There are no movies on your apple tv... in the middle of streaming?

I have my Apple TV connected to my mac mini via ethernet. Lately, I've been streaming a movie, and right in the middle of the movie the screen comes up that says "there are no movies on your apple tv."
How is this possible? I was just watching one!
If I menu back and go to the movie list, they're all there and I can resume the movie exactly where I left off... until it happens again.
Any ideas?

As I said it sounds as though there is some interruption of network connectivity, Appletv rightly then complains there's nothing on AppleTv but there's also nothing available to stream- for whatever reason this then corrects itself.
Sorry, I can't offer you a solution but that's my take on what's happening - for some reason the iTunes>AppleTv connection is lost breifly.

I have recently upgraded to Lion and iCloud. There are two very annoying quirks that i don't know how to fix:
1-When working with word, documents or emails in the middle of a sequence the picture or window suddenly is yanked off the screen to the right. More often than not it can't be retrieved. This happens often
2-In the same mode as in #1 above the print size will suddenly increase maybe by a factor of 3x or 4x. it happens spontaneously.
3-There are many other problems with the upgrade:
-With sequence emails the secondary emails are not printed. When one tries to open those emails it often fails.
-The new address book format is crap. it is very difficult to go from single listings to group listings and back.
It's obviousto me the Apple software designers are not users.
So how can i fix #1 & 2 above.

Microsoft Word? What version and service pack?
Microsoft Office 2011 SP2 includes Word version 14.2.2. Some Office 2011 updates addressed problems with Lion.

"there is a problem with your apple tv ethernet networking" but I am connecting wirelessly

So basically I can happily see all my movies etc on my TV via Apple TV but they appear to play but with no image. Sound is OK! Then the ATV decides something is wrong, reboots and says "there is a problem with your apple tv ethernet networking" but I am trying to connect over wifi.

You may have some software corruption or the unit may well be starting to fail.
Hold menu and down arrow for 6 secs to reboot the unit to the diagnostics/service menu from where you can reinstall the original shipping software (some have had issues updating beyond version 1.0 if that's what's on it) but first I'd try to run the diagnostics utility though it often passes this even if there are issues.
Always worth unpowering the AppleTV and letting it rest for a few minutes before restarting - this can sometimes reset thing that a powered reboot won't.

Generally, it's ok to install on two machines as long as they are both yours and you only use one version at a time.

When you say tit only sees your music folder, are you saying it only sees your music folder or does it see other empty folders.

How do you keep your purchased apps if you are forced to change your Apple ID? A good example is if you are forced to change your email, which you use as your Apple ID. what if it is a security app and you lose a lot of data if you lose the app? Why are the apps tied to the Apple ID rather than the user? Why is it impossible to globally change the Apple I D?

All content is tied to the account, but you can change the primary email address on an account e.g. you can log into your account via the Store > View Account on your computer's iTunes and there should be an Edit button to the right of your account id on your account's page, or similarly on your iPad try tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and view your account. Or you can update it by logging into it via this page http://appleid.apple.com . You shouldn't lose any content on the account if you update it.
After updating the account you may need to log out of your iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in with the updated version for it to be 'refreshed' on it

I mirror from my phone to the Apple TV. Still images and everything I do on the phone is mirrored on to the TV except when I want to show a YouTube video or any video and then the screen on the phone and the TV screen go black and the spinning beach ball appears. The videos open right up on the phone if I do not have mirroring on and going through the Apple TV. I just downloaded the latest update to the phone it did not fix the problem. Please help. After reviewing your post, I have located an article that can help in this situation. It contains a number of troubleshooting steps concerning device issues. You may want to consider a reset, then testing to see if the issue is resolved:

Image Capture says iPhone has 0 items to import, but there are 4 movies

I took four movies last night, and when I came home and plugged in my iPhone, iPhoto said there are 0 items. When I disconnected the iPhone, I noticed iPhoto did not notice -- it still said there are 0 items in my iPhone. I expected the iPhone icon to go away when I unplugged the phone. So I right clicked on the icon in iphoto and ejected it. Then plugged the phone back in. Now it does not show up at all. So I went to Image Capture. Image Capture sees the phone, but still thinks there are 0 movies.
I think I solved this by restarting the computer last time, but I want to stop having to do that. Is there a file or something somewhere I can delete that is corrupt? I tried deleting the iPhoto cache.
I also notice that although I told ImageCapture to open iPhoto when camera is inserted, it does not. ***? I guess I'll restart my computer, but what a PITA.

Sure enough, after reboot, there are my movies in iPhoto ready to import. But of course, having to reboot to see my photos is very tedious. What is going on, Apple? It's not iPhoto prefs, it's not iPhoto cache, it's not ImageCapture prefs. ***?

Windows 2003: there are no pictures on your camera

Initially, the iPhone did not show up, and the scanner and camera wizard did not function. I started the windows image acquisition service, and now the iphone shows up, but with the message

I have now Lap VIEW 2013 and I tried to dowload LabVIEW Control Design and Simulation Module after following the process a message shows that "There are no notifications for your products". Even if I have closed window firewall and setted the files enables to install in my computer. I still was able to get this function in my labview.
Do you guys have this experience and solution?

Hi, your wording isn't quite clear to me. Does everything actually work? The "No notifications..." message is simply telling you that your stuff is up to date.

Hi guys, I tried to enroll in the iPhone Developer program, but I got this message when trying to activate it via the link in my email.
We are unable to activate your Apple Developer Program membership because we are unable to successfully verify your identity. Please contact us and reference Enrollment ID# ******** for further assistance.
Apparently according to the member centre "Your credit card and enrollment information do not match."
This doesn't make much sense to me as the only difference is that my name on the credit card is all in caps, while my enrolment name isn't!
Any ideas?
