Hi,
It is the problem in prasing the DTD of config.xml file
It look like this
<?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?>
<domain xmlns="http://www.bea.com/ns/weblogic/920/domain" xmlns:sec="http://www.bea.com/ns/weblogic/90/security" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-

Please change your DTD to this lines and start the server.

    I have changed the jar files path in build.properties file as its required to import new jars as part of Documentum server upgradation. But getting above errors.. Do i have to update Config.xml file or any other file.. Please suggest.

    You've got a problem with a corrupted config.xml file.
    Since you did not make any changes you can copy the config.xml.booted file over the corrupted config.xml.
    The other option is to walk though the config.xml file and look for the problem...

    Usually, a 503 means that WebLogic can't find the compiler it needs to compile your JSPs. Check your weblogic.xml for the compiler param (forgot the exact name) in the jsp section (<jsp:descriptor>).
    If the above doesn't apply to your case, I'm afraid I can't be of much further help...

  • Clear text value not allowed for credentials in config.xml

    I am in the process of migrating our J2EE application from Weblogic 8.1 to Weblogic 10 MP1 and have converted config.xml to the new schema. When starting up in production mode, I see the following error which causes the server to shutdown:
    <Server failed. Reason: [Management:141266]Parsing Failure in config.xml: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: In production mode, it's not allowed to set a clear text value to the property: CredentialEncrypted of SecurityConfigurationMBean>
    In 8.1 it seems that it would fill in the credentials based on the username and password in boot.properties so it was possible for our installation program to leave these entries blank. However, when starting in 10.0 it doesn't do this. Below is an excerpt from config.xml.

    Henry

    Hi henry,
    While running a particular instance in the production mode(wls 10.x),prior to upgrading the domain you need to upgrade the security provider(all the mbeans ) you use in the previous versions and later on if you follow the domain upgrade you may find a solution for this issue...

    I checked for classpath, and still no clue about what's going wrong. Thanks in advance for any help.

    I believe this likely is a classpath problem. I'd start by using the setWLSEnv.cmd or .sh script in the kit. That should set the classpath correctly.
    Also, FWIW it wasn't required to run DDConverter. You could have used your 8.1 descriptors unchanged in 9.x as well.

  • Read faces-config.xml in the runtime

    I coding a new phaselistener in my app...
    I need to list all managed-beans inside faces-config.xml and the classes...
    Exists way to get this information without parse manually faces-config.xml ?
    The API has way ?

    No.
    Good practice is to extend or implement all backing beans one superbean, for example BaseBean, and then in the phaselistener do something like:if (someFoundObject instanceof BaseBean) {
        // it's a managed bean instance.
    }

                        <param-value>entity.dto.base.EmployeeBaseDTO</param-value>
                     </init-param>
                  </init-params>
             </serializer>
          </user-type>
    While starting Coherence 3.7.1 cluster, I get error:
    Unable to instantiate PofSerializer class: com.tangosol.io.pof.PofAnnotationSerializer (Config=...\pof-config.xml, Type-Id=1001,
    Class-Name=entity.dto.base.EmployeeBaseDTO))
    java.lang.InstantiationException: Could not find a constructor for com.tangosol.io.pof.PofAnnotationSerializer(java.lang.Integer, com.tangosol.run.xml.SimpleElement)
    Why second PofAnnotationSerializer contructor parameter is com.tangosol.run.xml.SimpleElement and not java.lang.Class ?
    BTW setup PofAnnotationSerializer programatically works fine:
    SimplePofContext pofCtx = new SimplePofContext();
    int typeId = 1001;
    pofCtx.registerUserType(typeId, EmployeeBaseDTO.class , new PofAnnotationSerializer<EmployeeBaseDTO>(typeId++, EmployeeBaseDTO.class, true));
    Thanks,
    L.V.

    OK, so to enable auto indexing then yes, you need to specify the serializer in the POF configuration, as it says in the documentation 19.3.3 Enabling Automatic Indexing.
    So in your case the configuration should look like this
          <user-type>
             <type-id>1001</type-id>
             <class-name>entity.dto.base.EmployeeBaseDTO</class-name>
             <serializer>
                <class-name>com.tangosol.io.pof.PofAnnotationSerializer</class-name>
                    <init-params>
                    <init-param>
                        <param-type>int</param-type>
                        <param-value>{type-id}</param-value>
                     </init-param>
                     <init-param>
                        <param-type>class</param-type>
                        <param-value>{class}</param-value>
                     </init-param>
                     <init-param>
                        <param-type>boolean</param-type>
                        <param-value>true</param-value>
                     </init-param>
                  </init-params>
             </serializer>
          </user-type>
    You do not replace the param-values that are inside { } or change the param-type values as these are macros that Coherence will automatically replace with the correct values.
    Regarding your error, I'm not sure if that is related to your original question/issue.

  • [NEWBIE] basic config.xml

    Hi Experts,
    I'm just really new to the ISA framework and I have a simple question.
    I have the following below in config.xml:
              <action path="/b2b/init" type="com.sap.isa.core.InitAction" validate="false">
                   <forward name="success" path="/b2b/coreinit.do"/>
                   <forward name="sessionLogging" path="/admin/sessionLogging.do"/>
                   <forward name="heartbeat" path="/admin/heartbeat.jsp"/>
              </action>
              <action path="/b2b/coreinit" type="com.sap.isa.isacore.action.IsaCoreInitAction">
                   <forward name="success" path="/user/performLogin.do"/>
                   <forward name="darklogin" path="/user/performLogin.do"/>
              </action>
    Can you please tell me what happens here?
    If I go to the URL: https://localhost:50001/myapp/b2b/init.do
    1. How will InitAction know if it goes to success or suessionLogging or heartbeat?
    2. How will IsaCoreInitAction know if it goes to success or darklogin?
    3. Where can I find the action of /user/performLogin.do ?
    Thank you sirs/madams.

    Hi Jemaru,
    If you are using NWDS then try to open code by pressing 3 keys together  CTRLSHIFTT it will open Open Type box and here you can type InitAction or IsaCoreInitAction and open source file.
    You can put break point and run Application in debug mode. to see how control is passing in each class.
    Answer for your questions...
    1. How will InitAction know if it goes to success or suessionLogging or heartbeat?
    Open InitAction in NWDS put break point inside first line of perform method and then run debug and run application on your local. It will give you an idea how process happens line by line. There are so if and else so it depends on your XCM settings.
    2. How will IsaCoreInitAction know if it goes to success or darklogin?
    Do same as described for 1. Here put break point in doPerform method in IsaCoreInitAction
    3. Where can I find the action of /user/performLogin.do ?
    You can open project crmtcwebuser~sap.com in NWDS. Open WEB_INF folder. You will find config_user.xml file.
    You will able to find below lines.
    <!-- entry points -->
              <action path="/performLogin" forward="/relogin/setcookie.do?forward=success"/>
              <action path="/performLogoff" forward="/logoff.do"/>
    ISA application use many other configuration XML file other then config.xml
    You can find all those other XML files name in web.xml file.
    Below are lines from web.xml file
    <init-param>
                <param-name>config</param-name>
                <param-value>/WEB-INF/config.xml,/WEB-INF/xcmadmin-config.xml,/WEB-INF/ccmsims-config.xml,/WEB-INF/ipc-config.xml,/ipc/customer/config.xml,/WEB-INF/config_lwc_b2b.xml,/WEB-INF/scheduler-config.xml,/WEB-INF/ipcpricing-config.xml</param-value>
            </init-param>
            <init-param>
                <param-name>config/user</param-name>
                <param-value>/WEB-INF/config_user.xml</param-value>
            </init-param>
            <init-param>
                <param-name>config/dealerlocator</param-name>
                <param-value>/WEB-INF/config_dealerlocator.xml</param-value>
            </init-param>
            <init-param>
                <param-name>initconfig</param-name>
                <param-value>/WEB-INF/xcm/sap/system/init-config.xml</param-value>
            </init-param>
    I hope this will help you.
