Trouble checking my RMA status

I sent my 6GB Zen in for warranty repair with a preauthorized?RMA number on /9. It was recieved at Creative Stillwater on /3. I checked the status last week and it said there was no information on my RMA number. Now today the link on the Creative website doesn't work. How can I find out the status on my ZEN...

    what does hang mean in RMA status check? i went to check my RMA status and under testing it said hang. what does this mean?

    In the "testing" column, it tells you the outcome of any daignostic tests they ran on your player. It usually says "not tested yet" for a day or so after the package arri'ves.
    If it says "hang," they were able to turn your player on but it froze up almost immediately. If it's a software problem, they'll wipe the hard disk and reload a working copy of the firmware. If it's a hardware problem, they'll send you a new or refurbished player of the same model and capacity as yours.

    Upon typing in my RMA#/Phone# and submitting, I get a page that says an Internal Error has occured.
    I have been trying to check the status for about 3 days now. Same thing every time.....
    Any suggestions?

    I have already sent in my product for warranty service. Consequently, I do not have the serial number etc. on hand and am therefore unable to fill out the the form on the link you posted.
    I still receive this error when trying to check my RMA, can you help me?

    That is the fault that they found with the unit. Not very descripti've, but it does seem to match the problem listed for listed the RMA. Hanging at the startup screens.

  • RMA Status confus

    Okay, so I had a nice problem with my Zen about 3 weeks after I got it. It just froze one day, so i took out the battery and tried to turn it on again, but the screen just went to a pre-software type loading page that had the basic info on it...like Creative Labs 2004 etc... I called support and the guy told me to start it up in safe mode, but it never worked so i shipped it in with his receipt because it was a gift basically. so now it has been in the factory, or wherever they fix things, and the RMA status says "hang".. does anyone here know what that means. I'm not going to call the support until the 5 day period passes..it's been like 2 days at this point.

    My requirement is as below.
    I will loop through an internal table and create some files with background processing method.(JOB_OPEN,SUBMIT & JOB_CLOSE)
    Now once this job is triggered I need to check the status for that job after maximum 10 mins. Its not neccessary that each job will take 10 mins. only,It can be finished in 2 mins also.
    Once the job is finished then I will XCOM that file.
    So my question is how to code such timer which will check the job status for that job? I have a FM BP_JOB_READ which returns the job status.

    I keep getting this.
    The Bank and Paypal states that Adobe needs to process my transaction twice.

    I installed SharePoint 2013 and Project Server 2013 as farm and TFS 2012 and my account has permissions everywhere. I read article

    The problem was in claims authentication. Changed to Windows and all worked out.

  • Error Message "Tape Trouble - Check VTR"

    I am using a Panasonic VTR AJ-D450(via Component and RS422 deck control @ DVC Pro 50 resolution) capturing with a Blackmagics Extreme HD and I get the following error message:
    "Tape trouble--check VTR. Do no attempt to eject tape or use transport without checking VTR first."
    The tape keeps running with this message up on the screen but the drive has stopped capturing. There are no timecode skip warnings and no other indications.
    The main problem is that the capture using Blackmagic Deck Control is perfect, this message appears only in the FC2 capture. In another topic, Aja resolved this issue with a patch.
    There are no error messages on the deck display which tells me the deck & tape are actually ok. But has anyone else experienced this and have knowledge about it?

    Thank you for the support, I had solved the problem using the Keyspan USB where the Final Cut 2 started to capture the image normally.
    I am not sure now about the compatibility between Blackmagics Decklink and RS422 of Panasonic VTRs.

    I've ordered my iPod touch through the Apple Online Store yesterday and I can't seem to check the shipping status.

    We have the same problem here in Australia too. I haven't been able to cancel my iPhone 4s I ordered online. I was able to purchase one from a retail store the last thing I need is two iPhone 4s :P

    when i am logging and capturing, capturing stops and i get the message tape trouble check vtr. i read some post that it was an AJA problem and i called their tek support and they sent me the pulling txt file to put in my pluggins folder and the problem still is going on. i also uninstalled and reinstalled the AJA software. i am using a panasonic aj-sd930 dvc pro 50 deck running through the AJA IO using fcp 6.i have also trashed my prefs and still nothing. is there someting i'm missing?

    I'm having the same problems but with a very different configuration. We tried everything from changing the wiring to trying a different setup for the capturing video card and no luck. At long last, trashing the preferences allowed us to digitize for 10 minutes straight instead of 2 minutes bits. Wether it was just a lucky break or really a temporary fix remains to be determined.
    Btw, to which codec are you digitizing to?
