"The page isn't redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."
how should i solve this issue??? i have enabled cookies option in security.
Does this happen on just one site or does it happen more often?<br>
First I would delete the contents of the cache and delete all current cookies and try again. If clearing does not help, I would try safe mode.<br>
Did you try to start Firefox in the Firefox Safe Mode? If it works when in safe mode, then this problem is probably caused by a broken add-on. If the safe mode does not help, that may be an indication that the server is sending some broken headers.

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
* This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept
cookies. In my experience this is most of the times a server issue of the website provider.
Does this error occur on all Websites or just one specific Website?
Does this Website load in Internet Explorer (or any other Browser?)? -

If there is a problem with searching via the default about:home page then try to reset the search engine used on the about:home page.
Reset the <b>browser.startup.homepage_override.mstone</b> pref via the right-click context menu to the default on the <b>about:config</b> page and close and restart Firefox to restore the about:home page to its default.
#Open the <b>about:config</b> page via the location bar
#Type in the Filter bar: mstone
#Right-click the browser.startup.homepage_override.mstone line and select: Reset
#Close and restart Firefox
If this didn't help then delete the delete the chromeappsstore.sqlite file in the Firefox Profile Folder and repeat the above. -

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

Can't load Netflix - Firefox says something about cookie problem and recommends try again button. ("The page isn't redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.)" Hit the try again button repeated ly - nothing???
I decided to give Netflix a call about this problem.
On a recording while waiting for a support rep, it said if you're having problems logging in to go to:
http://www.netflix.com/clearcookies
It works for me. Now I have to logon everytime I go to their site though versus it had kept me already logged in before this problem.
I will be using that link to get to their site until they get it fixed. -

I was trying to logon to www.hsbc.co.in when I got this message. I have successfully logged in to this website before from Firefox so I don't understand what is happening.

It is possible that the <i>cookies.sqlite</i> file that stores the cookies is corrupted if clearing cookies doesn't work.
Rename (or delete) <b>cookies.sqlite</b> (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookies files like <b>cookies.sqlite-journal</b> in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

I accessed YouTube briefly, but as soon as I linked my YouTube account to my Google account (now required by YouTube), I got that message.
Hey, I have an easier solution. No need to wipe all of your cookies or restart firefox:
Go to Tools > Options, select the Privacy Tab, then click on the link to "remove individual cookies".
In the window that comes up, type youtube into the Search box at the top, and then remove all of the cookies that are displayed.
Now when you visit youtube.com you'll be signed out of your account, and you can sign back in without getting the redirect error. -
please email us if there is a fix for this. [email protected]
Do you have javascript enabled? Some cookie or javascript related extension(s) installed? Those may be causing the issue...

I have a Dell Inspiron, am using Windows 7.
This does not happen with my Gmail account
It does happen with Internet ExplorerThe problem continues.
If I open a New Window, the usual comcast.net screen appears and shows that I AM signed into SmartZone. That's fine but I do not want to have to go through this every time I open Mozilla Firefox. I didn't have this problem before I downloaded the Firefox version 4 Beta. Now going back to the older version of Mozilla Firefox, it happens there too!
Help!!! -
