Unhandled exception detected during a "Render" operation

Hi,
 I am working on Adobe forms where in am using Enumerated dropdownds. I do not know the reason why I am getting this render exception error all of a sudden.
This was the same application that was working last week.
I have tried several ways by creating a new form, changing the template but could not figure out the problem since 3 days. Pl help.
Configuration:
WDS 7.0.1 and NWSP12
Adobe Live Cycle Designer 7.1
Adobe Reader 8.1.1

Can you please provide more information regarding what SP are you on, Designer version etc.
Also check solutions in below threads with similar errors and see if helps you.

I am trying to open a Interactive PDF form through browser window.
I am running a SAP ABAP+Java ERP ECC 6.0 system and i have installed ADS service. All four tests, FP_TEST_00, FP_PDF_TEST_00, FP_TEST_IA_00 and FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE run okay and when i try to open the form through transaction SFP it opens okay and i get the form.
But when i go directly to the URL i get the following error:

Just so you know, i am running a stand-alone JAVA instance for the ADS service because it doesn't run on ppc64 and i have connected my server to this stand-alone server.

However, I'm not quite sure why you said the resolution is for a "bug". I read the article per your link:

The article is showing how to create custom outcomes buttons in task forms. As I understand, the issue you encountered is that workflow migrated from the other site shows the suspended status.

I have done the following steps:
1)Copied the current scenario customizing from client 000 to the current client using transaction QISR_SM29 (object lists P46C_ISR_SCENARIO and AX8_ISR_SCENARIOX).
2)Indicated the server on which the Web applications (Web Dynpro) are located in the IMG of the mySAP ERP system under Cross-Application Components> Internet/Intranet Services> Internal Service Request> Scenario Definition> Define Scenarios --> Details --> Additional Data for Scenario.
If i preview the forms via transaction SFP, say form ISR_FORM_SPPM
The form is displayed in German.
What all configuration eneds to be done?how to resolve the Error?

Hi Prakesh,
Do you have access to the PDF file which is mentioned in the error message? This PDF has some attachments you could open in Reader. One is called trace.txt and it should provide detailed error information.

I had a workflow and library working with no issues, but had to move the library and export the workflow to another subsite (though on the same web site/collection). I followed these how-tos:

Anyway, I've stripped all actions from the workflow and only have an Assign Task, but get this below:

To troubleshoot, I removed all library columns, removed then re-added the Custom Content type the New Document uses, and still the same error - with the workflow going into Suspended mode.
I also tried the removal of the file from /Relationships%20List/allitems.aspx and de-activating then re-activating the SharePoint Publishing feature, also that didn't work.
I've gone into ULS, but unable to find anything definitive, so not sure what to try next?

FQDN is fully qualified domain name . Like a computer can be accessed with http://mycomputer:50000. or http://mycomputer.mycompany.com:50000. Last one is FQDN.
When u download from service.sap.com u can see whether it is 6 or 7 .

Hi Siva,
If you are developig your form using NWDS, make sure about the cardinality of the context parameter - data Source not 0..1 or 0..n.You may refer similar threads (of same kind of error) in this forum..

ADS - render operation exception error - XMLFM Exception

Hello,
I am getting the following error on JAVA ADS whenever we use ADS. THis is coming sporadically, not all the time. daily we are getting this error around 10 to 20 times.
ECM Job runs on ABAP side which call ADS running on different host. ADS configuration is correct as same job works fine 80% of time.
Servers are also not over loaded.

Handle Exceptions during the Render Response phase

Hi,
How can we handle exceptions that occur during the render response phase, e.g. to redirect the user to an error page?
In our application we have an unbounded taskflow with one page (jspx). It's quite a simple page, as it only displays some data from a managed bean.
When we run the application and e.g. throw explicitly a RuntimeException form one of the getters, all we get is the 'progress indicator', not even a stacktrace on the page (only in the logs).
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem possible to handle the exception, not via the taskflow Exception Handler, the web.xml error-page or a custom ADF Controller exception handler. In the latter case, we can catch the exception but when we try a redirect (on the external context or response) we get a 'java.lang.IllegalStateException: Response already committed' exception.
Any suggestions?

I'm not sure if that's the problem, but I recently read somewhere (wish I remember where) an IllegalStatementException that was throwing because there was no entry page defined in web.xml.
If you are trying that, remember that web.xml doesn't support .jspx pages.

Hi,
since a while (as far as i am able to roll back system log in event viewer) I am having strange issues in the sys log, as in the subject. It is a warning of disk event 51: 'An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk0\D during a paging operation.'
I have freed up 1/3 of each partition on the harddrive. Any idea where can i keep going to investigate?

I have searched a bit about you issue in microsoft technet,and here's what they have got to say
"An event ID 51 entry is a generic error entry for any type of error that occurs when Windows is paging information to input/output (I/O).
A paging operation occurs when Windows either swaps a page of memory from memory to disk, or when Windows retrieves a page of memory from disk to memory."
In this event, D, DR and FT, they all stand for a certain disk partition number. You can use the Registry or Disk Management to locate the certain disk.

some of the resolutions mentioned there require you to modify your registry.Please DONOT attempt to modify the registry if you dont have enough prior knowledge about it

An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk0 during a paging operation.

I have a Dell PE 2850 running Windows Server 2003 which is attached via SCSI to a Power Vault 220 SCSI disk enclosure.
The server is beeping and in the eventvwr I see the following message:
An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk0 during a paging operation.
There are no disk failure lights on the server so what is causing these errors in the Event Viewer?

The "error" doesn't have to mean that the disk is faulty, it's just that that specific write operation might have failed (for unknown reasons).
That's all the light I can shed on it after looking through my event logs, I have a few of those too, but no errors anywhere else.Best regards

PDF render operation exception

I had a table on PDF(interactive form) if i use cardinality 1..n i am getting some dump after execution of wda.

the same way it is working for other table. (here also i was having INT1 field then i change to NUMC or CHAR is is working

Dear Friends,
I have debuged for further to investigate the issue..
there is one function call
CALL FUNCTION 'FPCOMP_CREATE_PDX' in this include 'LFPCOMPFRM'.
this is returning sy-subrc = 1 if i keep cardinaltiy 1..n in case cardinaltiy 0..n it is returning sy-subrc = 0.
but i need to initialize the table for that i need to user cardinaltiy 1..n or i need to user the bind_table in initilization.
please help me if you have any idea to fix this issue.
