TS1702 RE: Boggler application by guru software -- I have tried everything suggested by Apple except updating OS because it requires too much GB. Paid for program, but it never downloaded. It's not on my list of apps in iTunes, but I was charged for it.
Purchased "Boggler" application by guru software, but it never downloaded. How do I download it or get money back from Apple? Tried removing free one and then downloading, but it wouldn't download anything but the free one. Tried getting it from my list of purchased apps in iTunes, but it isn't there. Got email receipt from iTunes, but no program. Tried restarting iPod. Nope. Went to gurumobileapps.com, but the page is now blank. Even the free program now crashes from time to time. Sometimes when I try it tells me it can't download it because there's no connection, but I don't have that problem with anything else. Anybody else have Boggler and have problems with it?
If an app is no longer in the App store you can't redownload it.
You can contact iTunes and see if yo can get a download since you said you never fully download it.How to Get a Refund from the App Store

I just purchased this movie on Thursday, May 15, so just a few days ago. I have never had any trouble whatsoever since I have been in Vietnam. I have downloaded several movies and even music and they have all synced to my respected Apple products except for this purchase.

Iphone 4s not showing up in iTunes, even though I have done everything suggested by Apple
I have an iPhone 4S and the latest version of iTunes.
Everything worked fine untile one day, the iPhone stopped showing up in iTunes. I have not installed any other software during that time.
I have done everything suggested in Apple's support pages and reinstalled iTunes and all Apple software as suggested.
My iPhone is showing up in iTunes when I connect it to another computer with iTunes installed.
Any clues as to what may cause this on my computer?

I downloaded a book as a pdf in an app through iTunes, but I want to read it on my MacBook Air. How do I do that, please?
A PDF is a PDF. If it is an app then it isn't a PDF unless it is an app that is supposed to install the PDF somewhere in which case I wouldn't trust it. From where did this originate? If it is some unknown web site there are plenty with fake links that say you are downloading one thing but they send you another in hope that you will blindly install some malware. Usually they target Windows users but there's getting to be some for Mac (in particular MacKeeper).

I recently purchased "The Simpsons Movie" on iTunes, but it is not appearing on my cloud - or under recent purchases in iTunes. I was charged for the purchase and received a receipt. During the download i received an error message.

Got new ATV and all set up. It keeps loosing connection with iTunes on laptop and have tried everything suggested in set up guide. It works fine for a while then the iTunes account vanishes from 'computer' menu TV screen. Full Wifi signal on both devices so can't think what could be causing it to happen. Any suggestions please?
Sorry, I updated another thread I was a part of but didn't update my own thread.....ughhh!
I updated all of my ATV 2's and 3's to the latest firmware when it was released and have been problem free since. I do believe the major issue of not being able to connect after a period of inactivity has been corrected with the latest ATV firmware.
I can look at my network connection table using "netstat -an" in a CMD window and I do not see the massive number of connections I saw before the update.

Since I have upgraded to iOS 7 messages on my ipad will not send. I get a red message saying not delivered I have tried everything suggested so far, still nothing.
I'm having the same problem with my Wife's old iPhone 3G. It's battery went completely dead and now all it does when I hit the power button is shows the screen that shows the animated charger/battery saying to plug it into a charger and then it shuts off. The thing is, it's plugged into a charger, I've tried several, I've tried getting into DFU mode to restore 4.2.1 and see if that would help but I can't get into DFU mode because the iPhone shuts off before it gets a chance to load I suppose.
If I find a solution that works to get the iPhone out of this quirk/bug mode it's in right now from the battery dying, I will post it here so you can fix your iPhone as well.
Best of luck with finding your solution to fix this! We're both probably going to need it because so far I've searched for the answer for the past hour and still can't get it to even start charging.

Hi, I'm trying to use the navfree app on my iphone 4s. it downloads and shows in the list of apps, but when I tryt to get the gps working, following instructions, this app does not show up in the list of location services. When I try to open navfree, it remains on screen for a second then closes. What am I doing wrong? Thanks,
I have the same problem.... and it all started straight after the last and latest ios update. Have done all the resets on the phone.... have just competed a full reset through itunes.... and still it does not work. THe same problem is also happening with some other apps.

For the past month I've been trying to update my iphone 4 (Verizon) from 4.2.6. I've got iTunes 10.2.2.14. My computer runs Windows XP.
When I try to update, I get a 3194 error message. I've tried everything that's been suggested in the forums here to fix this problem, including even uninstalling my antivirus, not just disabling it. Nothing works. I've tried resolving it through Apple Care, to no avail. Can someone please help me resolve this? This is a stock phone, it has not been jailbroken or customized. If you've resolved this yourself successfully, please let me know what you did to fix things. I'm stuck!

I continue to get error 306 when trying to access the iTunes store. I have tried the numerous things listed by Apple to no avail. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue..

My ipod not recognisable by itunes i have tried everything suggested by app
ok, here is how it started. i wanted album art in my ipod, so i searched the web got all the album art i could and put in each album stored in my itunes. everything was going smoothly when it came to one particular album and from tat time i m having this problem. when i connect the ipod the "do not disconnect message" is displayed and it never goes away and itunes isnt opening either. when i open itunes the ipod is not displayed. and i have to disconnect the ipod with the "do no disconnect" still on. will ther be any problem pls help.....
