Wake up doesn't work After IOS 7 with my Philips clock radio AJ3270D

Wake up doesn't work After IOS 7 with my Philips clock radio AJ3270D!
The other function is OK(listen music like an Ipod or charge)
Can you help me?

Apple did update their help section on the app. I found this trying to figure out why my Find Friends wasn't working after the update to iOS 7.
"Find My Friends is turned on in Background App Refresh (in Settings > General in iOS 7). When Background App Refresh is turned off, Find My Friends can’t use Location Services in the background. If Background App Refresh is turned on, but you quit Find My Friends via the multitasking interface, location updates won’t be sent to your friends until you open the app again."
Hopefully Apple will update this as it was not this way prior to iOS 7. Killing the app didn't prevent your location from updating in iOS 6 as I constantly killed the apps running in the background and never had this problem till the update. Hope this helps! Just make sure to not kill the app as of now and to tell everyone you follow not to kill their app and locations will continue to refresh. Otherwise it won't update locations till the app is opened again.

    Why????

After IOS update, you first have to use passcode.
    Passcode is needed when
    After restarting your iPhone 5s
When more than 48 hours have elapsed from the last time you unlocked your iPhone 5s
To enter the Touch ID & Passcode setting

  • HT204407 Find my Friends doesn't work after IOS 7 update

We use find my friends for our entire family to monitor kids locations, etc.  Since updating to IOS 7, one of the phones only shows it's location sporadically - otherwise says location not available.
Have verified location services are turned on, nothing is blocked, etc.
This phone was updated to IOS 7 over wifi (vs. through iTunes) - one other phone had some minor (unrelated) issues after updating over wifi that were resolved by doing a factory reset & updating from iTunes - wondering if that could be cause of the issue here as well.  Anyone else encountering issues with FMF?

  • Safari doesn't work after iOS 8.3 update

After the iOS 8.3 update, Safari is completely useless. I am unable to open any URLs or search. Nothing happens when I type and return in the search bar. Sometimes even the go button doesn't highlight/activate.
I tried removing cache and disabling iCloud, but nothing worked.
    Does anyone have a solution?

Replying to my own message.   I actually looked at the device logs again there is a bunch of mobile safari issues.   Most of which apple would have to symbolicate against their source to figure out the actual bug.
Looks like some deadlock issues, which explains what I am seeing.

  • Sound doesn't work after iOS 6 iPad 3

I had my Ipad 3 for about a month or two and it has been working flawlessly, but when I updated the os to iOS 6 the sound has stopped working.
Every time I restart the ipad makes the unlocking sound once but after that no more sound will come out. Even when I type it doesn't make a sound.
Also when I double tap the home button and go the brightness and music area there is no circle thing on the slider for the music part.
A few quick things worth mentioning, when I use my headphones I can hear the sound also Siri makes all the noises and can talk using the built in speakers.

I have also had this problem with my iPad 2. I actually spoke to folks on Apple Tech support and sent it in. The verdict? They admitted that it was a problem that others were experiencing as well, but they wouldn't diagnose MY iPad because I had a "cosmetic defect" on it and unless I wanted to shell out a few hundred bucks to get it fixed first, they wouldn't look at it, even though they also admitted that the sound problem had nothing to do with the cosmetic flaw.
I'd even buy that the cosmetic flaw had something to do with the problem had the speakers just died completely, but they don't! Sound on apps and video goes out intermittently and then comes back for no apparent reason; I can't duplicate the issue. Have done hard reset, restore, MANY TIMES. Keeps happening. AM running the latest software version. The volume slider just disappears completely from the screen but when I go into settings and adjust the volume, I can hear the ringtone volume. So the speaker works! I assume this is a major software issue.
Hey, Apple, you listening? Others have the problem and you know it. In my case, I think you just used a loophole to be a jerk and get around fixing my iPad. How about a software update?
Also, my iPad was less than a year old but by the time they fix this, it will probably be past the one year warranty mark. How convenient.

  • Lock Button doesn't work after iOS 7 update?

Hello! ive noticed that ever since ive updated my iphone 5 to ios 7 the lock button sometimes takes more then one attempt to lock my phone, this has never happened when i was on ios 6. Is this to do with ios 7 or is it just a coincicdence that when i updated to ios 7 my lock button just began to stop working?

You need to have this device serviced by an authourized technician.  If you ever have a software failure, you will not be able to correct it without a working sleep/wake button.  Use the link below to locate an Apple service provider near you.

  • Hotmail doesn't work after IOS 4.3.4 update

Hotmail stopped working immediately after the IOS 4.3.4 update. It worked before the update (e.g., I sent and received email successfully using my iPod Touch less than 5 minutes before updating). Now I get repeated errors saying "Exchange Account Unable to Verify Account Information." I've already deleted and recreated the mail account and also reinstalled the IOS 4.3.4 update with the same result. Has anyone already solved this Apple problem?

Yes, hotmail still works perfectly via webmail on my laptop. The only place it stopped working was on the iPod and it was DEFINITELY broken by the software update. I used the iPod for email less than 5 minutes before the update installed.

  • Imessage doesn't work after iOS 7.1.1

I could use some advice, I am in Japan right now, basically using my iphone for internet and imessage only. I just updated to iOS 7.1.1, and now I can't activate my imessage. I tried all of the advice I found online (set time zone to auto, hard reset, sign out and sign back in, etc, etc) and nothing is working. Has anyone else gone through this and do you have any new advice? Thanks in advance.

Activation of imessage requires the ability to send a hidden sms to an apple server in the UK.  If your phone cannot send and international sms then you cannot activate imessage.
    ACTIVATING FACETIME AND IMESSAGES
Activating Facetime and Imessages on your phone requires the ability to send SMS messages and depending upon where you are that might be an international SMS.  Check with your carrier to see if your plan supports sending of international SMS messages.  If you are having trouble activating Facetime or Imessages turn them both off on your device and reset the device (Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for device to restart (no data will be lost)).  Wait for the device to restart and wait a minute and turn Facetime and imessage back on and wait for activation.  If that does not fix things read the following articles:
    http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4268
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ts3367
You might try this if you are just using it as an ipod
USING AN IPHONE AS AN IPOD
Restore your phone as new.  Place a SIM card into the phone and connect it your computer with iTunes open and follow the activation assistant to activate the iphone. If your phones locked to a particular carrier then it needs to be a SIM card from that carrier (it does not need to be an active SIM) or if not locked any SIM will do. Once the iphone have been activated remove the SIM card and turn on imessage in settings/messages.  Only your Apple ID should appear in the “You can be reached by imessage at” and “Start new conversation from” fields.  Read the following article for help http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3406

  • Touch ID doesn't work after iOS 7.1

I am also having the same issue after update my IOS to 7.1 version.
    Help me please Apple =\

Same problem, after upgrading to 7.1 touch ID stopped working and will not let me enter new fingers, acts like I am not touching the sensor.
    Additional info:
The company I work for requires passwords to be on to access mail, when I am at work I will try deleting that mail account and turning off password requirements. It is an Microsoft Exchange mail server.
    Additional info2:
In Xcode there are no messages in the console for the iPhone that are related. Unrelated messages do pop up confirming the log is active.
Is there a setting I can make to turn on more logging?

After installing iOS 7.1 Touch ID stopped working. When I put my finger on the sensor nothing happens.
I already tried rebooting and switching Touch ID on and off. None of that seemed to work. Is there anyone else experiencing similar problems?
Update: Right now I'm trying to set up a new fingerbrint but it doesnt even start scanning when I put my finger on. It just doesnt do anything. I have a feeling that the sensor might be broken...

  • My iphone 4s doesn't work after iOS 6 updated

I just updated iOS 6 then the phone was shut down. Now I can't turn on my iphone. What can I do now?

Try restarting your iPhone by holding the sleep button and then sliding to power the iPhone off, then pressing it again to wake it back up.
Also, make sure your aren't double tapping the space bar with the period shortcut enabled in Settings > General > Keyboard.
