Unity Express 8.6 custom script not working properly
Hello!
I'm having an issue with a custom auto-attendant script for Unity Express 8.6.6.
A brief overview of the expected call flow:
Call comes to 2600, which is set to forward to 2699 if busy or no answer.
Call to 2699 is sent to CUE, which is set to answer with the auto-attendant script.
Script does a time-and-day check to determine if the site is within business hours.
If within business hours, a prompt stating line is currently busy, please leave a message is played, and call is forwarded to 2601.
If outside business hours, a prompt stating office is closed is played, and call is forwarded to 2601.
Calls to 2601 are all forwarded to voicemail.
My first version had a Business Hours object, with a schedule parameter set so that the schedule could be chosen in the CUE GUI. This script did not appear to work properly, as the AfterHours option was always selected by the script. My current version removed this object and replaced it with manual Time-and-Day objects, but the same behavior as above occurs – the AfterHours option is always selected.
Both scripts validated in the editor, and the CUE has been rebooted since the script was first uploaded. TAC validated that nothing in the "show run" is causing CUE to ignore the time-and-day checks. I've attached a ZIP file that contains the scripts, "show software version" and "show license status application" output.
Am I missing anything?
I read through the document, and it says that the atrace.log file that is generated is not cleartext. Is there any application I can use to read the traces I generate?
EDIT: Apologies, it appears this documentation needs to be rewritten. I was looking at the process to enable traces on an AIM module, when our Unity Express module is on an Internal Services Module 300. I issued "show trace buffer trail" and placed a test call, and this is what I see:

It appears as though the script engine is seeing the Day of Week object, acknowledging it without somehow doing anything with it, and then choosing a "goto AfterHours" step within that object and playing that prompt, which is consistent with the behavior we're seeing.
Any thoughts?

Custom scripts not working in Illustrator CC (2014)
A couple of custom scripts that are part of my workflow don't work in the new CC; MultiExporter.jsx and Sprite CSS Generator.jsx.
When I try to run either a titled modal window comes up as if the script is running but the actual window is only a couple of pixels tall and can't be re-sized;
They both worked fine in CC. My grasp of javascript is pretty basic but is there code that needs to be changed to update these to work with the current version?
Thanks!
BobIt looks like this might have been a system issue or conflict of some sort; I uninstalled AI CC2013 and AI CC2014 as well clearing out all prefs and artifact files and folders. Then did a fresh install of CC2014 an was able to use all my legacy scripts with no problem.

Extending Container for custom layout not working properly
I'm trying to extend javafx.scene.layout.Container to make a custom layout manager that centers a grid of components and fills all available area in the stage (minus some insets, eventually). I'm using some private members to do this, but it's also being done by the JFXtras library, for example. (Incidentally, I would use the new MigLayout in JFXtras 0.3, but it may have an issue that doesn't allow me to do what I'm trying to do, see [http://groups.google.com/group/jfxtras-users/browse_thread/thread/a26bb47bbbc710a0]). Here's what I'm expecting from the layout:
1 2
3 4
and after a resize something like:

1 2

3 4

-------------So far, my Container implementation is getting there, but I need to resize the window once after the application starts up to get it to work right. Right after it starts, the nodes are all drawn at 0,0. It appears as though scene.width and scene.height are only initialized properly after my impl_layout function is called the first time, but I'm relying on these to calculate the width and height of the scene/stage to do the centering. If I instead rely on scene.stage.width and scene.stage.height, it works right at startup but doesn't work properly when resizing.
What should I do to fix my layout method? Is there a better way to handle this layout? HBox and VBox don't give me what I want because they don't set the positions of the components to fill the available screen area. I'm using JavaFX 1.1 on OS X.

----------Incidentally, MigLayout is capable of doing this properly, but I had to create MigNode objects for each cell (see discussion link above).
I'm still interested in how to do this with a custom Container, because I may end up using my own layout code in the future anyway... -
Custom component not working properly
Hi all - I am trying to create a custom component. I have followed the suggested MVC architecture, and created the following classes:
1. SuperLineModel (the MODEL)
2. SuperLine (the actual component,e.g. the CONTROLLER)
3. BasicSuperLineUI (the UI Delegate class, e.g. the VIEW)
4. SuperLineUI (an abstract type class for my UI Delegate)
I also have a fifth class that draws a frame and panel, and then adds the custom component to the panel. In the main method of this class, I
register the UI delegate like this:
UIManager.put(BasicSuperLineUI.UI_CLASS_ID, "com.volant.mapit.view.BasicSuperLineUI");Everything compiles without any problems, but the custom component is never painted for some reason. In fact, I added a print line to the UI delegates paint method just to see if it was ever called, and it wasn't. I know I'm missing something here, and it's probably something small. I'm hoping some of you Swing gurus can take a look at my code below and point out the problem for me.
I really appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks.
The classes are listed below:
// SuperLineModel

public void installUI(JComponent c) {
SuperLine sl = (SuperLine)c;
public void uninstallUI(JComponent c) {
SuperLine sl = (SuperLine)c;
}Here are my comments:
1) I expect Superline sl to be a global variable for use elsewhere in your program.
2) I have no idea what your uninstallUI does.
This is what I would do:
SuperLine sl;
public void installUI(JComponent c) {
sl = (SuperLine)c;
public void uninstallUI(JComponent c) {
}Finally, I am assuming that the changelistener will trigger a repaint which in turn will call your paint method, right?

Refreshing java script not working properly
Hello
i am using two frames in my system and one is top and other is main. The top frame contains the link and the main frame displays data according to the clicked link. When i refresh the page i will reach to the lending page of my website .but when i did the right click my top frame get refresh it shows the menu of the lending page but my main frame stiill shows the same page from which the refresh button is pressed .
So what i want to know that do what needs to include to make my right click to work as simillar as refresh buttonFrames are soo 1990. Throw away (better, burn away) that oldfashioned tutorial/book you've learnt the frames from.
As you're already on JSP, just use jsp:include to include page fragments. -
I did the latest update to my I pad 2 and lost Safari . I was instructed to switch the Java script on which I did but Safari is still not working properly . how do I get everything back after this software update.
Try a reset: hold down the home button along with the power button until you see the Apple, then let go.

Java Script Code not working properly for visios in sharepoint 2013
Hi all ,
I have few visios and I am using the visio web part to display and to redirect from one visio to other visio I am using the java script code through content editor web part .
In share point 2010 it's working fine , I was able to redirect to all the visios and code is working fine .
In share point 2013 its not the same , Its not working properly . only for the first time the code is working fine . once it goes to next visio the code stops working .
For example if i click in visio A it gets redirect to Visio B and its stops working , it wont allow to do any other steps .
I have checked with the URL its correct , I am not able to find any error also .
IndreshThis will be likely caused by the Minimal Download Strategy not registering the Javascript on the page reload. You can turn off the MDS feature to test this.
You can either turn off MDS in your site, or register your Javascript functions with MDS to ensure they are called. To do this, you'll need all of your code to be wrapped in a javascript file (Embed this on the page using a <script> tag and
inside that file in a function, which you then register with MDS as follows (I usually do this in the first line of the javascript file):-
RegisterModuleInit("/SiteAssets/YourJavaScriptFile.js", NameOfYourFunction);

Undo is not working properly (grayed out)
Undo is not working properly in Indesign CC 9.2. I am using a 17" MBP running OSX 10.9.1.
Processor: 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory: 4GB 1333 MHz DDR3
I ran into this issue doing a publication layout. I was not doing anything overly complicated. Copying/pasting, placing images, adding text boxes, copying/pasting text boxes. It seems to happen without rhyme or reason.
I know that is not helpful for troubleshooting so I was able to isolate the problem. Here is how to recreate it.
Open new doc (standard letter)
Create text box with random text
copy the text box (cmd C)
paste the text box (cmd V)
move the resulting text box using selection tool (V)
select NEW text box (selection tool)
copy the NEW text box (cmd C)
paste the NEW text box (cmd V)
move the text box (selection tool).
Repeat until there are 5 text boxes (at least).
Undo the various actions after placing and moving the 5 text boxes.
I cannot undo back to a "new document."
In some cases I can only undo 2 actions before "undo" becomes grayed out, and in some cases, I can undo up to 9 or 10 actions before it gets grayed out.
Other programs running:
Illustrator
Photoshop
Text Edit
MS Word 2011
Excell 2011
Messages
Chrome
Finder
Fetch (FTP software)
I need to have these programs running simultaneously in many cases and have done so successfully in the past. I have a feeling it might be a memory issue, but I have not seen a similar post and I never had the issue with CS5 running with an identical setup. I was able to undo actions up until my previous save in CS5 sometimes 25-30 actions.I unplugged the USB items and the problem still persisted so it is not related to any of those.
I shut down InDesign and tried reopening. InDesign crashed at reopen. I have provided the log below. Hopefully this shows where the problem is occurring.

I just had a conversation with Linksys' Customer Service via chat: Daphne L. J: Hello Fernando Paramo. My name is Daphne L..
Daphne L. J: Welcome to Linksys Global Chat. Is this your initial contact or do you have a case number?
You: Case number is 04971062
Daphne L. J: Please give me 3-5 minutes to pull up and review your case.
You: OK
Daphne L. J: Thank you.
You: I have a WRT1900 AC, V1. The router is not working properly. I have disconnections every few minutes.I already installed the new firmware version and I still have the same issues. I already reset the router to factory defaults and same issues. I have changed the settings back to my personal preferences: Changed the SSID, changed the wireless security settings, changed the DNS and deactivate WPS. That's it.I'm using 5 Ghz mode with my laptops (5 Ghz adapters) and 2-4 Ghz with a few devices (Chromecast, Nintendo 3DS).
Daphne L. J: Thank you for waiting.
Daphne L. J: Please confirm if the following information is correct:
Name : Fernando Paramo
Phone Number :
E-Mail Address :
Model Number : WRT1900AC
Serial Number : 13J10609406280
Country : United States
You: That's correct.
Daphne L. J: Okay. Were you able to check if the devices have stable connection wired to the router?
You: No. I do not have devices with Ethernet ports. Well, only the cable modem.
You: But the modem is fine. No disconnections from my ISP.
You: It is the router.
Daphne L. J: Alright. What is the current firmware version of your router?
You: I tried to return the router to Wal-Mart yesterday with no luck. This is a useless device. And I have been reading comments on the community forums and a lot of people are having problems.
Daphne L. J: We are actually aware of the issue and are working on a resolution. What is the current firmware version of your router?
You: Ver. 1.1.10.167514
You: Latest one.
Daphne L. J: Yes, so you reflashed the firmware, reset and then manually reconfigure it after, not using backup configuration, is that right?
You: That's correct.
Daphne L. J: And it is intermittent on all devices connected to both 2.4 and 5 Ghz networks, is that right?
You: That's correct.
Daphne L. J: Thank you for the information. Please give ,e 3-5 minutes to verify this with my superior.
Daphne L. J: Thank you for waiting.
You: I want to send you my WRT1900 AC and get a V2 or I want a EA8500 and pay the difference myseld.
You: I do not want my current hardware.
You: It is useless for my needs.
You: I can't believe I had an older E3000 that didn't give me any problems.
Daphne L. J: We have already exhausted all possible troubleshooting steps for your concern. As verified with my Supervisor, we will forward your case to our Customer Assurance Team. They are highly technical and knowledgeable when it comes to advanced troubleshooting. They will contact you in the next 24 to 48 hours. By the way, who is your Internet Service Provider? And do you Cable or DSL connection?
You: Cable connection.
Daphne L. J: Who is your Internet Service Provider?
You: A company called .
You: How are they going to contact me?
Daphne L. J: Alright. By the way, on the device itself, on its FCC ID, please check if you have WRT1900AC or WRT1900AC v2.
You: Are you paying attention to me?
You: I already told you it's V1.
Daphne L. J: They will call or email you. Please double check if these informations are correct:

You: I told you I want to send you my WRT1900 AC and get a V2 or I want a EA8500 and pay the difference myself.
You: I want them to contact me to my email. I can't answer the phone during work hours.
Daphne L. J: We can't assure you if we will be able to replace it with Version 2 or if you are allowed to have the EA8500 instead.
Daphne L. J: Just in case, do you also have an alternate number?
Daphne L. J: Also, what time zone are you in? And what is your preferred time and day for them to contact you?
You: I have the one from my office in Mexico. Central Time. Any time is good.
Daphne L. J: So, you are currently in Mexico?
You: I work in Mexico but I have the house in USA. I live in the border.
Daphne L. J: I see. Do you have any other questions or clarifications?
You: I live 10 minutes away from the International Bridge. But that's not an issue. I bought the router at Walmart in Laredo, TX.
Daphne L. J: Thank you for the information. Would that be all for now?
You: I want a clarification: Do you realize that there is an issue with the current WRT1900 AC? Are you aware of that?
You: Because this is a very expensive router that is not working as it should be.
Daphne L. J: Yes, we are aware of the issue and are working on a resolution.
Daphne L. J: Would there be anything else you need?
You: That would be it. I will wait for you to contact me.
You: Thanks.
Daphne L. J: Alright. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to serve you through Linksys Live Chat. You may also visit our support site at www.linksys.com. For your reference, your case number is 04980394. Thank you for choosing Linksys and have a great day! We paid $250 for this piece of equipment. That's a lot of money for a device that doesn't work. I just want to get a V2 replacement, or better yet, an exchange for a EA8500. We should all demand this. It is not fair for us. The current WRT1900 AC is a useless device. They even should do a recall of the product. I will wait for them to contact me, but I'm thinking if I should send the information to The Consumerist or someone else. What to do?FernandoRocker wrote:
Well... instead of looking into this with Engineering, I would prefer you to talk about this with the Sales department and exchange my WRT1900AC for an EA8500 (I will pay the difference if needed). Seriously. The device is useless. Not just a paperweigt... an expensive paperweight.Actually I looking into the swap for you because I think that would be best in your case. Keep this in perspective. There is laterally millions of WRT1900AC V1 out there with very few issues with latest firmwares and of course the odd exception. In your case it could be a defective WRT1900AC. -

I just want to get a V2 replacement, or better yet, an exchange for a EA8500. We should all demand this. It is not fair for us. The current WRT1900AC is a useless device. They even should do a recall of the product. I will wait for them to contact me, but I'm thinking if I should send the information to The Consumerist or someone else. What to do?Hello. I sent my WRT1900AC V1 to Linksys four days ago (Monday) via UPS with a RMA. Linksys paid the shipping and everything. The router is still in route, and it should arrive to their offices tomorrow. Once they receive the WRT1900 AC V1, they are going to send me an EA8500 as a replacement. But I have been reading the comments about the EA8500 here in the forum and it seems to have the same problems. I guess the firmware is extremely flawed in both routers (maybe it is almost the same code?). Anyway, I will try the EA8500 and I hope it works. I bought a temporary router from Walmart and I paid $35 for it. It is a Belink N600 DB. I can't believe that a $35 router is working a lot, lot, lot better than my previous $250 WRT1900AC router. Unbelievable. If the EA8500 doesn't work, I'm going to try and get my money back from Linksys, or contact The Consumerist or someone to get my money back and get a Nighthawk instead.

ITunes 10.6.3 home sharing not working properly
iTunes 10.6.3 home sharing not working properly. I can access with my three ATV2's watch a movie later that same day it tries to access and ATV2 just keeps trying and never gets through to the library. If I restart iTunes its fine then later can't access. I am running iTunes 10.6.3 on a i7 Mac Mini with 10.7.4. Sole job is to be iTunes server and an occasional HTPC with remote buddy running. I disabled remote buddy ajax remote feature, and file sharing is on so I can load new tracks form other macs Thats it, a vanilla install with all updates.. No problem prior but not sure if problem free period was with 10.6 earler versions or 10.5 versions. I update as warnings to do so come up. The remote app has same problem accessing the Home Share. I disabled home sharing on my iPhone and set to access the old method with 4 digit code and sees all the time and will play to my express base stations so seems to be home sharing issue because iPhone apps with home sharing on and ATV2s have issue accessing.
I'm never home but when I am I use this equipment loads and this weekend not reliable at all. I have firewall disabled, and setup is as before and is working fine. I am using Mini by ethernet and using AEBS 1st generation gigabit as router only wired to cable modem and whole house ethernet attached, latest version AEBS gigabit as a wireless bridge and 2 prior version 11n expresses and a 11g express, all expresses are set to wireless off and are connected to ethernet and then to a stereo in 3 different rooms.
I can't be only one. Considering downgrading to last version of 10.5 but not sure how to do this.
How many of you are having trouble?
Any resolutions?
How to report to Apple?
How to downgrade safely? Or is it 10.7.4?I ran into the specific problem in another thread. There are more than 100 connections from the apple TV's to iTunes. You can do a netstat -a (windows or Mac), and verify the problem. iTunes is smart enough to stop allowing more than 100 connections but stupid to allow the ATV to create so many connections.
Now for what you really want! Set all of your ATVs to wifi only. Even setting the iTunes host to wifi might help also. I think that wifi is more unreliable, and forces connections to drop, keeping the count under 100.
I also turned off ip v6. That could help you also. I originally had problems on a Mac mini, and built a windows 7 box to try to fix the problem. The wifi trick worked on both platforms. Several of us have bug reports into apple. I have a wired house also, and am very angry to NEED to use slow wifi to overcome this problem. The ATV gen 3 has been able to keep up with 1080p over wifi, so it doesn't hurt too much. What really hurts is spending over 40 hours troubleshooting this bug. -
Pick List Value Not Working Properly
Hi Oracle Framework Gurus,
I have a strange Issue in which one of my cusom page is working properly in Jdev and not working Properly when deployed in the apps instance.
There are two custom pages with the same VO.
What I do is have a picklist from one of the custom page and depending on the value of the picklist and I navigate to the other custom page.
This is working properly in the JDev,But for some reasons it works properly in apps instance, when I try to run the first time(ie) when I run page A and pick 'X' from the picklist the Page 'B' is coming properly as per the controller code and when i pick 'Y' from the picklist in Page B, it is navigating to Page A as per the controller code.
This works fine for the first time,But when i again select 'X' from the picklist the proper value from the Picklist is not getting selected and passed to the custom package and so I get wrong values in Page 'B'
What could be the reason for it as it working fine in Jdev,I can navigate from Page A to Page B and Page B to Page A as many times possible.Hi Anand,

Hi Above two are the controller codes forget the rest of the codes,Concentrate on the PFR code, Just want to know what I am doing is correct or not.
First time when I select the Picklist value, the value gets passed as a parameter to the custom package and the page gets displayed properly and vice versa,But I am not able to do the same cycle again for some reasons.
Please get back to me ASAP.
Regards,
Magesh.M.K.

The right side of my ipad 3 is not working properly and I cannot click on anything. I bought my ipad from Canada and am now out of the country and do not know who to contact for support. It has been less than a month since I bought it. I tried contacting the Canadian customer support service but when I try to enter my phone number it does not recognize it since it is a foreign number. Someone please help me with this as it is really frustrating and I have never experienced anything like this with any of my Apple products before.

I hit this problem at a customer site and can re-produce it in a simple lab. Lab environment: servers:
1x Server 2012 R2 DC and DNS server - DC1 - 10.0.0.1
1x Server 2012 R2 DirectAccess (DA) server - DA1 - 10.0.0.100
Servers are running "Update" (KB2919355) and following DA hotfixes:
KB2929930
KB2966087
I configured DA (via advanced wizard) as follows:
DA and remote access
AD group
directaccess-webprobehost DNA (A) record pointing to 10.0.0.100
behind an edge device (with a single network adapter)
SSL certificate from enterprise root CA issued to directaccess.contoso.com
NLS on remote server using https://nls.corp.contoso.com
DNS: corp.contoso.com = 10.0.0.1; nls.corp.contoso.com = ""
DNS suffix search list = corp.contoso.com
The DNS server validates successfully in the configuration UI.
With this configuration, I get a static IPv6 address of fd79:7a37:cbd9:3333::1/128 assigned to the NIC
The operations status is all green apart from DNS which displays the following error:
"DNS: Not Working Properly"
Error:
None of the enterprise DNS servers fd79:7a37:cbd9:7777::a00:1 used by DirectAccess clients for name resolution are responding. This might affect DirectAccess client connectivity to corporate resources.
Causes:
Enterprise DNS servers fd79:7a37:cbd9:7777::a00:1 are not responding.
I can, however ping fd79:7a37:cbd9:7777::a00:1 (which is the DNS64 translation of 10.0.0.1)
I would like to know what checks are failing as there are no failures in Event Viewer.
I have come across forums where people have the same issue and fix it by specifying the local IP (in this case 10.0.0.100) as the DNS server, however Richard Hicks has confirmed with me that the DNS server should be set to the DNS server, not the DA server's
IP.Thanks for the post Matt,
ISATAP has been disabled on my DA server, so the results of a "ROUTE PRINT -6" command yields:
