Understanding rotation3d
Ive been teaching myself transforms in css and I'm slowly getting the hang of it.
Im trying to understand the rotation3d . Its unclear what the syntax means/what it is doing.
Rotate 3d (x y z angle)
I'm not understanding the number values you put in x y z and how it effects the angle? I thought it might be directional (clockwise/counter-clockwise).

yesterday (at least i think it was yesterday) I posted a question in this forum, I needed help with writing a multithreaded server. The answer was simple and I wrote my program. It kinda works, but there is one thing I don't understand:
I have a class, which handles the clientconnections and one that listens for incoming conections. I pass the socket returned by ServerSocket.accept() to the clientconnection object.
There is only ONE clientconnection-object. The listener just passes the socket and calls the start() method of the clientconnection object.
The clientconnection just writes some text to the client. Connecting more than one client at the same time works too. Everything works fine. And that's what I don't get. If I have only O N E clientconnection the texttransfer shouldn't work after i connect the second client, right?
But it does, is there a mistake in my logic or am I losing my sanity? :)Hi again Danbas,

Every time you perform "new", you create a new object. And you are calling new every time you accept a new socket connection. So you are creating a new clientconn object each time. -

On September 4th this year my Partner, Anastasia and I went to your Champaign, IL Store on Prospect Ave and we specifically asked for a Color Laser Printer that had Duplex facility, we were sold an HP Laser Jet Pro 200, which does not have Duplex but was Color.
This is after the sales assistant tried to sell us a big clunky all in one printer that was Ink Jet, not Laser Jet!
We phoned up the store this last weekend as we had been out of the country for nearly three months, and returned to set up our home office, only to find what we had been sold couldn't do what was requested of it. The Manager Brian said to bring it back and they would replace it for something more in line with what we requested.
I went back to the Store this past Monday Dec. 9th and took the printer to customer services, which took nearly 45 minutes to sort out what I wanted, The girl refused several times to contact Brian, the manager to verify that I was allowed to do what I had asked to do, return the printer and exchange it for one that was Color, Laser and Duplex! Not very good customer service I'm afraid!!
I was Sold a Brother HL-6180DW Printer, telling me yes it was Duplex/Color and had a large paper tray (Not something I'd requested) and printed quickly (Again not a specific request), and it was not available in store so could not be demonstrated! She set up a shipping order for it, it arrived yesterday, very quick delivery!
BUT WE HAVE A MAJOR PROBLEM HERE!
The Printer is Duplex, a Specific Request, BUT IS NOT COLOR!!
I am contacting YOU, Customer Support as I can no longer deal with your store. It took me a Cab ride and $20 to get the printer there last time, I will not return this one the same way!

Not to mention, if you didn't receive the card the store credit was applied to back, you wouldn't have access to the funds returned to it once you returned the Brother printer.

Understanding the way to connect a MDD to BlackMagic Decklink Extreme card

I recently bought myself a Blackmagic DeckLink Extreme™ with 10bit SDI/analog video and audio capture card.
Looking at the specs, http://www.blackmagic-design.com/products/sd/specs/, can someone give me directions as to the best setup I can do from the following sources and what other equipment I may require to achieve it.
- mono stereo audio VHS -> has 1 video/audio in and 1 video/audio out (composite connections)
- stereo audio video camera -> has 1 8 pin S-Video out port to composite connections (Hi8 tape type)
- DVD player -> has composite 2 x 2ch stereo audio out, 1 x 5.1ch stereo audio out, 2 x video out, 1x component video out, 2 x S-video out, 2 x digital audio out; 1 x RCA/OPT
- 2 x 23" monitors connected by ADC and DVI connections to a Apple MDD G4, may relay to 60" Plasma for video monitoring from video card prior to creating DVD final piece for playback.

I can;t understand the apple terminology - what is a keychain and how is it different to password? When I set a new password it keeps asking me for the login keychain. None of my passwords work for it and I don't know when it would have been created.
A "keychain" is a secure database in which passwords are stored in an encrypted format to prevent unauthorized discovery of your passwords. Think of it like a bank safe deposit box in which you can safely store your passwords.
If you have a problem with your keychain then perhaps you have not changed the passwords correctly or need to repair your keychain. You might try:

My HP Touchsmart died the other day. My husband works on computers as a hobby and was able to get me up and running on a Dell laptop in no time. I have an iPhone 4s and had all my apps on itunes on my HP. I understand that you can only have your iPhone apps synced to one computer at a time, but what do you do when the computer containing all your info is in unusable condition? I have tried deauthorizing all the computers associated with my account, that did not work. I had this problem once before and finally ( after much blood sweat and tears ) was able to deauthorize the old computer, but it was in working order. Two of the computers that are listed under the iTunes Wi-Fi Sync setting are no longer in use, the HP had my apps synced to it and the other had everything else except my photos, which are on a third computer that is still in use. Please forgive for information overload but am trying to give all the info that I think could be relevant. Your help would be appreciated so much!

Help! I don't understand the frame mechanics.
Hi, I've been trying to figure out how frames work in Flash. I'm new to ActionScript, so I don't know the inner workings of the language. I tried checking the API but no Frame class is listed. The closest thing was FrameLabel and that wasn't helpful. I need to know a few things:
1) How can I tell what frame I am in? If there is a class method for this, what is the exact name?
2) How does a frame advance? I have some code with no timer, only event listeners/handlers, and I've got a hacked animation working without playing clips on the time line. The displayed pictures change whenever I press a directional button to move the character. This is not really what I want to do however, because I'm switching the visibility of many different symbols and updating their position according to the original player symbol. Very inefficient. And does that mean that the frame only advances when a button is pressed? Am I even advancing the frame at all? I don't know any frame advance method.
3) How do frames work on the time line? I have all of my symbols on a single frame. I made their visibility false in my constructor because I don't want some things to show when I first load up the .swf file. When I created a second frame, everything went crazy and things began to show up. This suggests that the visibility = false was only done in the first frame? What caused the frame to change? I don't really get it.
Ideally I want to achieve a dynamically modifiable animation because the game actions are not going to be linear. The player character will be responding to controls (which will change the animation) and the AI will be responding to the player (which will also change the animation). I don't think I can do this without understanding frames, so please help me. I'm very confused! Even pointing me in the right direction as to where I can read about frame details would be cool. I've tried Adobe tutorials, support, and documentation but it was not sufficient. Is there any place where there is a very in depth explanation about frames, or would someone be so kind as to tutor me about them?
Thanks in advance.You can find out the current frame by using the currentFrame property. There are a number of ways to change frames, where the most common would be prevFrame(), nextFrame(), play(), gotoAndPlay(), and gotoAndStop(). There are plenty of ways to make use of frames in a Flash file, from having linear animations along the timeline, to have each frame being a distinct zone of operation that contains elements having their own timelines.
One thing you may need to get a handle on are the different types of frames. There are plain frames and there are keyframes. Plain frames genrally involve a continuation of preceding frames, while keyframes mark an area of change. In your example of things going crazy when you added a second frame, I am guessing you implanted a new keyframe because had you inserted a plain frame the status of your content from frane 1 would not have been impacted.
I don't know of any resources for you to follow up with for learning more about frames--I came to learn them thru trial and error. Someone else may come along with some suggestions for reference materials. -

Btw. PO_LINES_ALL, could still be a VIEW given your overview of the situation.
Anyway a filter "NULL IS NOT NULL" is indicative that the optimizer performed something called semantic query optimization (SQO).
SQO is the process of deducing new predicates based upon a) existing predicates in your query (which there is none), b) added predicates to your query (eg. by a VPD policy function), and c) declared constraints on the tables invovled in your query.
A typical example of when a "NOT is NOT NULL" predicate will show up is when for instance in the EMP table there is a declared constraint on EMPNO like this:
check(EMPNO > 0)And your query would hold a predicate that is inconsistent with the constraint, for instance like this:
select *
from EMP
where EMPNO <= 0Oracle will deduce that EMPNO cannot be both greater than zero (constraint) as well as smaller than or equal to zero (your query predicate), and will transform the query into:

from EMP
where EMPNO <= 0
and NULL is NOT NULLThus preventing accessing the EMP table all together, and immediately returning this query with no data found.

E-Rows = NULL and A-Rows=42M? Need help in understanding why.

Oracle Standard Edition 11.2.0.3.0 CPU Oct 2012 running on Windows 2008 R2 x64. I am using Oracle 10g syntax for WITH clause as the query will also run on Oracle 10gR2. I do not have a Oracle 10gR2 environment at hand to comment if this behaves the same.
Following query is beyond me. It takes around 2 minutes to return the "computed" result set of 66 rows.

I can't don't understand code in netbean and it's about Jframe.
i use netbean to design 2 jframe with some buttons on both frame.
frame1 is login form, frame2 is mainform. i want to show loginform then click the button1 to show 2nd jframe.
then i click exit on 2nd jframe and it come back to loginform(frame1).
i do alot of search on the google and here. i know the basic to show a jframe using
setVisible or .show() .hide(), etc..
the problem is what is my jframe variable name in netbean?
i know i can create an jframe object
such as: JFrame frame1 = new JFrame(); etc.. (it's ok if the syntax is wrong for now).
When i use netbean, i drag the Gui components to the Jframe. The jframe is generated by netbean automatically.
When the main program runs, it calls main() method, follow by :

and is new LoginForm() create an object from LoginForm class.

my question is when you create object, you usually declare variable and use variable to hold reference to the object.
that's why i don't understand how it works here.
it only create news object, bu no variable to holding it. how do i control this Jframe to show and hide without a reference variable????????????

i tried hand-written code, and it looks just fine when design few buttons, labels and textfields.
The adjustment of buttons(labels) are not that good on the frame.
However, when you use IDE, you can drag the button on any spot you like in the jframe.... and in the process not learn how Swing works, and lose flexibility and power. Sorry to sound conceited, but I'll match any of your netbeans-created GUI's with one of my own, and mine will likely be better -- and I'm not all that good at this just yet.

1. Can you clarify what this sentence really mean? Any examples?
2. Why is it that in some cases when you modify master data, you dont have to write a routine to populate it with data but in some cases you do?
e.g. in the quote it says, if the attribute is not getting populated, why will it in some cases and others not?
3. Please explain in particular ..to get it populated dynamically we can write look up code in routine..

I would understand the sentence you stated as related to load of TRANSACTION DATA (not populating the MASTER DATA) -- and aTripple k example (a good one) shows me that s/he treat it similarly.
When you are retreiving a lot of data from the transaction system (R/3) you may really not getting values of some infoobjects. However, if the infoobject is an attribute of another infoobject which value we have in incoming data, we may get the value of the attribute from master data of main (basic) infoobject. For this you either may use the mentioned functional module (must be accessable through SE37 t-code) or write a lookup routine.
