Type 1 Not Working on XP 64

All other fonts work and all Type 1s work on other programs. What do I do to make it work? They worked on XP 32.

First you should note that no version of Adobe software is officially
supported in XP64. Vista 64 does have some quasi support in CS3 but
you've given us nothing at all, including what version of Photoshop
you're using.
That all out of the way, I've noticed some Type 1 fonts not displaying
in some Adobe apps using Vista 64. My fix was to use the TrueType
versions but you can try placing them in the private Adobe fonts folder.
Sorry, but I don't know where it is in XP.

  • Creating new logical ports for WSDL with several port types not working

    Hi all,
I am trying to integrate some BODS webservice into the BPM. I am using CE 7.2 Kernel Version:     7.20.3710. When I am trying to assign a provider system in the application configuration I get following error:
The provider system successfully found the needed service, but its wsdl is without webservice policy. Thus the generated client configuration might not work because of different configurations between service and client (most probable a difference in the security settings). Either assign a provider system with access to wsdl with policy or manually create the client configuration.
The regarding provider system is using a communication profil where the authentication method is set to "none". Normally this configuration should work, but it isn't.
So I started to create new logical ports for each port type. But then I get the error:
Port type name of loaded WSDL does not match the port type name of the Service Reference.
I checked already the port type names in the WSDL but they are 100% the same. What I found was that the configuration is always trying to use the first port type in the WSDL. So I am not able to configure the other port types in the service group.
I also tried to do the same thing using a WSDL with just one port type and surprise it is working...
I hope somebody can help me out
    Thanks in advance

  • Smartform : line type not working fine when used on Next page

    Hi ,
    Please help on below :
I have a smartform and have line type which is used in printing the items.
When I use this line type on very first page , it works fine.
But for the next page which is the exact copy of first page ,
the line type does not work fine with printing first line item on next page,
it refreshed the work area which i am printing. so on the next page very first element gets all the values 000
But on the next iteration it works fine and does not refresh work area.
Please see why is such abnormal behavior happening.

    Hi Ameya
there might be syntax error. Try to get what exaclty is an error using following code.
    CALL FUNCTION <smartform>
        EXCEPTIONS
        IF SY-SUBRC  0.
           CALL FUNCTION 'SSF_READ_ERRORS'

  • Exception handling with fault message type not working

    Hi,
I have a sync proxy to proxy scenario and I have created a fault MT and specified in the outbound and Inbound service interface...
*In Inbound proxy I have the following code--*......
    RAISE EXCEPTION TYPE z_cx_test_fault
    EXPORTING
    standard = l_standard_data.
In the sender side abap code which calls the outbound proxy I have the follwing code -
    CATCH cx_ai_system_fault INTO lo_cx_ai_system_fault.
    txt = lo_cx_ai_system_fault->get_text( ).
    WRITE txt.
    CATCH z_cx_test_fault INTO lo_cx_test_fault.
    txt = lo_cx_standard_message_fault->get_text( ).
    WRITE txt.
    CATCH cx_ai_application_fault INTO lo_cx_ai_application_fault.
    txt = lo_cx_ai_application_fault->get_text( ).
    WRITE txt.
when i test the inbound proxy separately I get the custom fault message properly...
however when i run the proxy to proxy sync scenario and the custom exceptionz_cx_test_fault  is raised inside the receiver proxy .......control goes to CATCH cx_ai_application_fault    and not CATCH  z_cx_test_fault .
I understand that cx_ai_application_fault is the super class of all the exception class but why does control go to its exception handling when a custom exception is raised...

    Hi
I tried changing the sequence also but it did not work...
I can see an appropriate response coming from the receiver in SXMB_MONI of PI...this response has the "fault response "
"fault detail" data that I want.....however when the control goes to the sender why does it go to CATCH CX_AI_APPLICATION_FAULT and not not my CATCH z_cx_test_fault .
My observation - If I change the scenario to SOAP to Proxy sync..then the sender SOAP client gets the appropriate custom fault message back.

  • U0093Addn to stocku0094 for putaway strategy u0093 u0093  in storage type not working

    Hi
It seems that the flag “Addn to stock” for putaway strategy “ “  in the storage type 103 configuration is not working fine as the quantities of the same material with the same batch sent to the same stype 103, and destination bin are not being added. So by running stock report in WM we see several lines with partial quantities instead of only one line with the total quantity in place. Do anybody know how can that be solved? Or what can be the route cause of the issue? Is there any OSS known applicable to fix the problem?
    Thx for your help

    Hi Alba,
Please check the WM views in MM.
    I've checked:

  • Import - sort by "media type" not working?

When importing media from my iphone I'd like to ONLY import jpgs, not the mov files. In searching, the sort option in the import dialog on "media type" should work so I can easily just select new jpg files, however this does nothing for me. Is this supposed to work? I'm running OSX 10.7.2 and LR 3.6.
Any ideas? Does this sort function work for anyone?
    Thanks!

Ok.  Never mind what I said about selecting the sort order before selecting the folder.
I just checked again on my computer and (LR3) was able to sort by media type, by date, by name etc. from a folder on my desktop drives.
It even worked when importing from a media card.  This is weird.
Although everything seems to work for me now however I do remember having encountered the same issue before.
There might be a bug.  It would be nice to have someone from Adobe or LR to explain the limitations if any of this sort function.
    Good Luck Marty.

  • .htaccess and MIME types not working in 3.1

anyone else noticed that when using a .htaccess file to determine certain mime types safari 3 ignores the .htaccess file and handles the file the way the OS would normally?
i'm hosting a bunch of 1080p .mov's and I'd prefer if they would just download when clicked on instead of trying to open in a window where they go out of frame.
i've currently got the addtype set to octetstream, and on safari 2 and firefox they both automatically start to download, but safari 3 tries to open the movie in the browser window.

I think that it is interesting to note that as I peruse the various threads dealing with 3.1 update problems the majority of complaints seem to be coming from iPhone/Mac combos; based, at least, on the posters signiture.
For my part, 64bit vista win machine and 3Gs, the update could not have been soother and the phone works better then it did; no app problems, better wi-fi conectivity, faster loading of apps and files.
I have had, though, considerable problems with Outlook sync, contacts sync and MM sync (enough so that I turned off MM except for iDisk); but most of these are known issues so just need to with it out.
Seems like Apple could have workedd this stuff out before hand, though.

  • INSERT Loading Type not working correctly?

    Hi,
I'm using ver. 9.2.0.2.8 for the owb client, and ver. 9.2.0.2 for the repository. I'm currently encountering this problem when using the INSERT loading type for loading data into one of my staging tables. It's a simple simple mapping really:
I have a source table (A) that maps to a filter operator, which is then mapped to a staging table(B).
The problem is, when I run the mapping to INSERT data from A into an already populated B, not all the desired records are inserted. Weird thing is, when I run the code from generating the intermediate result in TOAD or whatever, I get the desired results. So that kinda rules out any doubts on the select statement generated by OWB.
Out of 23 records I get like 6.. just 6 of the 23 records I was hoping to be inserted into B.
And yes, none of the remaining 17 records are present in A, so INSERT should (ideally) work fine and carry out inserting all the 23 records.
    Any ideas? ..

  • Pricing condition type not working

    Hi all,
A pricing condition type is present which is supposed to make the netvalue to zero after the order reason is changed to rejection using va02. But even after the order reason is changed to rejection and we tried to genrate new pricing document, the netvalue is not becoming zero. How can I debug this? The condition type is not determined by using condition records.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Smith
This should be working in the following ways.
    1) Order Reason/Rejection Reason being a field in the Key combination with 100% Discount triggering Zero Net Value
if this the case, then you should check in Condition Analysis wheather the value has conrrectly flown in the condition table , if not why it has not flown in to the condition table (It could be missing value in the condition record or a prblem in the field catalogue user exit-  you need to take Developer's help as suggested by others)
    2)  Using a Requirement and changing the Net Value Zero without any condition table field.
If so, put a break point in the requirement and check why this has not been successful in this scenario.
I hope the replies would help you to some extent in solviing the issue.
    Thanks

  • Canon G9 Scene Capture Type not working in Preview/Aperture

    Hi,
I have a Canon G9, and have been using the SCN program on the program dialer on the top of the cam, letting me encode metadata about the content on the fly.
When I upload pictures taken with the SCN program on the G9 using ImageCapture, I get the word "Standard" on all my images when looking at the EXIF:Scene Capture Type field using Preview (Leopard).
The same field reads "0" (Zero) when looking at the same info using the latest version of Aperture.
I would love this to work. Are any of you using this with success?
    Best regards,
    Kjell Are Refsvik

    Kjell,
I'm not EXIF expert, but I know that file and information formats (like EXIF) generally do not use text strings for predefined lists of values, like the ones we are talking about.
The text string takes up more space, and is considerable harder to compare. For instance, it is easy to program your computer to ask if the number "2" is equal to the number "2". Additionally, a computer programmer also knows that, if the "2" is supposed to take up 1 byte, that the next number you need to look at is 1 byte after the "2".
However, if you are using text strings, comparing "landscape" to "Landscape" and getting true takes a lot more time and smarts. And you also cannot easily find the next text string following "landscape" since you don't know how long it is until you read the whole word. If not for the standard, every camera manufacturer would insist that its wording and standard was the right one (Imagine "land scape" versus "landscape"!!) and we would never know what was going on.
That being said, yes, there are ways to use text strings instead of numbers, but that's just not the way the EXIF standard works. In general, we don't worry about it since all programs (except our beloved) decode the EXIF numbers and show us plain words. You can see that in iPhoto, Image Capture, [exiftool|http://www.sno.phy.queensu.ca/~phil/exiftool>, and just about any other program that will look at your pictures.
Granted, some cameras have modes that are not in the EXIF lists. They have to use the number code for "unknown" or "other", and then use a proprietary extension to EXIF (or some other meta data format) to store that information. Then, of course, when you look at the picture outside the camera, you need software to decode THAT proprietary information.
Okay, after all that, I really, really hope that the next version of Aperture decodes those stupid numbers! A first semester computer science student can decode it, I'm not sure why the Aperture software team neglected to decode them.

  • BlazeDS "Configure return type" not working with Hibernate lazy fetching

I am using the new BlazeDS 4 with Flash Builder 4.
    Backend configuration: Spring 3.0 + Spring-BlazeDS 1.0.3 + Hibernate 3.5
I have successfully configured my Spring-BlazeDS project based on this excellent video tutorial by James Ward.
    The problem:
While trying to use the "Configure return type" option for one of my service calls, or the "Test operation" option, I get the following exception thrown:
InvocationTargetException:There was an error while  invoking the operation. Check your server settings and try invoking the  operation again.
Reason: Server error failed to lazily initialize a  collection of role:  com.xyz.product.domain.MyEntityClass.myLazyCollection, no  session or session was closed null
I am well aware of lazy loading issues and configured Gilead to handle this, hopefully with success although I cannot indicate this for sure yet.
However - in this case, i'm not certain it's even related to Gilead, because this is happening on server side and not on client as far as I understand so Gilead isn't playing its role in removing the proxy associations. BlazeDS however is trying to fully inspect whatever object graph it gets, and appearantly does that outside of a persistence session scope, hence the LazyInitializationException.
Is this a BlazeDS bug? Can BlazeDS do the objects inspection within a provided open persistence context session to avoid this?
    See also stacktrace from server:

notice that this doesn't bother me because if i use the glibc from the repositories everything works fine, this is just for curiosity of why it doesn't work
    thanks in advance
You have stripped glibc too much.  See the Arch PKGBUILD and make sure your makepkg.conf has STRIP_BINARY etc defined.

  • Custom Process Types not working in SAP BPC 10.0

    Hi Experts,
We have migrated from SAP BPC 7.5 NW to SAP BPC 10.0 NW.
We have three Custom Process Types created in BPC 7.5NW using the super class CL_UJD_SIMPLE_ACTOR as super class.
It has been made Obsolete and Final class in BPC 10.0NW and the Custom Process types are not running as expected.
Can you please suggest if there is any alternative for using the existing custom process types? Or do we have any alternative for creating custom process types?
*Note: We have tried replacing the superclass with CL_UJD_ACTOR instead of CL_UJD_SIMPLE_ACTOR but of no use.
    Regards,
    Balraj.

    Hi Inl,
The statement looks fine, just confirm:
Your CATEGORY dimension is named CATEGORY? Is it really has property COMPARISOIN?
Can you show the screenshot of UJKT run of script?
What is your core BPC SP?

  • Exchange Rate Type not working during plan assessment in T Code KSUB

    Hello Experts
We had different exchange rate types created for different plan versions. We had Exchange Rate Type Z1 for Plan Version 01.
We had maintained the same in Planning settings for the fiscal year 2011.
We had created a new plan assessment cycle with version 1.
Now when we execute assessment cycle it is not using the exchange rate from 01/01/2011. Instead it is selecting the rate from 01/01/2010.
Is there something wrong when we copied fiscal year 2011 from 2010 for version 01.
Request your inputs and help on this.
    Thanks
    Satya Alapati

    Hi Ajay
    Thanks for the information.
We had not maintained the value date for any of our versions since we keep changing the rates for every period and wish to have the system pick the latest rate for the period.
It has been the case in earlier years also.
    Thanks
    Satya

  • Idoc Control record - Change to msg type not working

    Hi,
We have a field in the control record that we are trying to update but it will not take.  The FM is IDOC_OUTPUT_TPSDLS.  Inside this FM is a call to function customer-function '020'.  double click on the '020' and you go to the user exit EXIT_SAPLV56I_020.
I created the include ZXV56U30.  It has one line of code - idoc_control-mescod = 'GLT'.  We are trying to populate this field with 'GLT'.  I activated the include and the user exit and the customer-function and finally the FM IDOC_OUTPUT_TPSDLS.  The user tested and said while we are getting our custom segments populated we are not getting this idoc_control-mescod = 'GLT' to work.
What am I missing here?  Do I need to do a commit after the field is populated?  Is there some config that needs to be in place or what?
Any help would be apprciated since we need this by the EOD for go-live.
Thanks - many points awarded if someone can figure this out!

    Hi,
Check if the user exit enhancment is added to a project in CMOD and make sure the project is activated.

  • Create type not working

I'm following the 8.1.6 documentation to create type, but it always returns me the error.
    My references are from :
    http://technet.oracle.com/docs/products/oracle8i/doc_library/817_doc/appdev.817/a76976/adobjmng.htm
    The script is:
    CREATE TYPE location (
    building_no NUMBER,
    city VARCHAR2(40) );
    The error is:
1/15 PLS-00103: Encountered the symbol "(" when expecting one of the following:
; is authid as compress compiled wrapped
4/0 PLS-00103: Encountered the symbol "end-of-file" when expecting one of the following:
    pragma
May I know that how can I work around it?
I had tried earlier another syntex successfully:
    create type typeName as object(definition....).
May I also know what's the difference between these 2 commands?
    Thanks in advance
    Minny

I think there's a mistake in the documentation. I may be wrong but I think it should always be CREATE TYPE x AS OBJECT (...)

  • Customized transaction type not working

In Change Request Management, we have copied a transaction type from "Normal Correction" and tried to customize it.  We have also copied a new action profile for this new transaction type.  And copied exactly the same action conditions.  However, when I trigger action "Set to 'In Development' " and save the change.  Status of the message does not change to "In Development" as "Normal Correction" did.
Is there any setting missing that I should do?

    Hi Martin,
have you followed the instruction in the IMG, when copying the transaction type?
IMG: SPRO -> Configuration -> Scenario-Specific Settings -> Change Request Management -> Important Information
See copy of the IMG activity below:
    IMG ###########################
    <i>Important Information</i>
Before you start to configure Change Request Management, make sure that you have performed all the Solution Manager IMG activities under the following nodes:
    Solution Manager -> Basic Settings
Solution Manager -> Scenario-Specific Settings -> General Settings
When you copy the standard Change Request Customizing into customer namespace, you should just change the first character to Y or Z e.g. SDCR -> YDCR or ZDCR but not Z1CR, if you change more characters you should be aware that modifications will be necessary and it is not standard SAP. This restriction is required for all CRM related objects like catalog, transaction type, status schema ...
