Is it possible to use Ajax4Jsf or AjaxAnywhere with Creator applications?

How do the Sun's UI tag fit in Exadel studio? Right no the custom tags are not rendering during design time in Exadel. Do Exadel have the same features that are given in SunStudio and My Eclipse?
What addition and what not? I know you are the VP involved in active campaign in various news groups like Serverside.com, Java and Eclipse forums.
Exadel is not having right AJAX examples in the website. Intellij has given some good AJAX Demos

Using Oracle 8i db with creator

Hi there, could someone please help me, I'm trying to use an 8i database, I added an 8i driver to creator, I can see the tables in creator and run queries but as soon as I try to bind it to a control it gives an error. The program works fine if I use a 9i db.

The commons-collections.zip included with JDeveloper 10.1.3 does not include the LRUMap class.

Is it possible to integrate a different application server with Creator

It's not love at first sight, but I think i'm gonna fall in love with creator. my question is, is it possible to use/integrate a different application server into creator instead of Sun's Application Server. I prefer to use Jonas

Using stylesheets in Java Studio Creator

I have a project in which I have to use a given stylesheet with css entries for <h1>, <2> and so on. How can I embed such a css? How can I ensure that all these headers are always displayed the correct way?

First note that all pages already have a stylesheet by default that Creator adds for you: this stylesheets adds colors to get "row striping" in data tables for example.
The easiest way to add additional styles is just to cut & paste the styles from your other stylesheet into the existing stylesheet (which you can edit by opening the "Resources" folder under the Web Pages folder in the project navigator, then double click on "stylesheet.css". Go to the end, paste your styles, save, then go back to the web page and select "Refresh" from the context menu. (The last step will soon be unnecessary).
You can also import your own stylesheet in as a new file in the project: Go to the File menu and select Add Existing -- then add the stylesheet. It's now added to your project, either in the web pages folder or in its "Resources" subfolder.
If you want to replace the existing stylesheet and use your own -instead- for a page, select the page (by clicking on the page background), then go to the property sheet and select the stylesheet property for the page, click the "..." to open the property editor and browse to your stylesheet and hit OK.
If you want to use -multiple- stylesheets for the same page you have to work slightly harder: go to the Source tab, locate the <link> tag in the source which has a 'rel="stylesheet"' property; copy this line so that you have it repeated, then change the stylehsheet url. In other words, you end up with two <link rel="stylesheet"> tags, one for each stylesheet.

how do I open projects created using Premier Elements 8 with Premier Elements 13

The DVD Creator.dll file was in the proper location but I could not find a Run As Administrator Option.
I did delete Prefs file and try again to open the app then the project and received the same problem. And the scratch disks were all directed to the Elements 13 path
Yesterday I did try additional solutions
Removed the Elements 13 App vis the Control Panel, copy the original downloaded .zip File to the Desktop and reload the entire application with no success solving the problem
In addition to that I contacted a site called Rescue.com? and the guy told me that he was a representative of Adobe, which I was not sure was the truth. He looked at my system and told me that Premier 13 was not compatible with Windows 7. I called BS on him told him that Adobe site said it was compatible and he told me I had a Trojan on my system and he would refund my money for Elements 13 and sell me version 12, which would be compatible, along with a better security system than the Norton 360 I told him I had. At that point I immediately terminated our communications and called Norton to have additional checks performed to ensure no additions were added to my system. They had me download and run Power Eraser from them and it found nothing wrong.
I also temporarily turned off the firewall and tried to use the Elements 13 but had no success.
I also went to Microsoft Windows site and searched for the Exception code: 0xc0000005 that was displayed in the event viewer and they indicated there was a hotfix available and they would email me that fix. ave not received the email yet.
I’m getting very frustrated but thank you for your help. I will update you with and additional results or actions I get or perform.

MyFaces integration with Creator

I�ve been trying to use MyFaces 1.09 with the last Java Studio Creator without success.
I was unable to add them to the palette (mails in the MyFaces list state that Creator requires a special structure and descriptor) and unable to use them as libs in the WEB-INF/lib dir (it copies the Sun JSF RI when deploying the application, and that seems to cause problems with the MyFaces implementation. At the same time, as an extra JSC wants to modify my code in the JSP code editor, adding always a form).
If I add only myfaces-extensions.jar, I get the exception pasted at the end of this email.
Has anyone integrated MyFaces with JSC in any way? Any comment would be great.

I hope to be wrong, but the thread seems to be outdated and not useful today. It states that you can import a jar file from the component palette and that JSC will generate the missing elements for you. In the current version it's impossible to import something that doesn't have a 'comblib' extension (and, of course, selecting 'all files' doesn't solve this).
Is there any way to import them today ?

Using Enterprise ios Apple Id Creator- How to install Apps off apps store

We are using Enterprise ios Apple Id Creator and need to find a script that will let us Install FREE already selected apps from itunes.
We have mupltiple devices to set up and are using the Apple Id creator and a MAC, but we need to figure out a Script that once we verify the user ID. We can install or write a script to "install" these pre deterimined 6 apps that we are going to install on all the iPhones.
Is there a script one out there.. or can someone send me one?? or send me a already created that I can change to reflect my apps?
Any ideas are great.. Been looking and cannot find anyting.

There never was or is a Mavericks DVD. Apples insistence of departing from DVD media has been to use Internet recovery totally from the Mt. Lion OSX onwards. (Lion briefly was available as a USB installer) One could make USB installers (or DVDs) for the last four OSX's, but that is a proposition that the vast majority of users would have no compelling need to do. Since Mavericks has been withdrawn by Apple, one can no longer make a mavericks installer. Your only hope would be to find some individual who has made a Mavericks installer and copy it.
I have a spotty Internet connection and I do not have faith that the Apple servers will always be available. Being a conservative type, I have made USB installers for all of the recent OSXs. Unfortunately there is no way that I can share them with you.

Need to trigger mail to requestor along with creator in SRM 7.0

Hi Experts,
We are using SRM 7.0 Extended classic scenario with process controlled Workflow in our system.
As I am very much new to the workflow concept need your help in this regard.
We have a requirement where we need to trigger a rejection email when Shooping cart got rejected by the approver to the requestor along with creator.
As per our current design rejection mail is going only to creator but not requestor.
Can somebody help me in this regard how to get this functionality.

We tried with suggested badi BBP_ALERTING BADI. But when I set the break-point in the enhancement of this badi and tried to trigger by rejecting the Shopping cart, i dont see any entries in the structure CT_RECEPIENTS[].
Some entries should be there in CT_RECEPIENTS[] by the time this badi triggers or how to figure this out?
Small change in my requirement is rejection mail is going successfully to requestor and we are expecting same mail to creator.

Is there a reason why you want to use Edge Web Fonts with Adobe Muse?
Assuming you wish to improve typography of your web pages, you should know that Muse is fully integrated with Typekit. This allows you to access and apply over 500 web fonts from within Muse. Here's how you do it:
Select a text component within Muse, and click the Text drop-down.
Select Add Web Fonts option, to pop-open the Add Web Fonts dialog.
Browse and apply fonts per your design needs.
