Upgraded to iOS 7 on my iphone 4, now my password manager is locked out.  Can't sign in, anyone have this issue, know a resolution?

I recently upgraded to iOS 7 on my iphone 4, since the upgrade I can not access my 3rd party app Password Manager.  It will not allow me to sign in.  Anyone else have this issue and know how to resolve it?   DO NOT want to uninstall and loose my data.
