Using JAXR to query Data - from JUDDI

Question

Dear friends -
I am beginning to work on juddi.
I am trying to Query the registry from my code to get some data. But I am unable to do so.
I am getting the following exception:-
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (javax.xml.soap.MessageFactory).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
