Using genlist_popup to call LOV

Question

Has anybody used the genlist_popup javascript to call a portal LOV from HTML. I am able to get the LOV to display but can't get it to return the value into my item (student_lookup).

Here is the code I'm using to call the Portal LOV in a dynamic page :

Replace APPLICATION_NAME with the name of the application where you have your LOV and LOV_SAMPLE_TEST with the name
of your LOV.
