If you were using a Windows machine, malware would be a potential explanation. On the Mac, there is currently no malware known to behave this way, though. So, it's just a simple matter of your e-mail account being hacked. See:

As for the system being slow, that is also not going to be related to malware. Most likely, you've got a lot of junk software that is slowing the machine down, or have something wrong with your system. Try working through the fixes in my Mac Performance Guide.
Regarding your "internet shutting down all the time," what does that mean? Is your web browser crashing? Is your internet service frequently having problems? Or something else altogether?

Unless you left the iPhone in the possession of another person it could not be hacked...and unless it has been jailbroken it cannot get a virus.
An email account can be hacked at the service provider's end...this has happened a number of times with gmail.
Do a reboot, hold both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears and it restarts, ignoring the red slider if that appears.
If that does not help the battery situation, make a backup of your content and then restore to factory condition, Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings, and then restore from the backup you just made.
Contact your email service provider and let them know you are getting material that could mean they have been hacked. -
How can I find out this person who has been emailing me every few months. I have one of the emails full header that I retrieved on my iPhone. I omitted my email address for privacy, but mostly it is original. Is this email a scam? I don't know who this person is. Thanks in advance!

I also get daily notices from Facebook or someone called Adriana at Facebook even though i do not have an account there. Can't do anything about it - just delete it.

If you are using the same ID as a primary iCloud login, then yes she can see your photos in photostream if you have it enabled.
You can use the same ID for iTunes so you can share all your purchases, but you need different ID's for iCloud.
Unfortunately, the mess caused by sharing the ID, will need to be sorted manually, once you both have your own ID's. -

So it would seem easy for someone (lets just say a girlfriend for example) to plug my iPhone into her computer while I am staying the night and backup to iTunes. I have my settings to "require a passcode immediately", however there was one day there was access to my passcode at her place while I was not there. So my question is three-fold:
- How can I find out if my iphone has synced with another computer/iTunes (possible history in the iPhone)?
- Are there additional privacy settings to make sure no one can backup my iPhone by plugging it into their iTunes?
- If it has been backed up to another computer is there anything that can be done.
One reason I ask this is because earlier this year her phone was backed up to my iTunes on accident. I did not know it was there until months later, but was able to access it with software.

You don't. Nothing gets stored on the iPhone about what computers the device has been backed up to.

No. You might consider changing your Apple ID password to be on the safe side, though, as well as your security questions. -

When a user logs on to my web-application, I want him to be able to see a
list of all the other users that are also loged on. To do this I need to get a

In J2EE 2.1 I found the class "javax.servlet.http.HttpSessionContext" with the method "getIds()"
that returned all the session Id's. By using the method getSession(java.lang.String sessionId)
from the same class, you could then retrieve the sessionObject.
But these methods are depricated (and want to be able to use the
latest version of J2EE).
Is there any other way to do this?

Essentially what you have to do is implement this interface. You also have to register the listener in your web.xml, like this:

How can I find out user id who has deleted payment order
Issue : After payment run, the required information has been sent as Idoc to the bank. So, we know the payment order number. We observed that another payment run also has picked up this vendor invoice and made payment.
Usually Payment Sent will be marked X until the related information comes in the form of bank statement upload and this amount gets cleared.
We noticed that bank has made two payments for this amount to this vendor on different dates :- a) when the payment order supposed to be paid as per the payment terms and b) when second paymnet run paid the amount [ this time it got paid directly as there is long due amount ].
From SAP APP angle, both the payment run worked fine and also the calcaltion of payment terms as well.
So, we come to conculsion that someone has deleted the payment order from the system. Thats the reason this invoice got picked up by 2nd APP and paid the amount.
Where we could not find the related entry in REGUH/REGUP tables for this payment order and no document changes.
Question: How can I find out user id who has deleted payment order. Appreciate any clue / answer for this issue please.

I have updated my Iphone with the latest version of the Itunes. I tried to log on using my Apple Account and it didn't recognised my password. Then I used my computer to rset the password. I answered all the security questions and I received a notification on my e-mail confirming that my password has changed.
I tried to log on then and it said that my user name doesn't exist or doesn't recognise it. I tried to answer the security questions again and my birthday doesn't match? How can I find out if someone has stolen my ID. I need to download my App's previously purchased and my credit card details is in there.
I am using an alternative Apple Account to post this message.

You can't. All you can do is change the password to deny future access.
Are you sure the email is legitimate? There have been numerous reports recently of forged emails like this trying to get people to click a link and disclose thier iCloud credentials. I recently had to purchase a new hard drive. Because the size of my music collection exceeds 140 GB, I stored all of my music on a separate external hard drive. When I exported everything back into my new iTunes library, I found that I had about 200 more songs than I had in the previous library. After deleting most of those extraneous songs, I was able to get my library close to where it was before. However, after syncing to my iPod Classic, I noticed that only 34,853 of the 34,863 loaded. How can I figure out which of those ten songs in my library did not sync to my iPod?

If there is a column Heading marked with a tick then click on it to sort by this column.
If the Column is not there then View > View Options and select the Checked column which will then display
Check the songs by putting ticks in the empty boxes and resynch. Now those tracks should go over as well -

I have BusyCal installed, but no alarms that I could find.
However, I do think I've found the source of the sound: the Firefox add-on "LiveJournal." It routinely checks my LJ and plays a "ding.wav" file whenever there are new posts to my Friends' page. I noticed that the sound started happening more frequently, but after I closed Firefox, it stopped. But since Firefox didn't have any sound/notification settings on its own, I thought to check the extensions, and voila!
I'm pretty sure the problem is solved, but who knows if the sound will mysteriously return...
