved for Apple.

I can't print Multiple pages in FF6 – clipping off content after page 1. I have thrown out firefox completely off my imac and re-installed... still does not print correctly. How do I fix this?

After upgrading last week, i can no longer print multiple page print outs off of any website, without the secondary pages clipping off content. Page 1 prints fine... the remaining pages do not.
pages print fine in both safari and chrome...

If you are wondering why you are not getting any responses, it is because you have vented a complaint without any details that make any sense or give anyone something to work on.
If you want help, I suggest actually detailing what has happened, with versions of software etc. Anything that would let us assist.
As a start I am guessing that you have not really got the hang of "How it all works". Firstly download the Pages09_UserGuide.pdf from under the Help menu. Read that and view the Video Tutorials in the same place. A good addition would be the iWork 09 Missing manual book and something to help you learn how to use your Mac.

1. Just quits.
2. The items on the reading list will not delete after visited.
3. The screens goes grey when I go to email a reference.
Is the a solution other the restarting the iPad or is this something apple ought to fix?

See if the following help.
Try clearing Safari's cache : Settings > Safari > Clear Cookies And Data (and Clear History)
If that doesn't work then try closing Safari completely and then re-open it : from the home screen (i.e. not with Safari 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Safari app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
A third option is a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I plugged my phone ino my computer to download more music and it said I had an update, so I hit the update button and it said I had to restore the phone to factory settings. I tried turning it off and getting out of the screen, but it wouldn't allow me to do anything other than restore. Now I lost all my photos and music = can I get anything back?

Drivers 2.84: audio control still does not work

is still got the same problems i already had with the v1.13 drivers. The soundstorm panel output sliders don't. They just don't work at all. The windows "sndvol32.exe" works fine though. I am running a german windows XP. I deleted all localized .dll's as the are unusable anyway. ( I donno who has done translation and QC at NVIDIA)
And my major problem:
Under Input / Record there is no recording device available. (Digitzed input is there)
to sum things up:
- The output sliders still do NOT work at all
- There is still no recording device selectable
- Localization got better, but is still unusable (same prob as with the 41.xx video drivers. the text just does not fit in the panel, which looks garbled)

but, i already tried it. I switched every possible thing to english(USA). removed the old drivers, cleared the registry, installed from scratch ... The Soundstorm Control still does not work. I guess it's because i am running a german Windows XP ( Though i really switched everything to english..)

Thank you I tried the reset again did not fix- I think I am down to calling Apple and paying for a tech - phone company says it is a software problem. I just updated to 8.1.3 - I thought the update might fix it.

It's possible that the pages you are attempting to open simply won't work with that old web browser.
If you're using Mac OS X Tiger, update to the latest version, which is 10.4.11. (You might be using that already. Your profile says you're running 10.4.1, but I bet that's just a typo.)
Then get the latest version of Safari that will run on Tiger. (And... you have that already: 4.1.3.)
You might try a more modern browser designed specifically for your current OS. That would be TenFourFox.

The usual reasons for an Apple ID getting disabled are either unauthorized activity or violations of the Terms & Conditions.
Submit your request to iTunes Customer Service and if appropriate, they will re-enable it.

Explain exactly what "it won't work" means. The iPad does not respond at all? Does it turnn on? It is not recognized in iTunes when you connect it to your computer?
