An iOS fluke or mail app glitch maybe. Not sure anyone will know why you get it. Do you're ever close the mail app? Try closing it and reset the iPad and see if the message goes away.
Assuming that you are running iOS 7, in order to close apps, you drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the Mail app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Yes, ideally you should use the same AppleID for all your devices.

Delete your account in 1. "Settings > iCloud" + 2. "Settings > Messages > Send & Receive" + 3. "Settings > FaceTime", but still let them using your account for iTunes and app purchases in "Settings > iTunes & App Stores". Each email address can only be on one iTunes account, and all purchases are tied to the account that buys them. If you want to have separate iTunes accounts on each then you will need separate email accounts for each iTunes account

Thanks - that helped. But when I tried to sync all my photo folders to the I pad 2, I tunes would add some but not all of the ones that were marked to sync, end the sync, then the I pad 2 would hang with the wheel turning, saying it was still syncing photos, and it would not end and the remaining folders of photos never appeared. I finally had to sync and re-sync over and over by adding one folder of photos at a time, then another and another.

If you had "Find My iPad" enabled then you may be able to locate it. If not, you cannot locate it. If it was enabled then you can try locating it via http://icloud.com on a computer or the App "Find My iPhone" on another iDevice. Note: this will only work if your device is connected to a network and the device hasn't already been restored as new and/or "Find My iPad" has not been disabled on it. Note: Disabling "Find My iPad" is much more difficult in iOS 7.
If you think that your device was stolen rather than lost then you should report it to the police. In either case you should contact your carrier, change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc.

How do you transfer documents to I Pad Mini

when I Pad Mini is connected to I tunes, I can see the documents I want to provcess when mobile with I Pad [shown in Apps//File Sharing/Notes] but they arent visible when I open PAGES on the I Pad.

You first need one or more apps on the iPad that support those document types - unlike a 'normal' computer the iPad doesn't have a file system, and everything on it has to be associated with an app.
The options include Apple's Pages app for Word documents and Numbers for Excel spreadsheets. And from third-parties apps such as Documents To Go ('premium' version) and QuickOffice Pro HD.
For PDFs there are free apps such as Apple's iBooks app and also Adobe Reader - and paid-for apps such as GoodReader (which also supports read-only of word and excel documents).
As to how you then get the file to your chosen app will depend upon what the app supports - different apps will have different ways of copying their content to/from a computer e.g. via the file sharing section at the bottom of the device's apps tab when connected to iTunes, via wifi, email, dropbox etc.

I-Pad Mini and Wi-Fi Connection-I-Pad Mini does not connect to the Wi-Fi while IPad and IPhone 5 works in the same location. Then when I go to another location the Ipad Mini works. How can I get Wi-Fi to work all the time like Ipad and Iphone 5?

I-Pad Mini and Wi-Fi Connection. At one location the I-Pad Mini will not connect to wi-fi, while I-Pad and I-Phone 5 works just fine.
Then at another location the I-Pad Mini works just fine. Are there any suggestions anyone can give me to get I-Pad Mini to work everywhere just like I-Pad and I-Phone 5?

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
    •    Launch Settings app
    •    Tap on Wi-Fi
    •    Tap on the blue arrow of the Wi-Fi network that you connect to from the list
    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

Unless you enabled Find My iPad on it before it was lost then there isn't any way to locate it. If you did enable it then you could try locating it either via http://icloud.com on a computer or Find My iPhone / Find My iPad on another device - but that will only work if it's connected to a network and the device hasn't already been wiped and/or Find My iPad disabled on it.
If you think that it was stolen then you should report it to the police. You should also change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc.

That's so you can text with your thumbs. If it does' tog back together automatically put your finger on the tiny typewriter and you should get a pop up to reconnect keyboard. Or more easily put a finger on each one and pop them together.
