TS3276 i received a housing application in my gmail acct. and am able to view and download it but am unable to fill it out, unable to get a cursor to begin typing and fill it out

i recieved a housing application as an email, i am able to view and download the document but am unable to fill it out

If you can't fill it in in Preview, try downloading Adobe Reader and fill it in that way.
Also, it may not be electronically fillable. You may have to print it and fill it out by hand.
