I was asking my grandmother who works in apple tech support at at&t but she didnt know. so im hoping somebody will come by and say yes to my question because my iPod touch is still appearing in my iCloud.com account.
Yes. If it was signed out from iCloud, it will disappear from the Devices list in Find my iPhone.

my ipod was disabled due to forgetting my password and when i tried undisableing it by holding the power button down for 3 seconds and then combining it with the home button for 10 seconds and then just holding the home button for another 10 seconds, it now will not turn on.... help????
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

It syncs everytime, but the old email address is keeping me from making other purchases. My ipod touch was stolen on the a public bus on tuseday !! there was 3 people across from me and were looking at me while i had it i have them as name of suspects and on the bus there was cctv footage so i went to the police to look at it and they yet havent got back yet and so i went on to find my iphone and i used this before and it found my ipod when i last used it in december or early jan but when i tryed to use it this time it said offline .. so i contacted apple they said keep trying it soo i have but nothing changing and im getting more upset with out it everyday and i just got it x mas time.. if there is anyway else you can track it please please tell me !!!! i would much appriciate it xx

I just got this iPod today and my last iPod touch broke back in november, so I have no clue what the passcode could be. I tried resetting it to factory settings but an error window pops up and and says that it can not be synced even though it got to the part where it says "Connect to iTunes" but then it shuts down. I don't know what to do, I live no where near an apple store and I don't have the money to fix it. Plus it has a cracked screen if that tells you anything.

Apple will send you a new iPod if you send them money. Otherwise, no, they won't, any more than any other company would send you a free product to replace one that was lost or stolen.
Sorry about the theft. As B-Rock said, report it to the police and your school administration. If you had Find My iPod set up on the device (which would require a paid MobileMe subscription), you might be able to track the iPod and give that location information to the police.

I have had my ipod touch 4th generation for a couple months now.... Nowhere in the manuals or help sections does it tell me how to make individual pucture files(like that already on my computer) put onto my ipod touch.... I managed to make one and I can't remember how I did it but when I have the touch hooked up to itunes and try to pick which picture files from my computer to sync, a box always opens and says that it will delete everything in the original photo library that was in there.....
Can anyone help me there has to be away, I know someone has done it but they don't live here to show me!!!!

I do have a photo library on my computer, but in the photo tab in itunes for the ipod touch and there is nothing checked for syncing, cause when I do check it it always says its going to replace everything i have in my photo library on my ipod touch..... So how am i suppose to have it checked and have it NOT replace pictures on it????
Also I cannot make more photo albums into my ipod touch, it just replaces the one album every time....
I am very frustrated cause I have tried the manuals and the apple support help etc and nothing pertains to my exact issue.....

The way I did it was I got the free app sync:stream from the App Store and then added my ipod to my ps3's Bluetooth devices. Then went to audio settings and set output and input to 'Skaggs iPod' you then open the app and it will be listed under music as a media service. You then go to all tracks and click copy (press triangle) it will then begin to copy all of your songs onto your ps3 via Bluetooth. I haven't tried but I assume the same can be done with photos. As I've already mentioned, I can't connect to iTunes or the App Store, the same message appears every time: "Cannot connect to the iTunes Store". I downloaded a few apps before I connected my iPad Mini to my Computer. I started doing an update that was about 9 or 10 hours long, somewhere around that time, and I unplugged it about halfway through the update and since then I've not been able to get onto iTunes or the App Store. I checked to see if I could continue the update but when I looked on iTunes again, no updates appeared. On my iPod Touch 4th Generation, everything works absolutely fine and it is logged into the same Apple ID. I've tried resetting my Network Settings, logging into someone else's Apple ID, connecting to a different Wifi, changing the DNS settings to 8.8.8.8, rebooting my Computer and iPad and changing the HTTP Proxy to Auto. Is there anything else I could try or am I just overlooking something? I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out here, thanks!
Can you connect to a wifi source on the device? Enable wifi in settings on the device itself. If you don't have wifi at home, there may be a local hotspot you can use for this.
The reason this happens is carriers don't want people downloading huge files that would slow their network as well as eat up your data plan.
