Time since last charged doesn't work

Does anyone else have this problem ---  under general in settings, under the title Time since last charge....there is usage and stand by. After both of those it just has this -    I've contacted apple, they ran a thing to see if it was the battery and it wasn't. They had me restore the ipad. When I restored it to last back up than it worked for like a day. So than they had me restore to new and it just reads -     So idk what to do next....afraid there is something wrong with the hardware. Help

Reset it by holding the power and home keys down until the Apple logo appears.

  • Time since last full charge

I upgraded to the 47 firmware from the 45 that came with the phone. I have two 3G iphones and didn't upgrade the other one. Since the upgrade on the one phone it no longer tells you any information under the Time since last charge. Both the usage and Standby just have a - where the numbers use to be. Anyone else seeing this problem?

Sounds like a phone related issue. I also updated to 47 (by doing a restore) and it shows my usage since last charge. I would get your phone checked out by apple or at&t

  • Time since last full charge not displaying despite full charge last night

I've had my iPhone 5 for almost a week. I noticed the battery drains quickly, did some research on the boards and realized it wasn't just me. I conditioned the battery last night, ran it out til the power shut down then charged through the night til it was 100% this morning. The battery still drains quickly and under settings > general > usage the "Time since last full charge" does not display. I know it was working over the weekend but yesterday i had the same problem before the charge (i figured it was because i hadn't charged it all the way the previous charge). Any suggestions? Location services is still set to ON for diagnostics and usage. I've tweaked a few of the notifications and location service settings so it could be something i changed, but i doubt it. Really coincidental that the usage won't display and the battery is draining like crazy.

Mine is doing the same thing now that I have updated to 6.0.1. Battery life is way worse than before the update and again the "Time since last full charge" is not displaying any statistics.

  • Time since last full charge not showing

Ever since I have received my iPhone 5S, the battery life is much worse than my iPhone 4S. I have used it no more than my last phone. Also under battery usage, the time since last full charge is not displaying anything. This issue has been present since day one. I do not know what to do.

Did you ever got this figured out ?
I purchased a iPad air and its doing the same i.e. Time since last full charge is not showing any info (and yes I have charged my iPad several times to 100% )
    What do do ?

A good read. Have you done anything at all to resolve your problem. Reset? Restore?
By the way - "your products"... nobody here produced the iPhone, we are all just users. Apple is not here.

  • Iphone 5s time since last full charge

Hi, i'm running iOS 7.1.2 on my iPhone 5s and in settings at Time since last full charge is showing at both usage and standby —.
Two hours ago it showed at usage 4 hours bla bla.
I need to restore in iTunes my iPhone or..?. My iPhone was opened for changing the touchscreen, i don't know if it matter.

    and now:
I didn't rebooted it. I didn't put again to charge.

  • Time since last full charge resets itself?

I am using an iPhone 6, 64 GB running iOS 8.1 and I have noticed that the "Usage" and "Standby" information shown under "Time Since Last Full Charge" suddenly dissappears, regardless of how much charge is left on the device. Last time it dissappeared when there was 10% charge left. Why is this?

This is definitely a real issue. I had thought I discovered the culprit when the usage statistics also reset on my iPhone 5 after a wifi sync. So I was going to experiment on my iPad and not sync for the life of the charge to see if a reset wouldn't happen. However, after charging the iPad fully for a FaceTime call with family that drained the battery to around 72%, I shut it off for a few days while using only my iPhone. When I started the iPad up today, the usage statistics were once again blank. My iPhone is now charging so I will proceed with the experiment on it instead, but I do believe that wifi sync won't be the cause. If an app is causing this, it's one of these that were listed as being used in the last 7 days (i.e. The only apps used when fullly charged and after shutdown to starting up today):
Safari, FaceTime, Home & Lock screen, Newsify, and Settings (in that order)
If anyone else is experiencing this phenomenon, please make note of it here. It could be helpful to narrowing down a cause and let Apple know of a bug in the OS.

  • 'Time since last full charge' - Blank

I am using factory unlocked iPhone 4S (5.1.1). Recently did a 'Reset All Settings' in order to improve battery backup.
After discharge, charged my phone to 100% but still the Usage & Standby under 'Time since last full charge' is blank.

The 5s specifications state that the battery life should be slightly longer than an iPhone 4.
However, as with any phone - it depends how you are using it.
I know when I got my 5s, the battery life seemed a little short, but I soon realised that was because I hadnt put the thing down (as you tend to do with new toys!).
    Cheers.

  • Time Since Last Full Charge is blank

I picked up an iPhone a few days ago. The first time I went into the Settings area and looked up usage I noticed that there were stats on usage since last full charge. Since then I haven't seen any data in there, it just lists usage and standby as "--".
I see that it says "Usage will be shown after iPhone is fully charged" so I have left it over night twice now and still no data.
Any idea as to why this is?

I've fully charged it three times now with no luck. The battery meter reads 100% but I'm still seeing "--" in the Time Since Last Full Charge information.
Here's how I've been charging it. I plug the phone into the AC Adaptor and then turn it off. When I wake up in the morning I unplug it from the AC and then turn it on. I've read online that this could be the cause. Apparently, I need to power the phone on while it's plugged in and then unplug it from the adaptor.
    Does that make any sense?

  • Time since last full charge problem

Few days ago i noticed that time since last full charge on my iphone 4s would reset itself when the battery only charges to around 90%. this has never happened to me on my 3gs or 4. i tried soft restroe, hard restore, drain the battery all the way then recharge. but none of these tricks helped! is there anyone else having this problem? can somebody help? many thanks in advance.

Have you tried the standard troubleshooting in the manual? The manual is bookmarked in Safari.
    Restart?
    Reset?
    Restore?

  • Time since last full charge - Usage & Standby Keeps Resetting

When I normally charge my iPhone 3GS to roughly into the 90s (percentage), the Usage & Standby times under "Time since last full charge" both reset. I do not go to 100% charge. I only do that like once every few weeks.
I know that these times were buggy sometimes in 2.X versions of the OS where the times would read "--". Usually discharging the battery completely & recharging would fix that, although temporarily...
    Anyone else?

Apple does not make your phone battery go to 100% each time you charge. In every laptop or cell phone battery there is a finite amount of times that you can charge your phone up to 100%. After a certain amount of times the battery will die. So Apple charges up to 90% (or something like this) so you won't have to worry about a battery replacement. According to a post I read on engadget.com a normal iPhone user would have to worry about charging their iPhone battery once every 5 years with the way Apple charges your iPhone.
    So - it's a good thing. It's not a problem. It's a feature!

  • Power charger doesn't  work

I bought iPhone5 last week, and its already broken, had to go to the store where I bought it, then they said I had to go to Apple store, then I went to the apple store on Grandcentral, and had to wait for 3 hours, and their attitude was pretty BAD. I spend metrocard, and I took day off for this incident. AND NOW, this iPhone's power charger doesn't work! I call to Apple, and their attitude was also REALLY BAD! I DEF NEED my iPhone charger ASAP, and I REALLY WANT THEM to refound my metrocard charge to go back and forth this annoying issues!!!!!
The Apple couster service person's name is MICHEAL OLIVER. His attitide was very very BAD!!! I told him I've been a MAC user since 1995, and had a bad experience for my 3rd MacBook ( within 6month its broken twice!), and this time is more annoying costmar service ever!!!

I'm sorry to read about your bad experience but you're not addressing Apple here. We are all users just like you. Please give Apple feedback here > http://www.apple.com/feedback/

Hey, There are afew things you can try.
    - Simply turn your phone off and back on again
    - Hold down your home button and your lock button and let goes as soon as the screen goes black (Phone will power down) - Then turn on your phone and hey presto!
    - Back up your iPhone to your PC, then restore it..
this ones last cause I think you may have tried it already..

  • My new iMac has recently had OSX Lion installed on it and now when I start the machine it looks like its updating something every time, and the wireless doesn't work. So I restart and everything is OK - until I have to start up again the next time?

My new iMac has recently had OSX Lion installed on it and now when I start the machine it looks like its updating something every time, and the wireless doesn't work. So I restart and everything is OK - until I have to start up again the next time - then I have to repeat this again! Any help appreciated.

I've been having the same issue, but have just discovered something on my own that hasn't been pointed out in any of the forums I've visited.  In what I thought would be a vain attempt to help myself, I went to System Preferences, Users & Groups, and then clicked on Login Items.  I discovered that one of the Items that was listed to open automatically upon login was iTunes Helper and that there was an exclamation point beside it indicating that it was incompatible.  I simply deleted that item and now I don't have the situation you described and my wireless is connected.  Hope this helps!
