hi, everyone i have a qustion about why i cant use the itunes card to transfer the game currency ? also when i start to transfer it this message" please contact itunes support to complete this transaction" suddenly comes.anyone know how to fix it ?

When I purchase something in my game it says contact iTunes support to complete transactionI have the same problem but whenever I contact ITunes support I can't find my specific problem.

What support? All I get is an endless circle of running around. Things worked fine until recently, apperently real people to talk to don't exist here, just a never ending series of links that lead nowhere. It seems many others have had this same problem with Itunes, but what is the salution?

Choose country, and then at the bottom of the list on the left there should be an option 'Contact Support' (via expresslane).
It's only users here on this forum - unfortunately Apple don't seem to have a simple phone number and you have to get support via email or occasionally a live chat option.

Did you do as the message advised and contact iTunes Support? They'll be able to tell you what is wrong.

why do i keep getting the message "Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction."? Oh, and I would love to contact support but they are never open for business when this happens to me so I was hoping someone knew what the heck was going on. I love my ipad and hate that I can't get the in app purchases that I need in order to advance to the next level to buy if I don't want to start the whole game again!! Please help.
