My sister in law got a 3G iPhone and gave me her old iPhone. I would like to use this iPhone for my son to just upload from the Apps for games, shows etc. Can I do this or do I have to have a data plan on the phone?

If you are just visiting Singapore, then leave the account as it is. If you have moved there, then view your account using the iTunes app on a Mac or PC and change the country/region to your current location and address. Did you mean a Office or One Note?
As far as I know the One Note is a part of the Recovering Image and the CD is not delivered with the unit. Furthermore the Toshiba units are not delivered with the Office 2000 software.
Nevertheless, did you check the update function in the Help i.e. in Word?

If you have copies of them on your computer's iTunes then you should be able to - if they show in the Tones part of your iTunes library then you should be able to sync them to your new phone. Or do you not have copies of them on your computer nor on your backup of your library ?

Check the General -> Restrictions settings and see if perhaps the iTunes app is turned off there. If not, the app may have been inadvertently moved to another home screen or dropped into a folder. Do a search for the app or try resetting the Home screen layout: Choose General > Reset, then tap Reset Home Screen Layout.
