Updating firmware - can someone help
I recently bought a Zen Touch 20gb machine. I originally used Windows Media Player to sync music, but thought I'd try Creative MediaSource.
I turned on MediaSource, but my machine didn't show up there. Following the instructions in the knowledge base, I reset my machine.
I've been trying to download the firmware for a couple of hours, but it just keeps failing.
Does anyone have any bright ideas? You would be helping one frustrated user here.

Oh yeah..forgot about the virus protection thing....Yes you should disable it before upgrade your firmware. For some reason some AV blocks the firmware from finished.
But don't turn the detector off. If all else fails, uninstall Mediasource...reboot..reinstall and go from there.

I have just updated my iPhone to version 5.1. After the update, the camera button next to the "slide to unlock" button does not work at all. It used to function well before the update. It happens to my friends as well. What should I do? Can someone help?? Thanks!!!!

while trying to install latest itunes version i get this message "Older version of Bonjour can not be removed" and the download gets interrupted and doesnt finish. Can someone help?????
(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Bonjour entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time? -

After wasting 6hrs and trying everything under the sun, Redsnow, TinyUmbrella, Snowblizzard, Ziphone, ect, ect..
I was able to resolve this by simply switching usb ports.. I was dong this on an Acer netbook and just went from the 2 usb portside to the main one near the power source.. RESTORED via Itunes and I am back to a working phone...
Not sure what caused the issue tho, as I was on a (presumebly) bone stock Iphone and simply tried to update the software from the phone...

Can't download the latest itunes update. Can someone help me?
I'm trying to download the latest itunes 11.1.4 but when it gets to the part of the download "Starting services" I get a message saying, "Service 'Apple Mobile Device' (Apple Mobile Device) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services." The only options they give me are to Abort, Retry, and Ignore. Now I've pressed Retry and Ignore but the same message will just pop back up. When I hit Abort it ask me if I want to cancel the Itunes update which closes the update process all togther.Since I wasn't able to complete the latest itunes update I am unable to open itunes on my compute. I need help...How am I suppose to verify whatever they want me to verify?

unable to update to ios 5 on windows 7. please can someone help me i have tried everything? i deleted itunes and downloaded the new version when i plug my iphone 4 in it does a back and then I then everything runs normal and it extracts and then i get an error code at the end 3197. had the iphone for two months and its new.

Safe mode is much slower to start up than normal. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.

When I try and start iTunes after trying to intall the 11.4 update on my Windows 7 laptop, it says to reinstall iTunes and "Windows Error Code 193" I tried ave the same failed response. Can someone help?

I am unable to update my apps... in my purchases page it appears as "update", then a message tells me to log on with the Apple ID I purchased the app with... Well I have tried my two different accounts and neither one will work, can someone help ??
And is there any way to sync all my purchases and accounts to just have one... It is a bit stupid that you dont even get a list of something of what account you may of used, or some kind of hint, so you could log on to the right account. I am really stuck ...

iPhone 3G is Old technology. When it was launched it had iOS 2.0. Currently, the highest it can go is iOS 4.2.1 and therefore can not handle many newer applications. As you have recorded, it is giving good service for which it has been designed.
Needless to say, if you want to use applications as stated, you must have at least 3GS, whose current is iOS 6.1.2. On the lighter side; Rather than updating iOS they are asking you to update iPhone (Technology). Cheers -
i updated to iOS 6 on my iphone 4 and updated my macbook pro and now my mail is not working at all on my iPhone, whether on wifi or 3G. I can receive/send on my laptop, but not my iPhone!! Can someone help?
