Unable to see Accrued amt in Sales summary of Rebate

Hi.
I have created  Customer Rebate "BO03" for customer.
i have also created OR->Del-> Inv  for that customer.
but still i am unable to see same  invoice in Sales Summsry of Rebate.

Hi Amol,
Releasing the billing document is important.
Go to VF02 --> Enter your billing document --> (On the same screen) Click at "Green flag" --> system will show you the error
Please paste that error in Forum.
Regarding Rebate condition is not appearing in invoice.
Go customer master --> Payer (XD02) --> In sales area data > On billing document tab page> check Rebate check box has been checked or not
Go to SPRO --> Enterprise Structure --> Definition --> Sales and Distribution --> Define, copy, delete, check sales organization --> Define Sales Organization --> Select your sales org --> click at details --> Check the check box of "Rebate proc. active"
Go to VOFA --> Select your billing type --> click at details --> Check the check box of "Rel. for rebate"
Please check, if any check box was missing then please start the process cycle again.

    this is no adobe specific error, it's from your application. You've some entries in your customizing so that specific texts are expected by the form.
    go to the context, search your text there and check wheter the checkbox "no error when text is missing" is activated or not...
    if the textbox is not activated but the text is missing --> thats the behaviour you have

  • Unable to see the application in BPM Workspace for Sales Quote tutorial

    I have created the Sales Quote tutorial steps and deployed the process. The Enter Quote Details user task is in the "SalesRep" role and I have assigned a user from WebLogic user store to "SalesRep" role in the BPM Organization artifact.
    In order to kick off the process, I logged-in to BPM workspace with the user I have assigned as "SalesRep" role but don't find the Sales Quote application under the "Applications" tab.
    I am using 11g PS4(11.1.1.5) and didn't seed the demo users, instead just created the user using WLS console.
    Any thoughts why the user is unable to see the application in BPM Workspace?

    Check two things:
    1. Login to Workspace as weblogic and click the Administration link at the top to verify the role is actually set to a user (just to double check this).
    2. Login to EM, click the SalesQuote composite, scroll down and click the EnterQuote human task component, and click the Administration tab.
    This shows you if there is a task form URI associated with this human task. If not, the initiate link won't show up in the Applications menu in Workspace.
    If not, you can either deploy again from JDeveloper, making sure you have selected the task forms in the deploy wizard and making sure the deployment is successful in the Deployments log window.

    Hi,
    Go to NACE transaction , from there choose the V1 application,now click on Output types. now see the Output types for print related.
    Now use them for your preview.
    you need to provide Output type  to view the preview
    May be you are missing some configuration(in your case Order type may be Z* so it requires Some Config ).

    Check whether the release rule you are running has the option Auto Allocate (Inventory Tab) is YES.
    If it has NO then you have to run the Move Order Pick slip program with auto allocate move orders as YES and order types as pick wave for material allocation to happen.
    once material is allocated you should be able to view them in WCB atleast.
    After you find them in WCB but not on telnet then check you resource and device setup.

    Dear Experts,
    I established middleware connectivity between CRM 2007(001) and  ECC 6.0(200)  Production Clients,
    i maintained following settings
    Used transaction code BUSD
    and select the respective role and click on BP Role -> Subheader ID
    Checked the entry 'CRM001 CRM: Sales Area Data'  and even i checked the consistency is ok and  active in org model.
    But still I am unable to see sales area tab in the BP master In the CRM production client (001) .
    Plz sugest what else i have to do to rectify this problem.

    We all ready  done buffering.
    We have  executed report HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE, 
    and the scenario SALE is flagged as buffered in customizing table T77OMATTSC.
    But still we are not able see the sales area tab in bp master.
    Note : one thing we noticed when we selected the r3 reference customers when copied sales area into crm bp by using the tcode crmc_bupa_consum  we are able to see the sales area tab.
    But when we trying to create new bp by using role Sold to party we are not able to see Sales area tab in bp master.

  • Mobile Sales- The manger is unable to see activities in the calender view

    Hi,
    I have a Manager when he clicks on the calender option he is unable to see all the activities scheduled for a particular employee in his calender viwe whereas if i check that particular employee's calender he has all the details of the activities.
    Why is the manager  unable to see all the activites in his view.
    I have chekced for the Activities (by employee)subscription for teh Manager's site, that exists.
    If anyone has an idea please reply ASAP. Thank you.

    Hi,
    the calendar functionality is not based on subscriptions but on the assigned employees for an activity.
    In other words a team hierarchy based (only) on subscriptions is not reflected in MSA.
    Therefore activities are only displayed in the calendar TS if the current user is assigned as responsible.
    If you really want to see all activities of all employees in the manager's calendar then these employees need to maintain this manager as (additional) responsible person for their activities.

    Hi,
    Kindly let me know how do i see the sale summary for a particular SP (Sold to party) while in VA01/VA03.
    The issue is this function is available in Testing system but not in Production system.
    In testing system Sales summary for a SP function can be seen through a direct tab available at the top OR a shortcut of Shift + F7 ! But this is not available in Production system.

    Follow these instructions step by step to prepare a Mac for sale:
    Step One - Back up your data:
           A. If you have any Virtual PCs shut them down. They cannot be in their "fast saved" state. They must be shut down from inside Windows.
           B. Clone to an external drive using using Carbon Copy Cloner.
              1. Open Carbon Copy Cloner.
              2. Select the Source volume from the Select a source drop down menu on the left side.
              3. Select the Destination volume from the Select a destination drop down menu on the right
                  side.
              4. Click on the Clone button. If you are prompted about creating a clone of the Recovery HD be
                  sure to opt for that.
                   Destination means a freshly erased external backup drive. Source means the internal
                   startup drive.
    Step Two - Prepare the machine for the new buyer:
              1. De-authorize the computer in iTunes! De-authorize both iTunes and Audible accounts.
              2, Remove any Open Firmware passwords or Firmware passwords.
              3. Turn the brightness full up and volume nearly so.
              4. Turn off File Vault, if enabled.
              5. Disable iCloud, if enabled: See.What to do with iCloud before selling your computer
    Step Three - Install a fresh OS:
         A. Snow Leopard and earlier versions of OS X
              1. Insert the original OS X install CD/DVD that came with your computer.
              2. Restart the computer while holding down the C key to boot from the CD/DVD.
              3. Select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu; repartition and reformat the internal hard drive.
                  Optionally, click on the Security button and set the Zero Data option to one-pass.
              4. Install OS X.
              5. Upon completion DO NOT restart the computer.
              6. Shutdown the computer.
         B. Lion and Mountain Lion (if pre-installed on the computer at purchase*)
             Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because
                       it is three times faster than wireless.
              1. Restart the computer while holding down the COMMAND and R keys until the Mac OS X
                  Utilities window appears.
              2. Select Disk Utility from the Mac OS X Utilities window and click on the Continue button.
              3. After DU loads select your startup volume (usually Macintosh HD) from the left side list. Click
                  on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
              4. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Optionally, click on the Security button
                  and set the Zero Data option to one-pass.
              5. Click on the Erase button and wait until the process has completed.
              6. Quit DU and return to the Mac OS X Utilities window.
              7. Select Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion and click on the Install button.
              8. Upon completion shutdown the computer.
    *If your computer came with Lion or Mountain Lion pre-installed then you are entitled to transfer your license once. If you purchased Lion or Mountain Lion from the App Store then you cannot transfer your license to another party. In the case of the latter you should install the original version of OS X that came with your computer. You need to repartition the hard drive as well as reformat it; this will assure that the Recovery HD partition is removed. See Step Three above. You may verify these requirements by reviewing your OS X Software License.

    We are trying to view aggregated sales history data in APO SPP via transaction /SAPAPO/SPPMDH
    We have loaded sales order data from flat file into DSO 9ARAWDAT & infocube 9ADEMAND. We can see the data in the cubes & also via the standard queries attached to 9ADEMAND cube.
    Also we are able to adjust sales order item level data via transaction /SAPAPO/SPPMRD: Adjust Raw Data .
    However we are unable to see any data when we try to adjust aggregated demand history via transaction /SAPAPO/SPPMDH.
    The replenishment indicator is stocked & the forecast periodicity is maintained as well.
    Could you please let us know if anything is missing? Thanks in advance

    Check this stuff (from help.sap.com) we had a quite similar issue, until we've fixed it:
    For the demand categories we defined to be in your system, you have transferred the DataSources 9ADEM_CAT and 9ADEM_CAT_TXT as well as InfoSources 9ADEM_CAT and 9ADEM_CAT_TXT to the Business intelligence system (BI system) in SAP SCM and activated them. You have transferred the following InfoPackages for these InfoSources:
    ●      Load Master Data from APO
    ●      Load Texts for Demand Categories from APO
    Note
    Each time you change the relevant for forecast indicator of a demand category, you have to reactivate the master data of characteristic 9ADEM_CAT.

    I using CRM IC Winclient to create R/3 sales orders using action boxs, and also using CFS (Fact sheet) R/3 Sales Summary to view client's credit info, bills, and more important, sales order history.
    My question is how do I navegate from this CFS Sales Summary to any R/3 sales order shown in the sheet? Is this a bug?
    I do can navegate from CFS Sales Summary to any R/3 Sales Order but not from CRM CFS.

    I really thank you for that answer because it helped me to refine my search and also to solve some other problems I had with the BDD.
    But, in order to solve this issue, how exactly sould I configure the context menu?
    1) I went to the context menu IMG configuration task.
    2) I created a Group (Logical system: My R3 logical sistem, Object Type: BUS2032)
    3) I created a transaction: (with BOR Method, Object Type: BUS2032, Method: DISPLAY)<i>Just like I did in the action Box</i>
    4) Data Flow: Main Object: &<CONTEXTOBJ>.SALESDOCUMENT&
    I'm still not able to see the sales orders from the CFS sales summary.
    What I think is, from CFS action box (that is configured as a Workspace: ACTIVITY_SALES_SUMM) I should pass data flow to the BDD from it (Sales Orders shown in the CFS). And, when the CFS is opened I should be able to see those Sales document numbers in the BDD to be able to open them from it. Am I right?
    I also tried adding the context menu for the CFS but I couldn't find the object type releted to it, because I configured the CFS action box as a Workspace and not as a BOR method.
    If you can give me your thouths about this would be great.

  • User unable to see the dashboard

    We have built different dashboards (orders, sales, expenses etc). and we have give access to users whcih are under fin group.
    one user able to see orders and sales and not expenses.
    Later i tried giving "user name" along with group access to "Expenses" dashboard. Still, he is unable to see the dashboard.
    Please let me know your thoughts on this and how to resolve this.

  • VC01N Sales SUmmary form

    I am trying to bespoke this particular form.  IN the config it points towards the SAP scrript YS_SALES-SUMMARY but the changes I have made to the fomr do not output, its always just outputs what was there already?  Has anyone bespoked this functionality before?

    I've looked at this further and I don't really see the point of the SAP script.  The print program appears to hard code write statements and XML statments to produce a fixed output - so its like the SAP script is some kind of template.  Havs anyone actually manged to configure the sales summary in VC01n before? If so how?

    Even i have the base license for my ASA 5510 which is showing all the 4 interfaces in sh ver. I don't think so license would be an issue. There should be some IOS code bug that needs to be upgraded. If this goes for an OS upgrade it should get resolved.
    Its not showing up in sh ver . As Karsten said he might be running on old IOS version.
