Web Cache Start Fails

Question

Hi all,
I try to start the web cache by issuing the command line webcachectl start on Linux Suse 9, 9iAS v.2, and I see the error message:
oraoas@db1:/usr/oraoas> webcachectl start
/usr/oraoas/product/ias9.0.2.0.1/webcache/bin/webcached: error while loading shared libraries: libclntsh.so.9.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Any idea please? May it needs to relink webcache?
