VERR_VMX_NO_VMX when I try to start SampleAppv207_OBI_BP1 (Oracle VBox).

Question

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine SampleAppv207_OBI_BP1.
VT-x is not available. (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX).
Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005)
Component: Console
Interface: IConsole {1968b7d3-e3bf-4ceb-99e0-cb7c913317bb}
I cannot find anything about this in Oracle Support, in Oracle Forums, in Blog Space / Google Search.
Also, the Settings -> System -> Acceleration tab (where I would expect to find a relevant setting to adjust) is grayed out.

I have the same problem.
Do you have fixed the problem.
I've tried to add "<HardwareVirtEx enabled="false" exclusive="false"/>"; unfortunately with no result.
